Jt Mumford: Response to owner you pay fair but you tell people that you pay the most and you do not. the firm Pinehurst Coins and many other buyers local to you do pay higher than you no matter what you say. Maybe you can get your clerk to help publish a digital display what you pay and what you sell for in your office store so you can be up to date. Did a test run to sell some coins with this business. They do not pay the best on coins. Pinehurst Coins got them beat on highest price paid for coins. The Cleark claimed to sell silver for cheap but none was available. I will try to buy silver again to see if it is reasonable price.

Lis Mitchell: I have to only give a 1 star because of the service that I received. I purchased an ID bracelet back in Mid May for my daughter's birthday and gave a deposit of $200. I was told it would be a week and that I would be called to come pick it up. Well a week went by and no call so I went back to inquire. I was told next week, so I gave the benefit of doubt and left. Next week came, no bracelet and no call. I tried calling the number on the receipt but it was just a fax number. Five weeks of going back and forth and excuses of why my bracelet was not there, I finally gave up and requested that if my bracelet was not in the next Wednesday, 6/28 as informed, I wanted my money back. I gave it two extra days and on 6/30 ( a couple days past the start of week number 6), I went back to get a refund of my deposit. Ash, the person I purchased from and was communicating with seemed very apologetic and sincerely upset that I did not get my merchandise but right is right and whatever/whoever the distributor is who makes the jewelry is not the best person/company to be working with for delivery of customers paid for merchandise. With my experience with them, I would not recommend this vendor to my family and friends.

Don Walshin: Very poor experience-brought a beautiful Tag watch for a simple battery change. A week later it died so I sent it to NY. The AUTHORIZED repairman said the coil was broken and the crown stripped. Highly advise you should find a pro as opposed to this hacker who denies ALL responsibility. Don W

Sergio Marroquin, Jr.: Heritage Jewelers was recommended by Batteries Plus to replace the battery in my Casio watch. They replaced the battery and then asked for payment of cash or check. I had neither! The lady stated that she would take my name and number and for me to come by at my convience to pay. WOW! You don't find places like this anymore. On my way out I browsed the various items and ended up buying a very nice bracelet for my wife. Without asking she gift wrapped it and put it in a nice presentation bag. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I will be returning to buy more.
