Cross Country Coach: what do users think?
Carlos Bouknight: This is Carlos my family and I have been dealing with Al and his bus line for well over 6 years he's the best the best bus line in North Carolina you could ever get on he looks out for you and your family and he takes care of everyone and he's a safe driver thank you Al
kristy sloan: First and last time booking with this company. We were promised a bus with Wifi and of course it didn’t work. Then as we waited for our driver to return to pick us up from Magic Kingdom I get a text that the bus was broke down and she was trying to get it to run again. We had to provide our own way back to our villas. On the way home I asked could she stop so we could at least watch movies for our 9 hour trip home. She did and I went and purchased $40 worth of DVDs. Get on the bus to play them and the TVs wouldn’t work. I have not received a response or anything apologizing for their lack of professionalism and services.
Melba L Aiken: Our driver was professional and drove with care.
Daniella Bishop: Cross Country Coach is the ONLY company that I use for field trips. They are quick to respond and offer awesome rates for schools. I cannot recommend this company any higher (I wish they had 10 stars to give.)! I promise you will not be disappointed. Busses have wifi and all the amenities you could want. Our favorite drive is Miss Shannon!
Megan Pittman: My senior trip to Gatlinburg was horrible. He ran the bus so we couldn’t do certain events planned due to him burning his time and he was not cleaning up the bathroom and it stunk. My teacher had to clean it. He even drove horrible.
Cara L: I've attempted to reach this company through their website and via telephone for over two months because a family member recommended them. After reading these reviews and their unresponsiveness, I am now considering other companies.
Kenneth Haigler: Great company. We have used them twice for our tour to New York. Clean and definitely dependable. I would truly recommend them to move your group.
Charlotte Swift: If I could give negative stars I would. Run!!! Don't waste your money or your time. I can't begin to start to tell you of the unprofessionalism of this ghetto ass company.!!!
Ada Graham: Best Ride Ever on a Bus!
Jennie Gerber: After using this company several times I realized that initially they will give you great service and then once they have you as a customer they give you the leftovers. We recently used CC for our senior trip, to say that our students acted better than our bus driver would be an understatement. Mr. TL was a disrespectful, rude, arrogant person. Of the 4 destinations we went to, 3 of them he got lost trying to find and I had to GPS on my phone the directions, making us late everywhere (over an hour late to our first destination). And despite his incompetence he had the nerve to yell at our students about not listening, which no they weren't listening to him bc he was not their chaperone, he was the bus driver and it wasn't his place to instruct the students about something that had nothing to do with the bus??? And how about on the way home he refused to stop for bathroom breaks and even though we departed at 9:00 am he didn't stop for lunch until 2:00 and he brought us to a truck stop in the middle of no where that only had a small McDonalds even though he told other chaperones that he was stopping at a place with several options and was asked to stop an hour and a half earlier. The entire trip was completely soured by a sorry person that had a terrible attitude. Never again.
Valerie Swett: Bus driver went by the name of Mr TL was rude. He was a much older man who was physically unable to even load our luggage under the bus. Our students had to load and unload all luggage. He refuse to stop on our way home for us to eat until he decided when and where. He was literally holding us hostage on the bus.The bus was old and raggedy nothing worked. We did not get anything we were promised.
Donna Pulliam: Unprofessional at least in resolving Bus Break Down issues ! Please don't waste your money on this bus company. We went on a school based field trip to NYC . The uneventful bus experience actually began on Friday night. As we were departing NY to go to our hotel the bus was clearly driving slower than we had been accustomed to driving. Upon arriving at the hotel I clearly asked the bus driver if there were issues with the bus. He said " no, Im tired!"We drove around short distances Saturday morning and Saturday evening prior to departure. We departed NYC approximately 11:00 PM made it as far as Cranbury NJ at a service/restaurant area. The bus driver attempted to fix the bus first, to my knowledge never called his upline to obtain another bus for the students, chaperones, and teachers! At approximately 1:37 AM he came onto the bus and stated there was a part needed and he could repair. I am no mechanic, it was obvious that more than a hose was required to fix the bus. (Hose leak, strong exhaust fume returns into the bus cabin) My concern was preventing carbon monoxide poisoning to all of the students, chaperons, and teachers that were sitting in the area of the strong odors. He stated the bus company owner would provide another bus. He wasn't sure about the time but could be 45 minutes to 1 hour. It was approximately 10:00 - 10:30 AM prior to another bus arriving. It was handled poorly. A trip that should have take us no more than 10 hours to arrive home , we did not see NC until 9:00PM. Not because of this company's assistant I might add. But because one of the teachers from the other bus that did arrive home safely obtained another bus company to pick us up.This company should think about how you could have obtained repeat business. But now you have potentially lost hundreds to thousands of customers! This put a bad taste in the mouths of the teachers, chaperones, parents of all of the students ,as well as their families and friends. When you look at it from the broader perspective you've lost a lot of business!
Lauren Breedlove: THIS COMPANYNIS TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, AND NEGLIGENT!!!If I could rate less than one star i definitely would. The drivers were extremely difficult at times, but this was the least of our worries. We had an NYC tour group of 101, which required two buses. On the way to NYC from NC the chaperones expressed concern about one of our buses because of different sounds, riding quality, and mechanical smells. This concern was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the driver.THEN when we left NYC the last day the bus would not reach over 35 mph and the passengers could smell exhaust within the cabin.THEN the bus broke down just an hour into our trip home at a rest area. The bus company manager would not answer my calls, nor were we contacted by ANY office personnel. The bus driver wanted to wait for a mechanic for an obvious issue that was not a quick fix. After I finally contacted the manager I was lied to about a bus coming to retrieve the group. He stated that they would be picked up within 1.5 hours. My group of students were STRANDED at a rest area from 12:30am until 10:30am. TEN HOURS!!! Then only reason our group was ever picked up was because I decided to call local charter companies myself. After the sixth company I found a company that said my case sounded familiar and he had someone on the other line from my company (hmm... Thought a bus was on the way to get us three hours ago as you promised?!). The new company stated they he "couldn't get my original company to agree/confirm" to pay the quoted price. Now, 10 hours later my group is finally on the way home with a different charter bus with 7 more hours until they are home.I will NEVER use this company again and will expect a full refund.
LaWanda Southerland: Overall experience was Great! The driver was very pleasant and professional. They were on time and very helpful. The driver was excellent, stayed on point with all of our destinations and was very knowledgeable of the area. Our church was very pleased with the services provided by Cross Country Coach and will be utilizing this bus company again in our future travels. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Fast Transit Center: what do users think?
Jan Stafford: I'm not at all inpressed! I drove a visually impaired person to the Transit Center to purchase her bus pass since they have begun to charge again. No complaint with return of bus fares, but getting the pass is simply ridiculous. First there is no available parking for those of us trying to assist someone to get into the bus station. I dropped her off at the front door with her white cane in hand. She phoned the office to find out where she needed to go because there was no assistance readily available, she could tell there was someone in the office who was waving at her. But, she didn't understand what the person was trying to tell her. She walked around the side of the office and found another rider there to purchase a bus pass as well. The person in the office still hadn't made any attempt to communicate in any manner other than hand gestures. The other rider told my friend that she had to press a button. Again let me remind you, she is visually impaired, she couldn't see a button. Once the other rider showed her where it was the person in the office responded thru an intercom system that was very difficult to understand. The other rider was gracious and assisted her with the information requested. Turns out she had to go to another office, upstairs! The other rider offered to assist her to the office. So, they went to the other office together my visually impaired friend and the walker assisted other rider. The staff in both offices acted like they were inconvenienced to assist my friend. While she was inside trying to purchase her pass I was outside trying to find a legal place to park.Directly across the street from the door is a parking lot with signs parking to the left is for Medical Arts use only "violators will be towed" to the right is a sign stating City vehicle parking only. About 3 rows back was another sign "construction parking"I am told that prior to the pandemic, riders could purchase a pass by calling the office, pay for by card and the pass was mailed to the rider. She asked about that and was imformed, "we don't don't do that any more".Is there not an easier, user friendly system that can be used to accomadate our physically challenged riders? In this age of electronics, is it not possible to have an app to assist with the purchase of bus passes, or even be the pass.
Sylvia Furgurson: I had to visit this place to renew my monthly bus pass. Very helpful employees, kind, polite, very . Mission accomplished.....
Eric Pacurari: Yes I wanted to give some sorely need praise for the Rough Riders security officer's at the Fast Transit Center!!!! They are very skilled with having to deal with irate passengers. My hat off to all of you them!👊💯💯💯
Paranormal Family Investigators: Friendly security guards and always busy!
Misty Johnson: The had a whole sign on the bus saying closed for memorial day. Here ot is memorial day and busses are running. I should sue. I had to miss a day of work bc of that sign on the bus and now ya'll running busses. That's bull.
Betty Osiru: The connection to the 12 or 6 from the 9 bus during the railroad construction needs to be revisited. There should be 2 shuttle busses so that we do not miss our connections. Right now my hour trip has increased to 2 hours. Many of us are getting to work late. Right now I don't see any work being done on the railroad on sawmill rd.
Curtis Wilkes: I love the new blue busses they're way better than the old red ones
John Branch: Awesome 😎 service
Aren Torres: Good bus transit center
donna Graham: Great bus station
Ray Santini: Today was the last day that my agency held a COVID-19 vaccine popup clinic that has been held here every other Friday for the last several months. Both of its Directors that we worked with to include its awesome staff (shout out to Doris, you rock!) were very accommodating and professional. Our thanks and a nod to the hard work involved in keeping Fayetteville moving!
Joshua: Good
Crystal Jefferys: Drivers are careless and reckless.Restrooms are below standard, having MALE maintenance workers walking in female restrooms at any given time... Supervisors are NOT helpful at all, in ANY situation. Overall, if you don't have to..... DON'T
Wung Su: One of the worst bus systems. The bus drivers are too corrupt
Rob Porter: Convenience
Barbara Mckoy: Bus dirty, too many drunks,on the bus bus take way to long to come and pick u up some buses are way to crowded.
Lameisha Blu: 👏🏾 🎉👏🏾👏🏾🎉 👏🏾🎉 👏🏾👏🏾NEW PLASTIC SEAT BUSES!!!! NO SMELL. NO LINGERING GERMS JUST WIPE THE SEATS AND GO GREAT IDEA!!!
