Thrive Counseling & Consulting, PLLC: what do users think?
Ezzy Derp: This facility has people that care about you. They make it easy to schedule appointments and to provide assistance if you need it. Mrs. Kelly was my therapist until I moved, and she's great at her job. If you are looking for help with someone you can trust, come to Thrive Counseling.
Katrina Finch: Positive:Communication,QualityMy counselor is wonderful. When I was ready to make changes for myself....I found my way here. Thank you!!
Bobbie Condlin: Staff is always friendly and helpful. I absolutely love my therapist Jessica, shes been my lifesaver.
E J Nation: Thrive on Owen Drive is not trustworthy. At first they said they'd accept our insurance option, but when they realized that our problems were serious, they decided that they wouldn't. I was stuck paying over seven hundred dollars out of pocket that I should not have had to. Thrive is big with fist-bumping and handing out handy dandy "positive thinking 'to-do' and 'not-to-do' lists" lists on paper, but they run like greedy cowards away from any serious issues. No help here.
Dara Malerba: Amazing counselors, I highly recommend them over any other practice in Fayetteville!
Novy Geraldo: Very professional

Nadia Russes: I gained and learned so much from my therapist at this practice and would recommend 200% based on that alone. Unfortunately I had to leave after under a year because of various front desk and insurance issues and miscommunications. It got to the point for me personally that the benefits no longer outweighed the clerical issues.

Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry Fayetteville: what do users think?
Kayla Cole: Got through a hour long intake session just to be told I wouldn’t be able to continue further treatment with her due to her inability to be unbiased towards my religion. Definitely felt disrespected and discriminated against. I feel as though our differences in religion shouldn't affect my care. She should make it clear that she doesn't treat people with a difference in religion at time of scheduling appointments.
Yvette Griffin: Both therapist & psychiatrist are wonderful. Thank ypu
Cathie Battle: Dishonest communication of policyUnethical practicesUnreasonable cancellation feesThe median fee $25/35 they an entire session 120% over standard expectation
SHAYNA COTTON: Malena has been nothing but amazing! She has talked me through my issues and made me feel heard! I am so thankful for her and her abilities to counsel!
Tiara Goodman: I've been seeing MaLena Goodnight for a couple months now. She has given me the space to be able to communicate my thoughts freely and truly be myself. I feel lucky to have found her as my therapist.

Angela Wright: Teresa Capers is an extremely dedicated worker. My family has used her for guidance and counseling and we couldn't be happier. She provided us with what we needed to hear and helped us get a clearer vision on our lives and what we need to do to move forward from the issues we had that kept us dormant. We appreciate all she is doing for us, and are thankful we found her, she is the best
Adeliade Foxworth: I was fortunate enough to meet with Teresa Capers and the blessings was that we shared the idea that “it’s okay to ask for help”. She helped me to to be able to discuss the smallest and largest of my concerns, to help me to understand that my concerns are mine and that they are valid. We were able to discuss mental, emotional and physical health as one. I’m grateful for the time, the session, the learning and the sharing. Teresa’s calm, easy, calming voice is so helpful and her understanding and ability to help me understand is invaluable. Thank you Teresa, I appreciate you and your service.
Lewis Nelson: I was able to get what I needed from Teresa Capers, she helped me bring some things to the light in my personal life. I would highly recommend the services of Ms. Capers. Aces in my book.

Heart to Heart Counseling and Wellness Center, PLLC: what do users think?
dianezlotnicki: Dr Whitehead Is awesome she evaluated one of my son's a few years back in the middle of the covid crisis she made herself available when no one else would and now today she made arrangements for her team to evaluate my other child when every one else had 6mnth to a year wait list for testing .. even after voicing my concerns I had during my son's evaluation process w her she acknowledged my concerns and remained totally professional in explaining their procedures she's truly a caring and easy to work w professional I'd recommend her over and over she was there to help me get my son's taken care of when no one else was and on more than one occasionSincerelyD.Blake
elly cuellar: had my son's services provided here and Ms. bullard was awesome. Overall clean environment and she was patient and understanding of my son. Would return for future services.
Theresa Powell: I thought the service was very unprofessional. Long story short, I was supposed to have had an appointment scheduled. After I took off from work for alleged appointment I was not scheduled. No Effort was made to even try to accommodate me after their mistake. Then I was told I missed an appointment that I CANCELLED because of Covid. Very unorganized. 🙄
Carla Warren: **Update of my review: The NC Psychology Board's minutes from their meeting 11/4/2021 where Dr. Whitehead consented to charges and was CENSORED. The minutes where she consented 2/9/2023 are not yet on their website. Please feel free to view the North Carolina Psychology Board Minutes for verification. From the NC Psychology Board Minutes: ** Legal/Ethical19. Stat. §§ 90-270.148(a)(10),(a)(13), & (a)(15) of the North Carolina Psychology Practice Act, and constitutes violations of Standards 3.05, 3.06, & 10.02 of the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct. February 9, 2023 Dr. Shenae Whitehead signeda consent order consenting to those charges that include: "endangering the welfare of a patient ", "guilty of immoral, dishonorable, unprofessional or unethical conduct ", "has failed to provide competent diagnosis, counseling, treatment, consultation, or supervision, in keeping with standards of usual and customary practice in this State", "conflict of interest ", "dual roles" "multiple relationships ", "informed consent ", "bases for assessments", "use of assessments ", "Interpreting assessment results ". She was CENSORED by the NC Psychology Board for a second time in a little over a year. It is now a matter of record that Dr. Shenae Whitehead's "immoral, dishonorable, unprofessional and unethical" conduct has negatively impacted the lives of multiple families using Heart to Heart Counseling Services. If you want to report Dr. Shenae Whitehead for any "immoral ", "dishonorable ", "unprofessional " or "unethical " conduct please contact the NC Psychology Board. Her license number is 5489; the board will help you with the complaint filing process. I would NEVER, EVER recommend Dr. Shenae Whitehead or any clinicians associated with Heart to Heart Counseling and Wellness Center. Instead I would recommend staying clear of Dr. Shenae Whitehead and Heart to Heart Counseling unless you want to be added to the collection of families negatively impacted by her "immoral, dishonorable, unprofessional and unethical " conduct.
Malika Hair: Dr Whitehead went above and beyond to assist my family. We didn’t have clue where or how to begin our son’s care.
Kit Notes: My son has been seeing Miss Carolyn Cutter for his ADHD. She has been phenomenal! My son did do well with her and has made leaps and bounds. She is kind and personable and it's evident that she loves her job. I'm so very grateful for all her help. She is an absolute gem!
Gummi Bear: November 10, 2022 the NC Psychology Board's Probable Cause Committee "determined that there is probable cause to believe that ethical and/or legal violations occurred". The committee issued a "statement of charges" against Dr. Shenae Whitehead (this is the second time in a little over a year she has been issued a statement of charges where she consented to the charges and was censored by the NC PsychologyBoard). Charges include: Avoiding Harm (harming clients), Multiple Relationships, Conflicts of Interest, Informed Consent, Bases for Assessments and Interpreting Assessment Results. If you want to report Dr. Shenae Whitehead for any alleged unethical, unprofessional, and/or illegal behavior, etc., please contact The NC Psychology Board, her license # is 5489. You can also contact the NC Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, her license # there is 8992 / S8992. Both boards will be more than willing to help you with the complaint filing process if you contact them. I would NEVER, EVER, even if she was the last therapist on the planet recommend Dr. Shenae Whitehead or Heart to Heart Counseling services to anyone! Run in the opposite direction!
Shawn Johnson: The fact that Dr Whitehead supervises new counselors in her practice that are getting their license while simultaneously having disciplinary action against one of her own licenses for ethical violations is very concerning. What is she teaching them?
Sharon Lynch: Before you seek help from this business Shanea Whitehead (the owner/supervisor) is currently censored by the NC State Licensing Board for unethical practices. This is public information so I am not breaking any laws by posting her License number (PA5489) for you to do your own research on and can see the entire court case with her signature on it accepting the censorship. If you look up the number that is for her business (S8992) it is squeaky clean but her individual license number should send you running. She continues her unethical practices on a case I am very well aware of.
Amanda R: I was recommended this practice by a friend. I had a difficult time getting in with a therapist, but finally got in with Christina, who was wonderful. After meeting with her regularly for a few months I was then informed that she was actual a student, and would not be seeing clients over the summer. I was told there would be an interim therapist that would see me until then. The receptionist (who I think is also the office manager?) told me they would call me once they were able to place me with someone. A couple weeks went by and I had heard nothing so I called. I explained the situation and said that I had no yet heard from them. The receptionist says “that’s because we don’t have anyone for you to see”. It was quite rude, and a bit discouraging. It was a big step for me to start therapy, and even bigger that I felt like I had built a rapport with Christina. Well it’s now the end of September and there’s been no attempt from them to contact me. Thank goodness that I wasn’t on the verge of a crisis, because this practice clearly doesn’t care about anyone. For anyone reading this, there’s much better alternative offices to find a therapist with, likely with better customer service and concern for their patients.
carolyn b: Dr. Whitehead is amazing! Was able to move the appointment up sooner, received results in a timely manner and all around professional!
oh no: me personally, coming from a young adult i like that the place isn’t really like a doctors office and that it’s homey and comfortable. i’ve been working with my therapist for a few months now and they’ve really help me reorganize my thoughts and learn how to ground myself when my anxiety spikes or during panic attacks. i definitely recommend this place to any teens or younger adults :)
kames jones: This place is a joke; I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just did not work out for me. My counselor took things personal and was extremely judgmental. Their scripted treatment was not working and when I voiced that it was a problem. The counselor insinuated that I was the problem and got visibly aggravated when I explained that her pushpin technique was not working. As an example for three sessions consecutively I explained that I was getting less than 3 hours of sleep because of my anxiety and issues I was going through. I was told for lack of better words to count sheep.well G thanks if it was that easy I wouldnt need you DUH!I called and explained my dis-pleasure and their response was “ well if you need medication this is not the place”I left it at that and I am moving on.Thanks for nothing.
Aaron Finley: Run, don’t walk, the other direction.
Janna Jackson: Shenae Whitehead seems to be confused as to what she is; she is licensed by the NC Psychology Board as an LPA but signs evaluations and therapy notes as a Licensed Psychologist. She presents altered mental health records to the court, she lies about what children and parents have told her to fulfill the narrative of government agencies. She is currently censored by the NC Psychology Board and continues to practice unethically.
Amy Barton: Was referred to this center through my insurance but my first impression of this place, was a complete lack of professionalism. I had called earlier and nobody answered the phone so I had drove down to this establishment. When I walked in one person had walked out initially there was no one to greet me but a tablet that asked me to check in. I checked in and saw initial intake forms to fill out and started working on them. In the hour that I was reading the forms one person had walked in and immediately went to the back, the Phone had rang a few times and no one had came out to answer. I walked around to see if I can find somebody but all I saw was offices wide open and unsecured, empty office after empty office eventually I didn’t want to go further in to the establishment so I came to my car and called the number on their website, still no answer. They don’t close til 7pm Monday- Friday according to their site. Something about this experience let me know that this place is not secure anybody can easily walk in and out, go through office files and potentially steal sensitive information. This was a weird experience.
Ricky Montgomery: This place is really unprofessional. I had someone go to this establishment to seek out counseling and believe it or not, no one was there to handle the paperwork once it was filled out. They waited for a total of 25 mins and even looked around while calling the number that’s online to see if someone would come out to help. I personally called and sought out an answer as to why no one was there. I received only the voicemail…I called at least 17 times before telling the person to seek help elsewhere. There aren’t any excuses under the sun that would suffice when your hours of operations are clearly posted on the site and on the door. Clearly this was a sign that they didn’t care enough.
Maria Connie Martinez: Overall great mission focus business however they are unprofessional in the medical health sense. During my initial in office visit, I heard staff speaking about cases and clients openly. I do think they don't keep any safe guards in their actions to keep the privacy and personal matters within confidently. The decor was great but the service was poor.
Rose L: Amazing environment, after going through 3 past therapists, LaTanya Ramos has connected with me and has helped me like no other. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Fayetteville Yadkin area
jasmine rae: This is my second time even in the building. I adore the atmosphere and the workers. The ladies I have encountered are beautiful inside and out. I couldn't ask for a better atmosphere, honestly.
Lynda Ward: (Update: After investigating my complaint, The NC Psychology Board's Probable Cause Committee "determined that there is probable cause to believe that ethical and/or legal violations occurred" and on August 23, 2021, the committee issued a "statement of charges" against Dr. Whitehead, including a charge for "endangering the welfare of a patient." Nov. 4, 2021, Shenae Jones Whitehead signed a "consent order" admitting to the wrongdoings, and she has been censured by the NC Psychology Board.) If you want to report Dr. Shenae Whitehead for any alleged unethical, unprofessional, and/or illegal behavior, etc., please contact The NC Psychology Board at ncpsychologyboard.org. Her license # is 5489. And also please contact the NC Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors at ncblpc.org. Her license # there is 8992 / S8992. Both boards will kindly help you with the complaint filing process if you contact them. I would NEVER, NOT EVER, under any circumstances, recommend Dr. Shenae Jones Whitehead or Heart to Heart Counseling and Wellness Center to anyone.

Clinical Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC Assessment and Treatment Center: what do users think?
Jinette Rivera: Hi....so i take back my 5 star review. If I could give zero starts I would. Maybe a half a star because I like how John works....Thats about it.So I emailed clinical counseling and consulting services on raeford rd. Asking Dr. Caldwell to send me my son's paper work from services he's received and a withdrawal from for dropping him from the autism program with no explanation as to why (since she wont answer her calls or call back) and she refused and said if I contact them again they will get their lawyer.(The reasons she responded with via email today were because I didn't sign and send back incorrect paper work that I had already mentioned in our video call last month that were incorrect and some other ones I found later upon reading which I tried to reach Dr. Caldwell about multiple times but she wouldn't address me, also because of the million schedule changes I was confused about because 3 different ppl gave me 3 diff schedules and didn't communicate with eachother about em till I was finally told there was no room for him in his schedules he always had because they put other kids in those days and times....again....unethical)They had a speech pathologist doing ABA without any form of RBT or BCBA licensing and unsupervised. No goals and no notes or plans. Constant cancelations, and the paper work I was sent explaining his treatment plan had a lot of inconsistencies and she wanted me to sign it anyway. One of the goals on the plans was getting him to comminicate via sign language and he is fluent with his speech SO that was am unnecessary goal. She appears to claim to do 25 hrs of therapy a week for him there on one of the previously mentioned forms and my child only does 1-3 hrs of therapy max a week.Claims he has weak gross motor skills and he has NEVER had issues with gross motor skills nor have I ever claimed he did.She claims she several hrs of parent training per week and I have never had parent training.Changed his schedule 3x in a month and then the "RBT" Told me she had a separate schedule that was not his normal routine schedule nor the new one the office had just called me about a few days prior. Because of this his time slots were given to other children and he didn't have other times he could go.She won't call back but she has the fake RBT calling me to tell me they're dropping him without reason.I wrote an excellent review for them which was their only good review before his previous therapist who was amazing discontinued working there, but now they have shown nothing but unprofessionalism and that they are highly unethical.Don't EVER GO TO THESE MONEY HUNGRY FAKE THERAPIST , FRAUDS THAT CALL THEMSELVES DOCTORS AND THERAPIST. THAT IS ALL!
Charline Piñero: They canceled all the appointments. I do not recommend this office. My daughter missed classes in order to be there and always have an excuse. The doctor is not in the office… we don’t have system. So far I have no diagnosis for my daughter I really have been wasting my time.
Dara Lawson: 100 stars….! Mrs. Caldwell is amazing I can’t thank her enough. After about 2.5 years of telling the doctors I needed to get my daughter an autistic evaluation. I finally got it and she was so understand and mad with me that many doctors told me it was parenting issue. Im finally going to get the help for my daughter! I can’t thank this team enough….!
Jill Williamson: My experience with this organization has been chaotic at best. Arrived to an appointment for my child in November that had been on the schedule for at least 2 months only to sit in the office for 2 hours THEN was told that the appointment (and following trauma assessment) was cancelled. That was aggravating, but things happen so I tried to be understanding. The intake appt was rescheduled fairly quickly, but a new appointment for TA was not available until the end of January. I received a call at the beginning of January saying that this TA appointment would need to be cancelled because of adjusting calendars internally. I did give some pushback since this appointment was to have taken place in November and the office did oblige. I then received a call 1/13 stating the appointment would need to be cancelled because of insurance. Now I am extremely frustrated that none of this had been ran/checked to prevent rescheduling when the appointment was initially made in September. While staff has been friendly in all interactions (and I do appreciate that), friendly does not get my child the assessments that they need. I will continue trying to work with the facility since this far into the C-REP process (and this eval being their requirement from Alliance), we can't really go elsewhere. I will update my review as applicable.
Krystal Todd: i will not be taking my child back here. The front office was a headache to begin with and kept forcing services on me even when my child has not received a diagnose. Went for the real appointment and waited almost a hour before being told the dr has not arrived yet it will be 10 min i gave it 30 and still nothing. i understand things happen but not letting no one know nothing till a hour after office opens up is a little crazy. waste of our time
Jinie Rivera: Katherine Cambell has been such a God send for me and my son with Autism/ADHD as well as Ms. Campbell and the rest of the staff. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I've been hitting so many walls trying to provide the services my son needs and have been put on countless horrendously long waiting lists in other places and this clinic took my son in with open arms, did all his testing in a timely manner and they genuinely care and listen to you. They have great communication and customer service skills. Thank you.
Amber Breach: I hate that we couldn't have contact when trying to schedule our holidays coming up. My son had approx 8 sessions then we never got a call back after I left two different voice-mails about scheduling. Therapist was good but office system is horrible. Getting him discharged and changing office.
Jasmine M.: I've tried to reach out to this practice after two sessions, I've sent email and voicemail since no one has picked up the phone...I realized I was ghosted when I was ready for my third scheduled session and I did not receive a telehealth link or even a phone call.
Melody Frazier: The clinicians throughly gather information when completing assessments. One of the best trauma focused therapist within this region. The intake process is quick and particle. They provide such a professional and friendly atmosphere that conducive for treatment. The pratice of inclusion to diverse families was exactly what Cumberland County needed. Very satisfied with the service they provide to our community!

Best Day Psychiatry and Counseling PC Fayetteville: what do users think?
Sam Dixon: My ex will not let me talk to my son’s doctor he’s sleepwalking and this place won’t listen to me either they just keep shoving pills down his throat
Queen J: The doctor is great but when I call to reschedule I’ll be on hold which is fine but the minute I get on the line sometimes I be side track with a 4 year old they will say hello 2 before I can even say what I needed they are extremely rude and will hang up without giving someone a chance to say hello plus I am a hard of hearing woman with an autistic child and hanging up on me would have the front desk be fuss at extremely rude
Serina Barbour: From the beginning I was not involved with any of the appointments because I was never told about them and I was not even on the consent form, and I am the mother. I never wanted my kid on medicine in the first place but his dad and then girlfriend went behind my back after I said no and to me they should have an agreement from BOTH parents. Next thing, to get any information as far as a letter or note , impossible . I don't know if its because Lelsie herself is too busy or whatever .
Justice Anderson: This has been such an awful experience for my family. My son has been suffering with some issues for months. After getting seen they suspected anxiety disorder ( even though autism is something mentioned by his doctors and occupational therapist)The therapist has completely ignored me to make appointments, she just all of a sudden stopped seeing my son. When he needed help the most in his life, she left him to fend for himself. He’s on multiple waiting list now to find someone to help him after she did this.I’m in a custody battle with an abusive father and they have refused to send over his records to my lawyer for our court hearing. Even after the father admitted everything to my sons therapist, she still thought he deserved unsupervised time. Despite everything, including my son having to be picked up so many times from school out of fear of seeing his dad. Thanks for making my sons life that much harder by you not doing your job.
Molly Patterson: Got a virtual appointment so quickly and was able to see Dr. Cole, who is absolutely amazing! She helped me so much and I’m so glad I’m in her capable hands!
John Smith: The only reason this is not one star is because I haven't even been seen there yet. Perhaps part of the problem is the military, but certainly not all of it. I have been referred to this clinic since the beginning of February and have been pushing for these appointments fairly hard. Eventually I was scheduled for an initial interview at very end of April on the 27. BUT, due to my "provider over booking" it was pushed yet another month to May 22. An almost four month wait for a mental health clinic is absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps, just maybe, if someone is seeking your services, they might really need it. My advice, if the military refers you here, don't take it based on the hassle alone. Stay at on base providers.NOTE: Again, I have not yet been seen by best day. I can only speak on my process to even have an initial interview.
H. Cline (Killian): Absolutely amazing therapist but horrible scheduling. I’ve been going here for over a year and I get maybe an appointment once a month if I’m lucky, I’m going there for SUICIDAL IDEATION! Seriously this is insane! I’m doing better now since I started meds but do they not realize how absolutely dangerous this is?!? I reallyyyy don’t want to change clinics cause of how absolutely wonderful my therapist is but at this point I might just have to.
Deborah Nixon: Have seen Dr. Matlack for 10+ years. He’s a cut-and-dry kind of provider which is refreshing in this day of healthcare. Their receptionist, Abby, is an awesome asset to their practice. Very helpful; empathetic.
Charles Reed: On Monday had an appointment. At the front entrance was a lot of trash, a cardboard box with clothes and a hamburger patty. After waiting for 15 minutes finally was put into a room. There literally was trash all over the floor. The overhead lights were burned out. Papers with files of clients were on the desk. It was a mess. The ladies at the front desk did not care at all.
Amy Cee: I would not recommend this place at all. 1st appointment, we showed up, completed all paperwork. Three people worked behind the front desk and seemed like it was their first day. After waiting 30 minutes, they informed us the provider wasn’t even going to come to work and I would have to reschedule. The rescheduled us and we came back for another provider. Experience was okay at the actual appointment. But afterwards trying to call back and find out when the follow up would be was a nightmare. Never received a date or confirmation call… but definitely received the missed appointment bill. By that time we had already switched to a new provider. Based on the administration, I would never recommend this place.
Alan Hill jr: Constantly having to update my phone number and email address every single time I have an appointment, they are so rude about it like it is my fault they can't save my correct information when I have to correct them every appointment. Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone if you need to reschedule an appointment or have questions about medication my rating mainly goes for just customer service and reception not necessarily the psychiatrists.
addison burgess: the doctors are amazing, love my therapist so much!! the office staff however ruin the “experience” 100%!! i called last week to pay for my appointment and scheduled my next one and one my next appointment day (today) i was on hold for 2 hours and when i finally spoke to someone i was told i didn’t have an appointment. i asked when his next available appointment was and i was told A MONTH FROM NOW. the office staff have no clue what they’re doing and can never seem to get it together. you’re supposed to be a mental health facility, yet y’all are out here playing with your patients mental health.
josephine k: i like the people here. theyre very friendly and understanding. ive never had any problems only with the pharmacy. these people really try to have your back. i enjoy my appointments
Megan Peterson: The low rating on this is completely valid. I've had great experiences with the doctors, but the office staff are absolutely awful. I've had numerous issues with them over the years, but today was the last straw. Two weeks ago, I left a message on the prescription refill line telling them I was out of medicine and asked for them to reach back out to me or fill my prescription. They completely ignored me. Not a call, nothing. I had an appointment scheduled for today so I decided to just wait. They called me at 9:00 a.m. the day of my appointment and told me they had to reschedule my appointment because my doctor was sick. I told them that was fine, but I was out of medicine and I needed my prescription filled and they said they would do it. Because of the issues I've had with them, I went to the office at 12:30 p.m. and told them again - I've been out of medicine. I need it filled. They once again told me they would get to it. I call them back at 4:30pm to let them know my pharmacy still didn't have the prescription, and that's when they told me I'm out of luck. They can't do anything. This on top of me contacting them weeks ago telling them I was out of medicine and then completely ignoring me.
Gage jackson: I am a patient trying to make an appointment , I missed my last one due to agoraphobia ,among other things I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes . I started out as number 5 am now number two in q . This is how long it takes to talk to three people on the phone ,still holding.
Jennifer Honeycutt: Dr. Matlack is one of the most professional psychiatrists I have ever encountered. Especially when it comes to dealing with children. Not only is he very professional but he is very kind, courteous & I can tell that he truly does care.
Sharon Land: Everyone has their own expectations when it comes to psychiatric care. My son was one of Dr. Matlack’s first patients when he opened his practice in Fayetteville years ago. He was so patient in diagnosing him, and to this day I’ll always remember the kindness and care he gave my son during that stressful time. When I needed care years later I immediately went to Dr. Matlack and once again he was supportive and caring towards me as well. I now see Dr. Patterson in the same office and he too is absolutely amazing. I recommend this clinic 100%.
Gifted Goddess: I wait over a hour to reach a representative each time. Just terrible
Stanley Frick: This is absolutely the JV team. i called three day ago to have pre authorization done for a prescription. i was told it would be taken care of now my son is out and i have to go to the emergency room or urgent care . this is ridiculous
Michele Moon: Had my first appointment booked for June 22 after about 4 months of waiting to get a spot, had my therapist quit the day before my appointment, had it rescheduled with the next time available being 5 months away, was never sent my link, waited on the phone for an HOUR for them to tell me I need to reschedule for another month ahead. Because they couldn’t send the link. Possibly the worst psychiatry place I’ve ever heard of. Do not even try coming here.
Maria Ortega: They never answer their phone lines. I was caller "#1" for 45 mins. Not an exaggeration. I was unable to get ahold of anyone

Carolina Counseling Services - Fayetteville, NC: what do users think?
Kaela MC: I used to see Mabel Stellato here. I had told her that I had to stop seeing her for a little bit because I was about to have a baby. In late January I was going to see her that evening to catch up and so she could see my baby. She had to cancel because she was not feeling well and was going to reschedule me later on. A month had went by and i had not heard from her. I had a weird feeling so i googled her name to find her obituary. Talk about hurt. I do not know why the company had not notified me of her passing. I am not sure if they are not allowed to or what. I had been seeing Mrs. Mabel for almost 12 years on and off. She was like a 2nd mom to me. She knew all my children and she was loved. I miss her a lot. I do not think I can ever find another like her. I was also ready for her to see my son as well.
Unknown Annonymous: I've been thinking about this for years. I worked for a staffing agency and although the person that I was working for was decent to me and professional. There was a blonde female in her early to mid 30's that was so rude. She sat mainly at the first desk in the administrative area. She was buddies with another girl that worked there and I could tell that she was talking about me. Maybe because I wasn't white, or looked different from her, but I hope she has long been fired, because she was very unprofessional.I still fight with the notion of calling to report her, because I came there and performed my duties that I was assigned to do, but for her to make it obvious that she was being catty and thought it was cute to talk about me when she didn't know me.It really made me think about how some slob like her could be working in a place like a counseling services office. She needed to be FIRED but I think she was buddies with the owner. If she is there, I hope she has humbled herself and gained some professional expertise and has not let her being the owner's pet go to her dyed blond roots.
Nim hra: Odyessey Webb, MA, LPC is unprofessional. She couldn't remember who I was talking about or my concerns and I had to constantly explain things to her from our previous visits i.e. I explained to her my mother watches my kids so I can have me time. Webb then asks me "So is your mother living?"really.. do you think my mother watches them from heaven? She doesn't pay attention!
Mimi Walsh: Unprofessional
Jamie Christian: Very hepful!

BANNER Consulting & Counseling: what do users think?
Dr. Richelle E. Cromartie: Thus far, my experience working with Banner has be nothing short of amazing! I love Banner's leadership liaison, Michelle Duke. She's considerably thorough, extremely helpful, available to staff, kind and highly knowledgeable. On a daily basis, Banner's clinicians strategically work as a team to ensure quality care is provided to those we serve. I'm just extremely satisfied, and grateful. These 5 stars are well deserved across the board. Thank you.
Dianna Pegeuese: The clinic appears to be very unorganized even through the intake process. Left a voicemail and didn't get a call back until a week later.
Jaime Rodriguez: We have been bringing our daughter her for several months and has really enjoyed her sessions her. Banner took the time to ensure she was matched with someone that she felt comfortable with and that was very important to us as previous locations simply "assigned" someone to her.Highly recommend Banner!
Leydy Mortimer: Critical:Professionalism,QualityTerrible service. The therapist was unorganized. I try to formally complain but nobody answer. Never going back.
Shanna Samford: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI was very please with the professionalism and the kindness at Banner Consulting. The staff was great and very helpful.
Laura Kane: Did not wait long at my appointment. Counselor I have is AMAZING!!
Tommy Rizor: The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The level of care they provide is second to none. If you need treatment or help for you Mental Health you WILL NOT get better care anywhere else.
Glen Nino: No issues at all.
Jill Minogue: Completely unprofessional business. Supervisor uses ultimatums and threats to get her way. I hope she doesn’t use these in the therapy office with her clients as well!!
maggie nichols: No return phone calls, unable to see the counselor.
