marquita davis: There is an employee by the name of Kayla who is ALWAYS ON her PHONE anytime I come in the store, always has a nasty attitude, & before closing she stays in the back by the cooler to avoid having to deal with customers 10 mins before closing, & always complains about the area she choose to work at. john thang: It is 2/13/22 at 8:50pm. My pump wasn’t working. I went to knock on the window to ask them what was going on with their pumps and the girl looked at me, looked away, and ignored me. She was young, white, kinda ugly, got school girl acne all over face, and brunette. This gas station Im assuming shuts down their pumps at night but at 9pm though? Im glad they do. So the better gas stations that operate like actual gas stations get the money.
Hell Rell: This store never opens on time. It will not be open at 530 ever. Sometimes not even at 6. Smh... thus store needs new employees who can open on time.

C Strapp: Might want to update the hours online. We pulled in to grab something quick and there were several cars pulling out. The girl runs up to the door and locks it so we cannot come in. It says open until 12 am. We are traveling so not a fan of misinformation and rudeness.

pixel gaming 2: I am disgusted with the service I received from who I was told the manager, Chet Stein. A $12 mistake was made with my debit card while paying at the pump. When I brought it the their attention, I was told Chet was in a meeting, not working today and too busy with a customer to speak with me all in the same converation. Its a sad day when a manager puts their employee on the phone to lie for them when I could clearly hear him in the background. This is whats wrong with America...we dont give a crap about anything or anybody anymore!!!

Sharon Strandberg: two days ago I went into this location to cash in my North Carolina scratch off‘s. The cashier gave me my change of $54 because I had purchased two packs of cigarettes and I had went in with $71 worth of scratch offs. When he was scanning the scratch offs I saw the computer screen behind the counter show that the scratch offs were worth $71. When I got to the car I started adding in my head the $54 in change and the two packs of cigarettes and I realized two packs of cigarettes is not $17. I told the cashier that he made a mistake and over charged me for my cigarettes. He said you only had $68 in scratch off and I told him That he was incorrect because the actual amount that he scanned was $71. I made him pull the scratch off out of the trashcan and showed him that my scratch offs equaled up to $71. He still wanted to argue with me. I realize at that moment that he didn’t even ring me up for my cigarettes and realize that he’s probably skimming the store every day for items he’s not ringing up. I worked in retail for over 25 years and,as well as, loss prevention and that is one of the oldest thieving tricks in the trade.

Patricia Hanley: Did not go in and make my purchase because the cashier and 2 customers inside were not wearing masks. If you cannot get your employees to follow Covid governor’s orders, you are a part of the problem. Will not be going to any BPs in the future.
Alexandra Hammonds: I’ve been going to this gas station for a while since it is very close to my home but I was completely horrified about what I saw there today. 5 people were in there without masks, 2 of which were employees. As a cna currently working in a nursing home, I am a surrounded by our most vulnerable populations, and to see this place blatantly disregarding the mask MANDATE is very disheartening. The two employees (with no masks anywhere near them) said nothing to the other 3 people in there with no masks. I was the only on in there at the time with a mask on. I’ve not had a problem like this before with them, I’ve seen both of the unmasked employees many times and usually they have masks on. I guess today they decided they were okay with the possibility of infecting hundreds of people. Very sad.

Trevyn Hubbs: Went to fill up at night, tried a few pumps, none worked. I have no way of knowing why or when the pumps will work again. It would be great if the pumps gave me a message about hours of operation. It would have saved me time and let me know what time I can get gas in the morning, since I'll have to get up early to fill my tank. Just seems like careless design.
