I was able to get my wedding ring cleaned, get my ring size, and shop for a customizable ring as a potential gift. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. They gave amazing insight on how to clean my ring and info on my stone. The owner himself was there and everyone who works there is military affiliated. They also have military specific jewelry that would make perfect gifts for loved ones. All in all just a wonderful experience with people who you can tell truly enjoy their job. Will be returning!

I searched for over a year for a good quality and reasonably priced ring with no luck until I found Heritage Jewelers. They made the ring and shipped it in one week in time for Christmas, which is incredible. The best thing about it was to everyone’s surprise that it’s the exact ring he lost many years ago. He was super excited, which he rarely shows so that’s saying something. Thanks guys.

Sergio Marroquin, Jr.: Heritage Jewelers was recommended by Batteries Plus to replace the battery in my Casio watch. They replaced the battery and then asked for payment of cash or check. I had neither! The lady stated that she would take my name and number and for me to come by at my convience to pay. WOW! You don't find places like this anymore. On my way out I browsed the various items and ended up buying a very nice bracelet for my wife. Without asking she gift wrapped it and put it in a nice presentation bag. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I will be returning to buy more.

Vicki Helms: Love the chain but only wore it less than a week when the first issue with the chain that connects to the clasp broke loose then and a month later the clip on the end clasp messed up. Not very pleased to travel 40 minutes for a repair the first time, plus they were going to charge to weld the chain, until I told them the necklace was worn less than a week when the chain broke loose. They did good on their end to cover the repair, but said next time i would have to cover anything else. A month later I had the 2nd issue to occur and its not worth going back there. I question the workmanship and quality of their jewerly.

They make mostly beauty pageant jewelry and tiaras but also have a large selection of wearable costume jewelry.I walked in and asked if they had anything similar to my IPPOLITA Lollipop Collection, 18K Gold Large Lollipop Earrings in Black Onyx, since a friend of mine really liked them but they were too expensive for me to buy again. Whitney, the associate working was able to find the pieces in the back and suggested that they custom make it. I was worried about price but they only charged me $10. Great quality for the price, they use swarovski crystals and unfortunately they are hot glued to the backings, but you would never be able to tell unless you were up close to them.I will diffidently go back when ever I need anything of the sorts.
