Dave Doe: This was a money pit where all that was offered were promises, and only garbage product was delivered. Do not take a laptop to these people to repair in any way. A handful of years ago I spent hundreds of dollars on a motherboard replacement for a laptop and four months later and 8 separate trips into the store to check on the status of my repair, all they could produce was a shorted motherboard, and an apology accompanied by a replacement laptop that was pure garbage, and they ruined that one too because they screwed one of the frame screws through a ribbon cable and caused that other laptop to also short itself and fry!! They are doom to a laptop, do your own work on it before ever taking it there. And they will always talk themselves up like they are doing so much work on your behalf, but it is just to keep you off their backs. Go elsewhere! Never again, Franco!(Edit in response to their unprofessional reply 21November2018). My complaint is in regards to when Google reviews did not exist yet. Karma is not kind to people like yourselves. You earned this review, beautifully and perfectly. Thank you for your reply, painting yourselves as the professional people I know you to be, you couldnt have done a better job.

Helen Brockett: Actually, one star is giving Franco too much credit. Been trying to get my laptop back for over a year. Had to pay $150 to leave it. Just needed a new port/part to plug in electric cord. Never there, said he'd meet me, part hadn't come in, out of town, on and on...I have a notepad full of email and text messages.Also, left a hard drive about 5-years ago for him to recover content s. Can't get it back either!
Christian Hill (Razori): The owner of the building was a badass. He was totally awesome and very helpful. We came in looking for a hard to find fan part and he had it. We asked him how much? He said it was on the house. It is a very clean environment and he was such a cool guy. I will always come back for more services from Core Computer Technologies. If you are reading this. angela patton: They have done excellent work on the office computers. They are on time, professional, and get the job done. I have had very little down time when the computers have had problems as they are quick to respond to fix the issue. I recommend them for all computer issues, forsenics and such dealing with computers.
Leigh Ann Graham: Franco actually repaired my computer several months ago, but I am only just now getting around to posting a review! Franco (and his staff) ran numerous scans and performed numerous tests on my computer to determine the problem, and when the computer was returned to me it was like brand new with an added virus protection/scanner! The price was fair, and Franco has been and is always extremely helpful in providing friendly and reliable computer service. He is extremely knowledgable about computers. I will NOT go to Best Buy "geek squad" for anything in the future, as I have used them before and was dissatisfied. Franco is and will be my computer "go to" guy in the future should I need any more assistance with my computer.
May Rodríguez: Everything was great! Definitely recommended to anyone seeking good, reliable tech services. Funny and nice, too (always a plus).

Errol Matthews: Walked in spontaneously and they had the 3080ti without the ridiculously price gouging prices.Edit: I didn’t want to have to come here to express my frustration but I sold you guys my rig set up on June 13.. Well i brought it to you that day then a week later you quoted me & I authorized the transaction. It’s now July 11 & I have not received my money yet. I was told it was sent on June 29, what’s the holdup guys ?This review will stand until resolved.
Nick: They do well with computers but they have horrible customer service skills and are pretty rude, been there twice and that was enough for me to find somewhere else
Hannah Schoolcraft: I had an issue with my first ever PC build, and contacted them to see if they could test my GPU and other components to see what was wrong. Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly, and quickly figured out the issue (the PC was fine, my power source was the issue! So reminder to check your old power strips and surge protectors). Everything is working great now, and I know if I have any issues in the future with my PC, this is where I will go! Thank you!

Isaac Rich: Amazing service, knowledgeable, quick, personable. I brought in two PCs which had cooling and RGB software problems which I could just not get to work, it only took them a couple of hours to trouble shoot both pc’s and tell me the next steps. Eventually the AIOs on both pcs had to be swapped out along with 13 fans on each PC (26 total). All in all the PCs were in there for 3 days which is way way faster than monster computers who had them for 2 weeks and only touched one of them and gave up right away.These guys are the real deal, employees are very intelligent, owner is a vet who appreciates vets. Only thing that would make this place better is if you could come in and build a PC with them.

Had a custom built PC within 3 weeks that does everything I needed and more, and well within the budget I gave. Shay Ireland: I’m surprised I never did a review on this wonderful place. I met Ted and other silver knight employees from a streamer friend. However they have done some great work for me. My streaming pc had some issues they fixed it and called me back to come get it. Told me what was wrong and also they did amazing custom lazer art work on my case glass and I wont ever get rid of my case because of it. Anybody who says this place is bad is highly mistaken. I can assure you they’ll definitely make it right and if for some reason they did work on your pc and it stopped working welcome to the world of technology where things are bad out of the box for no reason. I have had a friend purchase a 3070 from here during peek gpu times. They do carry a lot of equipment and are extremely knowledgeable… here’s a picture of the laser work and another of their shop.

Flowstrodamus: Don't come here to clone any hard drives just do it yourself. It'll cost the same anyway. I wasn't told that my hard drive would done the next day when i dropped it off and when I called later on in the day to see if it was done they insisted they had told me of the timeline. Obviously they didn't or I wouldn't be calling back the same day to check If it was ready. Then to top it all off after I pick up the ssd it doesn't work and no computer I put it in will even recognize it. Can't speak for their other services but this definitely soured my desire to go back for anything.
Will Jones: I was having issues with my PC overheating. I took it in, and was assisted by a Theo. He was great, and they were able to find out the issue very quickly. (i'm an idiot and didn't remove plastic backer off of my AIO pump) It was great to have the peace of mind that my build was in great hands, and my PC runs to perfection now. I will be consulting them for any of my future PC needs or issues.
Megan: I went in here to get some parts for my build and I wasn't expecting much because we're in lil ol Fayetteville, but they had a lot of the parts i needed! The person who helped me, i'm so sorry i forget his name, was very knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences being a woman in the PC gaming life, but they didn't treat me any different which i truly appreciate because i was very nervous. The person also gave me alternatives for the build and led me in the right direction for parts they didn't have. BTW - if you remember me I was able to get the Lian Li case on amazon 😌 so thank you so much for all your help!

Alec King: Very great customer service, told me it would be a week before my computer was fixed and they did it in 3 days, and they kept me updated every step of the way, always letting me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. They don’t fix things without running it by you first. Overall great place and will surely return to them for any future computer needs.
Naidaniel Nelper: Went in to get some upgrades done on my laptop. The dude who helped me was very flexible and went out of his way to help me a step further than was necessary. He even took time to show me how to disassemble my laptop and taught me how to put a certain part in myself. After everything was said and done he cleaned the fans and gave my entire laptop a wipe down. Cool guy.
Matthew Jessey: I had broke an aio standoff while building my computer due to too much torque. Called them and they, for free, helped me out with a stand-off and a thumb nut so I could get my aio to seat properly. I cannot express how thankful I am to be able to play hogwarts legacy again after I fix this. Y’all are the best!

J COFFEY: I recently moved my pc to Fort Bragg and in transit my computer got messed up and I was not able to turn it on. I brought it here and they were able to quickly identify and fix the problem. There was a slight miscommunication with the arrangement but the owner was very understanding and accommodating.

Trey: I dropped my rig off because I was having some issues with it blue screening and randomly shutting off. They were very fast to diagnose the issue and letting me know my courses of action instead of just trying to fix the problem and make a profit. They let me know my products should be still under warranty and sure of enough they were so they took my old products out of my rig and let me ship them out to be warrantied. The warranty process took a minute but after everything came in they knocked everything out in a timely matter.
