As soon as I hit submit, I was called back for blood. I typically have a difficult time getting my blood drawn because my veins are difficult. The guy working there got it first time. Pulled blood. Finished up and sent me on my way! Wow!

Leslie Lee: I've been using this site to get all of my labwork done now for 11 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Paul is both friendly and professional and since I have to get labwork done every three months he even knows me by name! Even the office is clean and inviting too 90% of the time there is little to no wait time and when there is U know Paul will do his very best to move his patients along (without rushing them) so it's worth the wait I've even heard him work with a scared young child and he did so in a caring and reassuring way that calmed the child's nerves I recommend this site to all of my friends and will continue to do so U r lucky to have such a competent and professional employee and I hope he is compensated in a way that reflects those qualities

Kelly: I stopped by at 2pm to see if my insurances would cover the cost of my pre-op labs. The one male staff member ran Tricare Prime first and then my NC Medicaid. Everything looked covered although he didn't clearly state anything. He immediately drew blood and I filled my urine sample. I was out in less than 10 minutes, it was super quick. Reading the other reviews, I hope they don't try to bill me later since they didn't state a patient responsibility cost. 🙄🤞🏼

Crystal Gary: I would rate ZERO but it is not an option. This place is in need of a LEAN project. The amount of time that patients have to wait is absolutely ridiculous. When people come in for a urinalysis, or urine drug screen they have to do what is right and be ready by drinking plenty of water so that the specimen can be collected. When they have to sit and wait 2 hours, to go to the bathroom that is not okay.Someone should really consider taking a good look about what needs to be done to get this clinic/lab running with more proficiency. Seek more help, analyze and review wait times vs processing times, something!I pray I never have to come here again!

John Bleazey: You couldn’t tell me if my lab order was covered by my physician during my visit and then sent me a bill for $385 a week latter. I just pulled up what I would pay if I had booked the visit myself at your location through a third party online service (where the third party makes money as well) and it was $145. Your pricing should be up front. Hopefully tricare will cover this (probably at a tenth of what you billed me.) I am shocked at how much people without medical insurance are overcharged buy businesses like you.

Christine Bacon: They tell you to show up hydrated, but you don’t get acknowledged for about 30 minutes. They also don’t provide any sort of timeline for how long you have to wait. Staff was rude and not helpful.

I find it funny they received the very first one and not the second or third one. Both times Katie said she didn't received them, when my husband's Dr. got a confirmation it went through both times. J R: I was seen pretty fast, but Anita took my blood and it was incredibly painful and left a bruise. I have had my blood drawn many times and never felt pain nor have I been bruised afterwards.

After completing about four pages of information, the website would not allow me to go any further without answering a few "identity verification" questions, but was unable to find any way to access the questions. Finally just gave up!

Tabb Lynn: There were two people working (one was new) so, long wait, gloves and bandage wrappers on the floor, I will say that the redhead with pretty blue-green eyes was very friendly and it didn't hurt at all when she drew my blood. I do have a mark now.

Dayna Witt: I can't remember who I had take my blood, but she was an absolute blessing! She took her time, spoke kindly, and made me feel so less nervous! I made an appointment online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Also, the waiting room was full when I checked in, so I assume that making that appointment rather than walking-in made the difference!

Brenna Delmont: I was hesitant on going here due to the bad reviews but do not let that stop you! I had a great experience. I arrived on a Friday around 12:30 as a walkin. I was called back within 15 min of checking in. Mrs. Anita was amazing! Her first stick was successful which NEVER happens for me. It’s usually take 6-10 try’s. EVERYONE I interacted with was pleasant.

Kelly Peterson: The employee that took my blood was so rude. I almost left crying. To start she didn’t greet me or give me instructions in anyway. She started berating me on why I purchased my own test and didn’t file it with insurance. After letting her know I didn’t have insurance she acted like she didn’t understand. After explaining again, my doctor required me to purchase my own blood pregnancy test for a wisdom teeth surgery that I was paying for out of pocket because I don’t have insurance, she let it go. Then I tell her my appointment is the next day and she said there was no point in even doing the test because it wouldn’t get to them in time and said I SHOULD have come the day before. Your employee has no idea what my life is like. My doctor told me 1-3 days before. I found out I was having surgery on Thursday, Friday was not in the window, Monday was a holiday, and I had to play catch up at work Tuesday. Wednesday was literally the first day that worked for me. After telling her I’ll hope for the best she reluctantly did it but was so rough with me. I bruised really badly. I won’t be using your services again. I understand places are understaffed but a little kindness goes a long way. In case anyone is wondering, my results got to my doctors office at 2am and I was able to have surgery.

Cynthia Chavez: This is the most frustrating company to contact. I have been in a loop of messages for 25 minutes. My user name is not recognized, I can't create a new log in because they already recognize my email, when I ask to recover my username they don't recognize my email address. We are doing a circle dance and I'm dizzy. Ridiculous !

S S: Absolutely deserves all the bad reviews. I went here to get some labwork done. They ran into an issue where they couldn't find the exact match to the doctor's lab order in their system. It was there, just under a different name that no one else uses. I herd them whispering to each other for a few moments trying to figure out what to do and which order to place. So instead of calling someone for clarification or looking into their system or any other competent thing a reasonable person would do, they decided the best course of action was to just NO SEND THE LAB AT ALL. I found out about it 5 days later when everything else came back but that particular one wasn't even sent.

Waited 45 mins to get a drug screening and the entire time it was all just giggling and laughing between the so called “doctors” while the waiting room is PACKED and no one was being called back. After waiting 45 mins and I finally get called back, the doctor doesn’t say a word to me until we get to the room and starts profusely giving me attitude about having a physical ID, when nothing was said prior to checking in, and they allowed me to check in using a photo of my ID. Giving me attitude saying “you don’t have an ID?” and shaking your head at me. BFFR !!

The drug screening is 2-4, which by the way is NOT listed anywhere, and even if you make an appointment they say you made an appointment for something else.I made an appointment for drug screening and the lady at the front desk said “no you have appointment for blood work” when I have the confirmation showing it was for drug screening and even showed it to her.I don’t understand how the staff is always so rude here.

Tiffany: Listen to the reviews and avoid this place if possible.I went in for employment drug testing. I called to check up on my sample. Turns out, the sample spilled in transit. I'm assuming since they threw out the sample, it wasn't contained in a biohazard bag.I was expecting results back in 3-5 days now I have to start the process all over. The inconvenience of going back is infuriating. The staff isn't helpful, the place is poorly run, and corporate reviews are worse than this place. So take the gamble if you dare!

nick owen: This is the norm at this location. I use labcorp because my Drs require regular lab work (multiple times a month) Staff is typically friendly when they are available, but as shown in the pictures they typically only have maybe 2-3 staff/technicians working at any given point in the morning. Check in process is streamlined with computers but you lose the ability to discuss what labs you are receiving. More than once (regularly in fact) orders are dropped or forgotten. The staff who do show up work very hard there’s no denying that but they need more than they have!!!!
