The Manager " in the process of LOOKING at your laptop" will break something or not position things correctly inside. You go home to find out that your (little bit slow laptop is not even turning-on !!!), so you go back forced to take everything (folders) out from the hard-drive, and at the very end they fiddle with the laptop and BOOOM it is "SURPRISINGLY" working again ....then they charge you a big fee for something wasn't broken to begin with. They won't admit it and will charge you for their own (ON PURPOSE) mistake! Keep your unbroken equipment unbroken...and keep your money in your pocket.

Monica Primus: I have been taking my computers to Affordable Computers since 2010 and I have always been satisfied with both their work and prices. They have worked on our 6 laptops and 4 desktops for us during this time. During my last encounter with them, I took my HP desktop into them because I got the Blue Screen of Death and i thought I was doomed to loose all my data, but thankfully they were able to save all my data, install a new hard drive, installed Windows 10, and got it done within the promised time frame (actually a couple days early). The one time I took my pc to a big box store for repair they wiped my drive unnecessarily and without my consent. I will never do that again.The staff of Affordable Computers have always been patient and communicative allowing me to explain my issues and contacting me if/when something turned up different from what we discussed. So long as Affordable Computers is there, they have will have my business.
