We are so glad we did, not only did they exceed our expectations they finished one job that the last blind company never finished or gave us our money back for, be careful who you hire - you will not go wrong with this company. We are beyond happy with the customer service we received from the first phone call to setting up the initial meeting with the sales guys coming out till the job was completed. They told us when they would be back after we made the order and they were right on time. They called and scheduled the appointment and even arrived early. We didn't have to chase them down like the last company. They are extremely professional. Anthony was the one that did our install job and he was very friendly and made sure we understood how to work everything and that we were a 110% satisfied before he left. Don't waste your time on the others, start here first and you will be glad you did, trust us!! Thank you again to a wonderful company. We will be in touch when we are ready for more shutter blinds. Christine mcphail: I've called countless times and Tish is never in, trying to get some type resolution to my motorized blinds order made back in January. They don't return calls with a follow-up to their findings. At this point I just want to undo the order and get my money back. I just have not had a favorable experience with this company thus far!
Cynthia Kennedy: The selection of blinds and colors was overwhelming but Tish provided super recommendations and smoothed out the process for me. I had 15 new blinds installed in no time and it improved my house 100%. Unbelievably superb experience from start to finish!

Mom is an 81 year old who trusted you and your company to get this job done. I see reviews on the business and wonder why couldn’t that be mom? What happened? Why isn’t TishReplying to our messages. (Both text and left at the store) . Even the BBB has made an attempt to resolve this matter in the best way possible, but they didn’t got a reply either. Mom is very sad and disappointed at how fast you were to come do measures and take her money, but total opposite to deliver and get the job done. For the record this is a second review I write, but doesn’t seem to bother the owner a single bit.

Cynthia Saar: Excellent selection, very knowledgeable staff and not at all stuffy! I love this place! The owner, Babette, is a hoot and Stephen is very patient and knows his stuff. The selection is huge and their access to other items is unparalleled. I thoroughly recommend this place to anyone needing fabrics, notions and special projects. I'm telling everyone I know about them. A local treasure!
Scott McGillivray: The Mill End has the largest selection of fabrics and materials I've ever seen. I stopped in just before a seamstress club meeting, and was impressed by the helpful suggestions and friendly demeanor. It's conveniently located in Eutaw Village Mall.
Annette Pierce: Way more than meets the eye...these ladies can get any thing you need and want in fabrics. Wallpaper too ...and I haven't even had a chance to start on that. Antionette Belanger: I went into the Mill End store lot of beautiful fabric I love looking at all of it there was two ladies in the back one lady was a customer from what I gathered from the way they were talking they did not offer to help me look for anything they kept talking about her pillows and what they were designing and for her on her couch and I just felt like that I was intruding I felt like that they did not want me in there very cold and standoffish also I found that the pricing in the store to be somewhat expensive anywhere from 1799 on up a yard if you're on a regular budget or if you're looking for a good Buy in fabric that would not be the place to look for it because that is probably not in their price range of what they sell please don't get me wrong beautiful fabric if you can afford it

The fabric here is for interior design (not what I was looking for, exactly) but the saleswoman I spoke to was bright and helpful. The selection was great and I'll definitely head back when I'm ready to tackle the right kinds of projects.

Jerry Goss: Went there to grab somethings, didn't know they were going out of business. So I grabbed some pots and pans, lawn chairs, pillows, and a couple of other things. Now, most of the things we grabbed were 40 percent off, which I thought was a good deal, but their prices seemed a little high, but it's all about the quality, so I happy.

You can tell that the employees work hard to make it look and smell nice in there. Everything has a place and there is no clutter.
