Will P: Sold me a dump truck for 58000 and hid how messed up it was from me just to make the sell. Absolutely dirtiest group of folks to deal with ever . I knew something was off when I walked in the place I should of walked out .

Michael Howell: If you need a mini excavator make sure you tell the know it all who works the desk you only need it to build sand castles for your kids. I wanted to dig out a 5 foot tree from my yard. The guy goes on and on about how I need a “major” excavator for ANY tree work and refused to rent me anything under 11k pounds.Bottom line: This place will pressure you to rent things more expensive than you actually needed.
Ben Murphy: Went very well. Great staff, great rental agreement and smooth process. They make it super easy. The only reason they lose a star is the trailer we had reserved wasn't available, so we ended up spending a little more on what they had. But the equipment was top notch and ran all day doing what it was meant to do... Work.

Billy Blackmon: This rental store is a gem that deserves to be preserved for as long as possible. Two, older, genuinely helpful guys run this place. Upon entering, the atmosphere is: “this place has been here for a while, and it deserves to be.” Sure, they only swipe your card, they print large pieces of paper invoices for your receipt snd rental, but this harbinger of mom and pop American business is a beautiful place to spend your dollars. As a millennial, I consciously chose to put my buying power here instead of a big box store like Home Depot, not only because Hope Mills Rental beats their prices to death and does NOT charge a pricey deposit, but I want this place to continue to stay in business longer than I’m alive.
