David Reeser: Don't usually go there but advance was packed. So I went down to O'Reilly's on Owen drive instead. The young lady there was very helpful and pleasant to work with the only regret I have is I didn't get her name. Keep up the great work you guys I will be back

JAYO JAYO: I came to this location to get my check engine light looked at and the workers were very unhelpful i actually still haven't been helped yet. I recommend no one come here. On top of me waiting I can see the employees still not working or even greeting customers when they walk in . If I could rate this 0 Starz I would .
Rickey VonCannon: Best staff has to be the Owen Dr location. Have fun with everyone of them when I go there. They make spending money not so painful.

J B: Extremely disrespectful. I went in to buy a simple air filter for my Nissan. The cashier said I needed to give my name, address, and phone number to buy the air filter. Really? When I asked why, he became very nasty and disrespectful. Incredible... Whoever owns that franchise should talk to their people about courtesy and respect... Rest of the story: Found what I needed elsewhere at a competitor store where the same part was significantly less and the attendant was far more courteous. As my grandfather once said, a little respect goes a long way.
Skyley Stencil: Dallas was a lifesaver and helped me reorder my A/C compressor that somehow got lost in UPS!He was very diligent and friendly! He continued to keep in contact with me on any updates and made sure to hand it to me personally!
Pallidus Equus albus: This place is the worst O'Reilly in Fayetteville. I came their for coolant and ended up having to spend $125.00 for a part that one of the associates broke, then they tell me it's not their fault for them damaging my vehicle rendering it undrivable for 5hrs while I had to wait for my mechanic to fix the part in the parking lot of O'Reilly's.I will be filing a civil suit against this company for the damages done to my vehicle on the behalf of their employees as well as for pain and suffering, as well as for the financial impact it had on me and my family. As well as mechanic fees. That I had to payNever let anyone at this location touch your car or even walk in this place they will damage your vehicle and tell you it's not their fault. I think the general manager I talked to was Elizabeth and she was the one that lied to me and told me she couldn't do anything about it.
