Hubiera sido mejor que desde un principio nos hubieran dicho que fuéramos a otro lado. Gina Castillo es la peor gerente que he conocido. Ella pasó mi crédito 2 veces sin mi autorización. Parece que no se acuerda, pero le hice una pregunta sobre lo que necesitábamos para aplicar para una hipoteca y para salir de mí, como siempre hizo, corrió mi crédito sin mi autorización, pero me dí cuenta y le dije que eso no se hace. Dos años viéndola para una hipoteca, cuando todo lo que tenía que decir era que, como yo tengo seguro social, necesitaba tener mejor crédito. Yo no le pedí que me ayudara para mejorarlo, nunca! Ahora mi esposo que es mexicano, necesitaba otras cosas. Nunca nos dijeron eso. Removieron los 2 inquiries que ella hizo de mi crédito por parte de la gerencia, pero el daño ya estaba hecho desde hace 2 años que comenzamos a verla. Se creen que uno se tiene que humillar para recibir sus servicios, ja! Si más adelante vive gente y mucho mejores. Gracias a Dios ya pusimos aplicación en otro banco, con el ITIN de mi esposo y mi seguro social y todo va viento en popa. Esto es solo 1/4 parte de mi experiencia con esta gente.

Trapper Wise: Of all the different banks I have delt with over the years this was by far my worst experience.I started with an automobile loan at 9:36am that I was pre approved for. For them to tell me at 5:15pm there would not be time to finish it today. I was informed in my last phone conversation that I just needed to come in and sign. This is after I had to call repeatedly to confirm the information needed had been obtained. Which I ended up doing all the leg work for. Very unprofessional staff! No one knew what the status was on each call, so I ended up going through all the information with several different people.What a huge wast of my time. The last time I delt with the credit union on a automobile loan it took all of about 15 minutes, and the loan writer obtained all the information needed. All I had to do is agree to the terms and sign.If you are trying to obtain a loan from the credit union save yourself the trouble and make sure not to deal with this branch on Ramsey st in Fayetteville NC. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Mabey it was a good thing that time ran out. There is no telling what this group had done incorrect. Wow what a frustrating experience!

Alba Navarro: The financial advisor Mr.J in Ramsey make me loss $11,700 in taxes from my saving cause withdrawal from TSP 401 k supposed go to FBFCU and that check go to him but he put my name in thatinthe place supposed put the Roth traditional address,and nosuppose, when is for ROTH TRADITIONAL,so he decide to send to my home in FedEx and he dont send back to the FEDERAL agency so that's why I loss too much money in taxes, I cant sending back cause he signed, cause check was sent to my residential home and no supposed,also every time I go to Ramsey is closed like this pass june 29 .. so how can I deposit my cash or talk to someone in there,I hate to do it by the atm machine arggggg..0 rate I'm not happy at all.I want close my account in Ramsey street Fayetteville NC .I wish they have more professional people in there to know what they doing!!! And have also translate professional person ( Spanish speaking).I had bad experience in there !!!

Rebecca Savarese: This branch is basically one big ATM now. No tellers. Doors locked. Only Skibo (and I'm assuming the one on Ft Bragg) are open. They claim it's a staff shortage, but come on... That's an easy excuse during these times. There seemed to be 10 cars parked outside. This is a small bank, so that's a lot of people... doing what? Not helping bank customers, that's for sure. Also, the one person that seems to be their notary lets their license expire.

Mark Berg: Worst customer service ever. If it wasn't for the fact my auto loan is with them soon to remedy that I wouldn't use them. You also better be the right race to get the service when they do actually preform it.

I've gone insode numerous times to see an empty lobby and have a manager tell me she is understaffed. I HATE this branch!Update: they've actually taken steps to address the long waits.

Southern Gentleman: My experience at the location on Ramsey St. was not at all pleasant. The teller who assisted me spoke to me condescendingly and acted as if she didn't want to assist me or respectfully answer my questions. I didn't get her name but she wears glasses, walks with a limp and is heavy set. In a scale of 1-10, I rate her customer service as a 1.

Aprielle Felder: Now I completely understand why the rating is what it is I opened up an an and applied for a debit card to be able to send and receive funds from and to my family I live outta state applied for the card they said wait 6 months or do direct deposit I chose to wait the 6 months because they wouldent provide me with a card I can’t go 3-6 weeks living outta state with no money to pay anything it’s crazy then they wanted to have an attitude the whole while like they didn’t tell me what I repeated to them then they wanna run a credit check how many times for the same account I got approved already at this time your harming my credit horrible customer service horrible bank

Travis Smith: Writing a review is a first for me. So I've banked with FBFCU since 2004. I come in once a month to do a bank to bank wire. For about the last 6 months there has been only one teller that has been able to do this wire for me without any problems. I've had tellers at the Ramsey St branch tell me that they either didn't know their password or was locked out of their account and could not help me. Then they would have me wait on one other teller to perform the wire. So I go in today and there is only 1 teller working. I hear her tell a customer that everyone else was on lunch. This teller has told me in the past that she could not do my bank wire. So of course after waiting in line for 10 minutes I get to her and she tells me that she cannot do the wire and that I would need to sign in on the book and wait on one of the reps to help me. Then I heard her tell the rep that she couldn't do the wire because she's by herself and it would take to long. Excuse me but I waited in line just like everyone else and this is a function that a teller should be able to perform. So anyways after waiting a few more minutes a rep tells me that the branch manager could do the wire for me in her office. I tell the rep that I also needed a withdrawal and she responded with the manager couldn't do a withdrawal in her office. So I tell the rep that I'm not waiting back in that line and then she gave me a funny look. Needless to say the manager was able to do the wire and the rep took care of the withdrawal but my issue with this branch is that all of their teller's should be able to perform their basic duties without inconveniencing the customers. I've been experiencing this issue at this branch for months now and someone should have "ALL" of the tellers trained to do bank to bank wires.

chad pettis: After 20 years of banking with them, they are now instituting fees for everything, unless you maintain 5,000, and 10,000 balances in your account, they will try to sell you on the phone insurance, but it only covers up to 300.00 and there fraud protection is already covered by other policies elsewhere. Soo I short I will be moving my account.
