Jodi Pettit: My experience would of been fantastic if there was a selection. I went for sandals and Nike. When did belk stop selling Nike tennis shoes. Very displeased. Picked up Sketchers not my favorite. Then ralph lauren had nothing. Sat 5 pairs of different sandles Vince camuto. Lady said they only had two out of the 3 other ones Wow... now getting aggravated. 2 pairs of tennis shoes I purchased. Then my hubby bought me a Brahmin purse and wallet to match. Ms Dorthy waited on us, she works the perfume counter. She was helping in the purses. Ms Dorthy went above and beyond what I deserved. Even helping me with my black pair of sketches. Just a beautiful person which I will be visiting her again soon. Need better or maybe more help in footwear. They need to know about high end shoes. Girl could not tell me if the RL sandal was leather or synthetic. Quality footwear they should be taught about so they help the customer. Big RL purchaser. But on RLL site. And ya'll on line. I asked a woman working in the hair curling section near the back stock room to help me identify which hair curler was on sale, she didn’t even look at me & responded with “Can you just look it up on the Ulta app”. No ma’am, I cant look it up on the app. I came into the store for HELP. Isn’t that what they hire & pay you for? To help customers who genuinely need your help? She responded as if it was an inconvenience for her that I was in the store looking for products. The females working at this store seem miserable, very unfriendly & uneducated on how to do their basic level job. Next time I will pay more & go to Sephora. I do not recommend this Ulta store if you actually have questions & need help with their products.

Ashley Gallivan: I always have a wonderful experience at this location. Recently I decided to ask about eyebrow tinting. I spoke with Kim and she was able to get me in that day. Not only did she do AMAZING, she was so friendly and great to talk to. I don’t live in town anymore and was here for a visit. I made sure to rebook as soon as I knew when I’d be back! After my second session I am even more pleased. 10/10

Kate R: On April 22nd I had my makeup done at ulta. I feared the worst when the artist was using tones that were orange and no where near my color. She claimed that contour would fix it. I contemplated writing a review for weeks. As I look at pictures of me taken at my friends wedding I just want to cry. The makeup was far worse than I could imagine. It already looked super bad and I should have washed it off. I thought maybe I was too critical because I never wear makeup. It was really bad. I will never have my makeup done here again. I was considering going to their salon for my hair but I cancelled my appointment and I won’t even give that a chance with the experience I’ve already had. The artist had already seemed upset that I was booked and she thought she was overbooked. She told me color of foundation doesn’t really matter if you contour right. I’ve never heard that before especially when the base she used was so dark for my tone.

Tayler Blanchard: everytime, it never fails that one of the staff members always treats me a type of way when i’m in the store. she always talks to and greets my girlfriend but will pretend i don’t exist. she also has harassed me, my girlfriend and my girlfriends mother, ALL on separate occasions! (it’s been at least 7 encounters that have been disrespectful and not very customer friendly). knowing that we are together, she hits on my girlfriend, running up to her mother and saying she knows her daughter and being strange. all while her mother has no clue who she is and is trying to shop in peace. i go to ulta very frequently, and it s every single time i go in and she’s working that she treats me that way. she essentially pretends she’s never seen me a day in her life. but will ask me about my girlfriend, and hit on her, telling me to tell my girlfriend that she says hey if she’s not with me. i’m very frustrated because i miss going into ulta without getting harassed or worried about this girl being abrasive towards me or my girlfriend, or really anyone that is with me! aside from that employee, i never have any problems whatsoever at this ulta!
