james Brahler: Not sure the gentleman’s name I think it’s Alex… as a first time customer my expectations were unknown but after a few secs speaking to this gentleman he was not only knowledgeable and I mean extremely knowledgeable. He was also friendly, helpful, enthusiastic as I watched him answer the phone inside the store, I seen the way he handles business the way he is organized grounded and directed. I found the show room extremely clean well stocked three or four gentlemen they’re waiting to help, but this gentleman Alex seem to really be the star of the show because of his willingness to help. Nothing was wrong in terms of the installation, I just wasn’t pleased with how it came out. They could have easily just told me to go kick rocks, but instead took the time and energy to make it right even at their own expense. Zack Crawford: Dan performed what I would consider perfect customer service. My installation had a few curve balls, from receiving my hard top with a damaged paint job to missing parts. Regardless of the issue Dan not only was professional and accommodating but transparent and honest. A no BS approach is the truest sign of a professional. It's easy to just sell a product, be polite and send a customer about their business but each issue that arose (not one was on Dan's part but external circumstances outside of his control) the issue was handled without delay and resolved flawlessly. I bought my trailer a few years back at Leonard and really haven’t had it serviced. After going and asking a few questions they both were all over it. They recommended me getting a bearing buddy that would make it more of an ease for me to do my own bearings with less effort. I also ended up Putting all around LED lights.
