David Pflugfelder: Have been a customer for years renting equipment and purchasing from United Rentals. Just called about renting a trencher and Cathy told me to call Sunbelt, Home Depot or Herc instead. That United Rentals only rents to contractors for long term jobs.Got the message. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
Dwain McCall: Great team, speedy service, and absolutely professional.Rented a trailer, had some sort of mechanical fault about 10 minutes away. They immediately sent a mechanic out, remedied the situation, and had us back underway. Checking in/out was the fastest of any location I’ve been. Equipment is clean and the employees are unparalleled in their service.I highly recommend this location, and it is the only equipment rental facility I intend to use in the future.
