Ashlee Maier: Went in for some paint today, Mr. Matthew was very helpful today. Very nice and very knowledgeable of his stuff. Can't say the same for Ms. Jacquie at the front end check out.. I wasn't aware of the military/phone number change thing they did in February, and she wasn't the most helpful. I asked at the end of her words if I could sign up and she told me to call a 1800 number. That doesn't bother me. What bothered me is HOW she was speaking to me.. over the years of making my home better with the product of Lowe's I think I should at least get someone who talks to me with actual respect.. not the side eye respect, if that makes sense. Tone and demeanor is very important in customer service. I did let her know she needed better customer service skills.. Please please please do not continue to talk to people in the sense you did ma'am. Not everyone will be nice about it. Have a great day.
Edward Munroe: Horrible customer service on two separate occasions. When trying to get information on a high end grill the representative assisting me said the grill wasn’t in stock (later found out they had 2) and had the attitude that she couldn’t care less if I purchased it (too busy on her cellphone).Went back the next day to purchase a $$$$ zero turn lawnmower and stood outside in 100° heat waiting on a customer service representative for 30 minutes that never showed up. Gladly took my business elsewhere.

But to take over an hour to find someone to drop a pallet of material in the outside lawn and garden area during July 4th time is appalling. I’m a former Lowe’s employee and can’t even imagine the chewing I’d receive from management if I conducted this level of customer service.
Tony: Took an hour & a half to pick up $1000 worth of items this morning when I was told the order was ready last night. Two phone calls from the parking lot and one demand to speak to a manager still did not result in getting all the items I’d ordered in an undamaged manner. Trash can was provided without lid, item in stock on website was cancelled later due to actually being out of stock. They offered one of the grills out front that sit in the weather all the time instead of one in a box, and would that fit in my car? Are you kidding me, lady? You saw my car. I can’t speak for in-store shopping, but don’t get curbside until they hire competent people to run it.

Gabe Osborne: Enough can not be said about my experience at the Fayetteville location. Long story short, ordered one of the last 2 available doors in the entire South East (it seemed) and drove from Greer, SC to Fayetteville where I was greeted by Amanda & Jason who where the only two employees that day. Not only did they both help to get this massive door/sidelights out of the store, but assisted in loading the 60" door unit onto my pick-up truck which was no small feat. Both of them literally work out a solution to what looked to be a serious problem in being able to transport it back home. You had to see what we were facing, but I can tell you Amanda & Jason came up with a plan right there in the parking lot and made it possible! I drove there and back in one shot and could not be more grateful that it was Amanda & Jason (the only two people I met in Fayetteville that day) who were there to provide the most professional, out-of-their-way help I could have received. They are a credit to the entire Home Outlet corporation. That is for sure! Thank you for the 12th time Amanda & Jason!! -GABE

M R: I bought a char dual grill from Skibo on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times the grills arrived damaged. However, when I visited Ramsey's Lowes to return the last one, Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she facilitate the exchange for a new grill, but she also provided me with a discount and even offered to have the replacement loaded into my vehicle. The Ramsey store will probably be the one I’ll shop at for now on. If you see Vanessa give her a hey and buy her an ice cold Frappuccino!

Robin Vega: *In store fraud charges on debit card* -Multiple attempts to resolve the matter via phone calls to store with proof of purchase as we traveled out of state shortly after. -Store does not answer phone often, and if they do so, there is no resolve, no call backs. -When finally in store to resolve the issue, was presented with an extremely unprofessional manner. Customer service employees chose to approach one another with laughter, and "manager" who was called to resolve issue was the one whom displayed such manner when approaching customer service counter. (Please abserve customer return cameras 6/28/23 between 5:30-6:30est, Hispanic man, Native female with child)-all employees conducting business to resolve matters assured us that "it's not possible"-2 receipts were presented by us, 1 of which was our original receipt, and 1 of which was a copy of a receipt obtained by calling customer service toll free number, as we provided our debit info. They were able to disclose all transactions and provide receipts of all transactions on said day of dispute.*our honest claim is that we were in store and purchased $65.78 in merchandise, and was also charged a fraudulent charge of $77.85 on the same day. We have one original receipt and both copies of original and fraud receipt obtained buy customer service corporate toll free number after providing our debit info. Please note on both receipts that a different name is displayed. Manager who spoke to us and promised to resolve issue by contacting area manager, name tag was Gerry. He told us Kevin was the area manager. We ask that cameras on date of transaction are viewed.Receipts will gladly be provided as they are already obtainable via in store or corporate. I will not give up until this matter is resolved. I will exaust all avenues and will never use a manner of which that is not fair or unprofessional.

Michael Biller: Just moved to Fayetteville and needed a few small things. I had gone by several antique and thrift stores without a lot of luck before I came across The Re-Store Warehouse. A wide selection to be sure. I found a nice nightstand and a small end table that were in perfect condition. Prices were comparable to other thrift stores I had visited. I was checking out just as they were closing and they offered to help me load them into my car. A great first experience. I expect to continue to stop in from time to time to see what's new.
Daris J: I also would post no stars if possible. I was not greeted nor asked if I required assistance as I perused the shop. I too approached the checkout, that was void of customer, to ask a question, and I was unacknowledged by a staff four. For a small business, with signs indicating they support the U.S. military, they lack common sense customer service; number one, "be friendly" Do yourself a favor and spend your military earned dollar$ where you're treated with respect.

Pascha Wood: I give them no stars if I could. They are rude and when you talk to management she's even nastier. They would get more business if they were a little bit nicer or in my opinion. All I wanted to know if somebody could help me load up a refrigerator or not. It's a simple yes or no. They give you a run around and won't tell you. First day my husband call them and ask him if they could help load the refrigerator. They said they can't guarantee it but if they had somebody they would help. He gets there there's nobody to help him load up refrigerator. So the second day we call to see if somebody's there to help all they can say is they don't know. I'm not going to waste my husband's time off work and our gas to drive an hour away to just see if somebody is there to help us. And when you ask them they are so rude. So my only suggestion is don't ask any questions and bring somebody to help you if you buy from them. But with their attitudes I will not be buying from them.
Joe McKinney: Not crazy about this place. I went in and was initially pleasantly surprised at some of the selections they had in LVP, crown molding, baseboards, etc but their prices aren't that good when you realize almost every single piece has significant imperfections. I ended up buying some LVP, crown molding, and baseboards. Many of the baseboards and crown molding were really beaten up pretty bad so I asked if I could exchange a couple of pieces as I was paying for the product. They told me that normally they don't allow exchanges and I would have to speak with the manager And it was a case-by-case basis on whether they would allow me to do that. I literally was purchasing the product as I was asking to exchange some of the most beaten up pieces! I think it's very poor customer service that I should even have to argue this with the person working the register about this. It almost felt as if I should have just given them my money for the product regardless and just shut my mouth because they were doing me some sort of favor and I should be honored to give them my money since they are a charity. Unfortunately, I'm in a business and can't just throw away money if the pieces are too beaten up to use.
Sandy Massengill: It is hit and miss. Sometimes a HOMERUN with my latest...Ethan Allen Sofa...great fabric and condition. Just keep stopping by...you never know! Plus workmanship in older furniture is sooo much better than new junk.
