My husband visited the store, was given samples to bring home, and set an appointment for the in home estimate. This is what I’m not pleased with. The representative was more than 30 minutes late and we had not received any time of communication regarding this until my husband called to see why no one had shown. Upon arrival the rep was friendly and got right down to business. Where they fail is the lack of knowledge of flooring in general. They were unable to answer most of our questions so we had to google to find answers. They have a limited options for LVP flooring which was also a turn off. The measuring was much quicker than a previous company but two days later we still did not receive our quote; therefore we chose a different company to complete our project. I hope in the future, sales reps can provide more information about the products they sell and be prompt with providing clients with the potential costs for their needs.

Elizabeth lane: I had my carpeted stairs converted to oak. The original install went fine but when they came to stain whoever they sent to do the job did terrible leaving lots of bubbles and hairs and dust painted in to the point where the entire stain job had to be completely redone. To do this the stain had to be completely sanded off which took days and covered my house in dust that caused my kids to break out in rash and my mot to have respiratory issues. The second stain job was better but the paint/caulking around the stain was not taped off making all the lines uneven. They did not clean up the mess they left and used my personal supplies instead of bringing their own. One of the steps is still creaking and Iv asked to have that fixed and they have not responded. They are charging me $500 per stair which is unacceptable for the quality of work and the customer service that I have received from Angelina. I have asked for an itemized bill but she would not give it to me because I used a contracted. I reached out to Paul in the Raleigh office and got no response. I have filed a complaint with the NC Chamber of commerce and will write complaints on every social media outlet I can do that this dosent happen to anyone else.Edit: I have received the invoice from the restoration company but it does not show how much I am being charged for materials vs labor just a flat rate bill which is unacceptable because I want to know why I am being charged so much more than average. No one from this company seems to care about the hassle they have put me and my family through. No one has even had the decency to call and talk to me about my concerns or answer my questions they just expect me to over pay for sub par quality and service.

And they completed it in about 6 hours.But this is just half of the awesome Team of USA Flooring. Angelina Ireland was the main influence for me to go with this Company. Highly knowledgeable. She explained every detail; from carpet/padding selection, to advice on how to get rid of animal odors, to the different scenarios that degrade carpet over time to name a few. Best part of it all was she was not pushy. She listened to my situation, understood my budget, gave me several price points for me to choose from, not to mention, gave me her undivided attention.I had also called another company to comparison shop. And although the other company was cheaper (but not by much) I did not get the same impeccable customer service. And it showed that she priced fairly and competitively. I enjoyed their showroom as well. I got to see and feel the materials that they offer.Lastly, the convenience of paying online. After getting a quote from them, and shopping around at other carpet stores in Fayetteville, by far carpet depot offered me the best deal possible, the best bang for my bucks, and we got a high end brand of carpet. After major renovations for Asbestos Removal from my home, then finding other expensive repairs needed my Great Room & Kitchen was looking beautiful again except the floors. I searched all over Fayetteville for new flooring and I just couldn't afford any that I found. Sadly, I was unable to find flooring that I could afford, much less one that I could look at every day. Then I found Carpet Depot of Fayetteville off Cumberland Road. I probably drove Bea crazy as I kept changing my color schemes, but he never seem to mind. Not only did he help me choose the best color flooring for my house he was able to upgrade my selection at HALF THE COST. The Installers were awesome!!! They phoned me the day of install that they were running 5 minutes late. Now that is very rare after working with contractors and subcontractors for nearly 3 months. Heather Shirk: Same as the other complaint. Carpet came up in the middle of the heaviest traffic used room in the house, the living room. It was 6 months after we moved in and they wouldn't fix it. Ended up pulling the carpet and laying tile. Heard they have done this a lot in new construction homes. Would not recommend. I did call and they did not fix the issue. You could see the giant seam when we pulled the carpet. Poor company.

It’s a big job, we are replacing our entire upstairs which is 4 bedrooms, the loft and stairs. They came on a Wednesday. Said they take 24-48 hours for the quote. It’s now the following Wednesday (1 week) Still have not heard back at all about the quote. I’m assuming they don’t want our business. Visited USA flooring same day. They came that Tuesday and we had the quote by the next morning. And they called several times and stayed in communication with me. I was hoping to compare companies but I won’t go with Carolina flooring now. Will call a couple more around town to compare to that first quote. it’s frustrating that we wasted all that time with the company for nothing.

The belongings in your home are entirely at risk and I suggest hiding and storing any and everything valuable away while their contracted SCUMBAGS (self admitted substance abusers who look unprofessional, act unprofessional, and will leave you feeling uneasy with their presence alone) are doing any installation in your home. Lock your belongings up.After noticing several of my son’s and my own belongings missing ACROSS SEVERAL ROOMS, along with clear evidence of drawers around the house being rummaged through, suspicious multiple trips back and forth to their van, and confirming several of my son’s belongings from his room were missing, I filed a police report and contacted Carolina Carpet immediately. After promising to follow up with me, I had to contact them several times via phone and visit their showroom three times to finally be told “they haven’t heard from them or know where they are” after promising to look into this matter and get to the bottom of it was extremely disappointing, disrespectful, and dismissive of a customer who had just gave them thousands of their hard earned money.It was heartbreaking to say the least. They contract with CRIMINALS and they will cover for CRIMINALS without an ounce of sympathy or assistance with a company that’s connected to them. BUYER’s BEWARE, I’m certainly not the first or last customer who was robbed blind by their CRIMINAL ASSOCIATES.Police report is on hand if CC has anything to say to try to deny this unacceptable behavior.

J Hernandez: This was the first time I've ever been kicked out of a store by an owner, yelled at, and told to F off (and flipped off) because I asked her politely not to scold her workers (two African American men) in front of a customer (me), which was very uncomfortable and disrespectful. All this over a 12 x 2 remnant. This lady clearly has no business being open to the public and should seek professional help for her violent temper.

Dondria Singleton: Great customer srevice during the purchasing process. After the flooring was installed, we noticed that the floor kept snapping when walked on, they told us it had to adjust to the temperature of our house the first time. The second time I called about the floor snapping they said it's because it's a rotating floor. Then noticed that in the kitchen they pinched the ice maker water flow tube, because it was cut too small where the tube come out of the floor. We called them to explain and they tell me their not responsible for appliances. They were too busy focusing on the fact that it was a refrigerator, rather than listening to what the problem was. So, we went to the store to speak to the Manager and that turned into her calling the police, which nothing was done because no threat was made however, she stated she felt threatened. (Why because a tall black man talking to you and he has a loud deep voice) With in a month's time the floor started breaking into pieces and she refuses to repair the floor because she said she was threatened.

James Faircloth: Do not purchase from this location and leave your stuff for pickup later!!!!!! Upon ordering a roll of carpet I asked to leave it because my dad's house was not ready due to painting. Completed that and went to retrieve role and was told previous staff was let go from suspicious circumstances, a statement in which the company owner denied claiming defamation when it was the manager on-site that made the statement. Never got role, never got any answers. Was refused help by the owner, who was very defensive and accusing.

I called the week prior, informed the manager I would be having an open house and showings as the property is for sale. I went to pay when i was asked to, and told there was no one in the store experienced to take my payment. I went back the next morning to pay. I was told my carpet would be installed that morning. I went to the house that evening to see the finished job. My old carpet was taken out and a huge mess left with no new carpet installed. I called the store and was told id be called back that they were unaware. after an hour i had no details so i called back again. Someone from the store met me at the house, he assured me the job would be finished that night as I had a showing for sat am. I went to the property sat am nothing was finished and I was not contacted. After the job finally got finished there was nails and staples sticking up all throughout the floor.. There were also razor blades left all over the house, front steps, and front stairs. I called for that to fixed I was told someone went out to address it, but when I check there were still staples and nails sticking in the carpet. I called four times to speak with a manager and never received a call back ever. I was extremely dissatisfied by the lack of regard and communication for a customer that spent over 3k for a job to be complete. Very unprofessional and unorganized, and multiple excuses for poor work. Never using this store again.

Sara Bettac: Unfortunately, the person we purchased our home from used Carolina carpets. There were several spots of carpet completely unattached upon closing of our house with the expectation of brand new carpet.Carpet was soft but unclean upon arrival. We attempted to schedule several times before actually getting someone to agree to fix the problem bc we didn’t pay for the service. Upon arrival to fix the problem the serviceman was unable to speak to me without an interpreter on the phone and also, 2 hours late.
