Mikieja Covington: The bowling alley was just TERRIBLE! The experience was so terrible and the staff is so rude. In the middle of the game all the balls got stuck in the machine, when asking for help the excuse was that the bowling alley was old and we had to deal with it. So we had to spend the last half of the game with heavy balls because there were barely any balls left from all the balls getting stuck every turn. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Just stay home.
Giancarlo Crespo: Visited on July 1 2023 with some friends, the lanes don’t work correctly if you don’t throw the ball hard enough but we didn’t care because we wanted to have some fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is in need of a upgrade all over.
michal dirocco: Excellent music and friendly service, however give them a two because the equipment consistently malfunctions multiple times throughout your game causing the scoring to be off. If you are going just go and have fun great but if you want correct scoring and want to play at least one game without several interruptions because of the equip not working then go elsewhere
Lily Cloud: I went here for my little sisters birthday, and the attendant was incredibly rude. We weren't allowed to have bumpers unless we had little kids with us, even if we're just playing for fun. Everything was expensive, 20$ for just two people. The lanes were not very functional; either it wouldn't recognize that the ball had been thrown, or it wouldn't reset the pins even with the attendant coming to "fix it". At one point, I bowled, and instead of my ball going through the conveyor belt like it should, it hopped out onto the other lane!! Everything is outdated as well; the screens seem to be from the 1980's. The attended said that we weren't throwing fast enough, which is why the lanes weren't recognizing the throws. If this place is for only competition bowling, it shouldn't be advertised as recreational. All in all, I definitely will not be returning. They wouldn't let my little sister throw a lighter ball because she isn't a little kid, even though it was her birthday. We didn't throw a party, or cause issues, or be loud. We didn't ask for anything special except a lighter ball. Malfunctioning lanes, rude attendants, and outdated equipment. Do not waste your money here.
Robert Foley: Can’t recommend this place. Even the workers say it’s an old. Lanes don’t work. They have some strange rules that don’t pass the common sense. Not the experience I was looking for.
Kamira: 3 other people and myself went yesterday(06-19-22). We had to move lanes MULTIPLE times because of the lanes not working. We also had a horrible experience with the owner’s daughter. She was quite rude when we tried to explain the lanes not working. She also proceeded to very loudly degrade an employee.
Kerri Larose: On today Sunday 1245pm we arrived and was told for 2 adults and a child to play 2 games it would be 45 dollars.I thought this too much , and honestly you do not know how much the games are because no prices are posted , no website .. afterwards I read several reviews and decided that I’d get the refund before setting up a game.I told her I decide not to bowl & wanted a refund. She said we do not do refunds . I said I will just dispute it because after reading several other reviews I know we weren’t charged the same.How is a kids price the same as adults? How are your prices so much for a Sunday afternoon..Also we couldn’t finish the game because our balls did not come out and the game froze completely .I was visiting & I do not recommend this place .Trust the reviews
Kimberly R.: Took my son and his friend bowling here. We prepaid for two games. After our lane messed up about five or six times, we decided to only play one game. We were given vouchers to bowl there again. Instead of receiving a refund. My recommendation for others would be to only pay for one game at a time until you know if your lane is working properly.
Freda Butler: This place is trash. The lanes do not work properly. The owners/managers give poor customer service. We paid for two games. Had to move twice during the first game and never finished it because the balls kept getting stuck and the score was not correct. We asked for a refund. They refused,saying the issues were our fault. We said, just move us again and restart the game. They refused. They gave us passes to come back. But, I will never go back there.
Jackie Roberson: My family has come here for years and had some great times. Today June 8th,2023 will be the very LAST time we stop foot in the doors. From the customer service, I asked if the air the huge gaping vents could be adjusted as my entire family was freezing, lady at desk said she'd take care of it then proceeded to stand at the counter and talk to one of the owners whole doing nothing. The building has gone so far downhill to include placing chairs over where the broken chairs were. Good luck keeping this place open!!

Mr. Kerry Simms: I’ve gone to many different bowling alleys across the army and this one was by far the worst maintained center. Shoes were beyond time for replacement with multiple holes and worn bottoms. The lanes weren’t maintained very well if at all. I understand there’s a budget for everything but I think a little personal care at the work place would go a long way in making this establishment better and more enjoyable

Bran F.: The Dragon Lanes were great. They were a lot of fun but they made my husband and me realize how much we suck at bowling. Plenty of space and lanes, team setup, cheap but quality food and drink. We had a double stroller at the tables waiting for our turn and it wasn’t crowding anyone out. There is an ATM on site. Shoes fit true to size and they do sell socks.

Only thing was I couldn’t tell it it was vegan sour cream or regular either way the fact that the condiments were separate made each food portion maintain its own integrity. I could also choose to use or toss! the meal was fantastic!!!! I am gonna keep coming back!

Heather Landrum: I’ve only been coming here for a week now, on my second week of meal prep pick up. I am a VERY picky eater. But this place right here, absolute perfection. Their meals are perfectly seasoned and depending on what you get will have a little spice to it. The only complaint I have is that I wish I would have never ordered Hello Fresh delivery and came here months ago. Way to go guys keep doing what you are doing. See you next week.

The owner, Mrs. Von, greeted me as soon as I came through the door and explained the menu. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak bowl and it was delicious. I was slacking on my eating but now I have no excuses. Will definitely be returning and looking at her meal prep plans.
D0nt Lack: I was really excited to try this place with the meal preps but something was mixed up. I ordered a weeks worth of food online and clicked the “special request” option and opted to remove a couple ingredients in 2 of 5 of my bowls and after getting home I realized 2 of the bowls still had those ingredients. After contacting them, apparently the “special request box and description was not added on my order” hence the ingredients I didnt want still being in those 2 bowls. I understand that for some reason the system didnt register what I ordered correctly but it sucks they didnt offer to replace those 2 bowls. From a business stand point, I would rather replace someones 2 incorrect bowls and continuing to receive their business rather than not, and then losing their business. I was excited and the place seems great, but their online ordering system definitely failed me! I will stick to cooking at home

Mixed Chix Makeup: I LOVE this place. I don’t know how you can honestly give this place anything less than five stars. If there was a rating more than five stars, I would give it to them. The food is delicious! They make it so easy to eat a vegan diet. They also have lots of non-vegan options. It is very hard to find a quality vegan restaurant in the south, but they have nailed it! The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming; they even offer you samples. I brought both of my parents yesterday and today; they both fell in love.😍 I’m a huge fan of the taco bowl; they don’t make us feel bad about doing substitutions or modifications. I am a forever customer now!
