Thomas Murwin: Actual scam. They told me they'd do a 2nd diagnosis free after the 1st misdiagnosis. Then didn't call me for a couple weeks and only told me it was ready after I called them. They then demanded I pay them for "work" they never told me they were doing. I don't think they actually did anything as the issue still isn't fixed.

Sheyann Novikov: After getting our charging ports and battery replaced for our iPads, they still were not charging or working properly. They had added this weird white piece in the port which made it extremely difficult to even get my charger in. They were 100% charged after being with the business over a week. So when they went to show me that they “fixed it”’it doesn’t display the charging signal due to it being fully charged. But once the iPads died couldn’t get them to charge back up. Bought all new chargers and everything thinking it was that.. nope.

Malikih Smith: Brought in my PS4 saying it keeps randomly turning off. Brought it in they said they would call me before fixing it. 7 days go by and nobody calls me so I call them they say your PS4 is ready for pick up. I never was told a price until it was already done. So I was forced to pay. And then I asked. If the problem persists will I get a refund or be able to bring it back in for free if it starts messing up just like before within the week. They say in a very rude fashion no after you get it you won’t be able to do anything due to us not knowing what you do with your PS4. So I can understand that so I go home the next day and hook it up for the first time since I got it back literally moments later it shuts off anytime I open a game. So now I have $120 less in my bank account with no refund or second chance at them trying to fix it. Also when I was in the store one of the workers was trying to tell another customer they didn’t pay when the customer had reciepts pulled up as proof. And it took that customer 20-30 minutes just to get out of there with their phone. Do NOT recommend. Bad service and Bad reassurance (hate to be a Karen but I love my mf game so)

After dropping my tv off and paying $60 for a diagnostic that was supposed to be given within 4 days I did not hear from these people at all. I gave them a call after about 10 days to see what was going on. Carlos the owner of this place had no answers for me and told me he would get with his assistant and give me a call back. He never called back. I waited another week before calling again and when I did Carlos told me they were waiting on a part for the tv. Mind you I still haven’t gotten a diagnosis as to what was wrong. Gave them an additional week before calling and when I did Carlos had my number BLOCKED😳 yes he blocked my number and I was baffled to say the least. My husband and I immediately get in the car to go pick up the tv bc at this point we don’t want to do business with this guy bc of the lack of communication on his end as to what was going plus him blocking my number as if I’m harassing him or something. I only called him twice and it’s been a little over 3 weeks. When we get there Carlos would not give us our tv back and calls the cops on us bc we told him we weren’t leaving without it. Cops come and this man is now trying to say we never paid the diagnostic fee when in fact you pay that fee BEFORE leaving your tv duh! the officers are clearly seeing what’s going on here and are actually annoyed by Carlos and Instructed this man to give us our tv back the exact way we dropped it off. Come to find out it was just a blown led light🙄 like why am I waiting a month for you to replace a damn led light? I will be calling the bbb on this man bc this behavior is unacceptable and I honestly don’t want anyone else to go through it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SNAKE!UPDATE/ we got our tv fixed (within 3 days) by a much more dependable business. Come to find out not only did we have the original problem that we walked in with (back light went out) We now have obvious INTENTIONAL scratches to our tv that could only be put there by someone operating on it and able to take the tv apart. When we told the gentleman and woman who worked on our tv previous to them they immediately knew these people and stated they have actually come to them to fix TVs and other electronics in the past. Do yourself a favor and walk away! BBB has been notified 🤪

Audrey Hasslocher: Great service and quality repair. I accidentally spilled water on my MacBook Pro on Sunday. It was unresponsive and wouldn't charge properly. I took it into the repari shop on Monday and got my computer back Friday. The repair took a little longer than expected but the computer was 100% in working condition and he even fixed an extra issue I had with my keyboard. I was very grateful he only charged $250 due to not needing a new mother board replacement. If I took this same repair into Apple to repair it would have cost over $1,500 (water damage and mother board replacement) plus $650 (for the keyboard). It would have cost almost as much as my computer purchased brand new. I have zero complaints and I am very satisfied with the repair done at this shop. So happy I don't need to buy a new computer and my Macbook Pro is up and running smoothly with no reside of any water damage. It was an expensive accident but overall glad it ended up being more affordable than I expected. Thank you, Techno Express!

Trey: I dropped my rig off because I was having some issues with it blue screening and randomly shutting off. They were very fast to diagnose the issue and letting me know my courses of action instead of just trying to fix the problem and make a profit. They let me know my products should be still under warranty and sure of enough they were so they took my old products out of my rig and let me ship them out to be warrantied. The warranty process took a minute but after everything came in they knocked everything out in a timely matter.
