Abdullah Waleed: Was here and attended to by a very kind lady at station 03 (H 626) at around 3:30 (I wish I got her name, but hopefully this information is enough to be recognized!). She was very fun and made the state ID process as smooth as possible for my brother and I. I have to take off a star though despite her amazing performance because the wait time is LONG. It took us about 2 hours to be called up. In fairness though, we were doing a walk-in, so beggars can’t be choosers. Besides that, good place!
Irma Rodriguez: We came by 7:30 and right away we're helped out as a walk-in. We didn't have to wait till it opened. Very courteous workers

Sarah Duncan: This was possibly the easiest and fastest DMV experience I have ever had. I did have an appointment which definitely helped as the walk in people had been waiting many hours. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was out 10 minutes after my appointment schedule time. The woman that assisted me was fantastic, personable, and incredibly helpful. I needed both a residency change and a name change and it was handled within minutes. They are booked out for appointments but keep an eye out online. Mine popped up randomly and I was able to schedule it for the next day.

Jas Lyn: The customer service at this location is excellent! The ladies here are friendly and will get you in and out as long as you come with the required documents and a positive attitude. I arrived shortly before 7am and was out by 7:25am for a motorcycle computer test. I had to visit this location on 3 different days this past week to retake an exam and each time the process was smooth and service was impeccable.
Stefanie Sisk: I’ve never exactly gone to the DMV and been thrilled with my experience, but this DMV is rundown, and the staff is all ruder than what I’m used to even in a public services setting.The wait was around two hours, and you have to wait in your car and then the licensing process makes you feel like a you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. I understand that they’re trying to be quick, but they don’t even let you stand up for the photo and the lady at my desk was very curt with me the entire time.they only accept paper copies of proof of license, so you have to fax yours if you don’t have it on hand. I did that, and it apparently did not come through for whatever reason and they told me to come back Monday. All I have left to do is pay them and show my proof of license, no other administrative stuff, and I asked if I would have to do the whole weight process again, and in the least kind tone of voice with a good dash of annoyance, the lady at the front desk told me that yes of course I would be waiting again.If there were other DMV options, I would absolutely never come back to this one. and a minor sidenote, the one bathroom stall they have available for the building had no toilet paper, and the room was rundown and disgusting.
Emily Van Horn: Just went in to get my NC drivers license after moving from Oklahoma during this location's walk-in hours. I made sure to get there well ahead of opening for walk-ins, which they took beginning at 7 A.M. The employee who helped me was efficient and polite. Despite my blunder in grabbing my old social security card with my maiden name when I was applying-something I know that perhaps another employee may have turned me away for-the lady took my information and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.If, like me, you can't afford to wait for an appointment two months out this is a great office to utilize. These people have a difficult time dealing with the public and I do appreciate how quickly I was processed. Just make sure you get there by 6 A.M. in order to be at the front of the queue

Cheyenne Sanders: Long wait, ornery employee that helped me.. I am a nice very considerate person and I have anxiety issues so my anxiety was very high and the lady who helped me was very judgy and rude, and actually got mad at me and snapped at me bc I gently placed my papers on the table instead of directly in her hand. I was not being disrespectful at all and she got so offended and called me out to look hard in front of her work buddies. She must have some sort of complex and I hope she sees this and she feels good for yelling at a nice girl with social anxiety so she could look cool 😎 she then proceeded to be rude throughout our interaction. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lady, get over yourself. Got my license though.
Struggle Monkey: Tell me how a driving evaluator for the State of Nc driving test can tell someone that they do something thats wrong when they drive and then fail someone taking the test that did the EXACT same thing? If you, Mr. Evaluator, are doing wrong and admitting it to the person being evaluated, how in the hell can you be placed into a position of trust to evaluate others? You openly said you do the violation all the time and then failed someone. You should be FIRED. Enjoy your little power trip even when you are the one admitting wrong doing that you do on a regular basis. You have NO business doing road tests for anyone. If you would have failed me, your supervisor and I would be having a talk about where you would be working for your next job. Smart move making it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and not offering that selection in your recording. I was law enforcement and I can tell you what you failed the person on was done correctly, you sir, are wrong and you need to study and learn the NC law.

Ki Park: I was coming from Morrisville, NC area which takes about an hour and half of driving to get here. And I was very worried due to some of the review comments like they had appointment, but they had to wait couple of hours and sometimes never got to their turn and etc. But this location was the only available one for the day and time I needed the appointment, so I scheduled and I came back from the appointment just yesterday and I had a very pleasant experience.My appointment was on Friday at 2:45PM for my daughter to get her learner's permit. And since it's about an hour and half drive from Morrisville area, I gave enough time and arrived there at around 2PM. There were only about 3 or 4 groups of people in the waiting area. The waiting area was nice and big. The one in Cary, they wouldn't even let the parent in and I had to wait outside when I had to do this for my son couple of years ago.Though there wasn't anyone at the front desk at the time, there was a clear sign to do a check-in by scanning the QR code or by sending a text message to a number. The officers did come to front desk area maybe every 10-15 minutes or so asking people whether they are all checked in and have the number. I was too early and when I sent the text message to the specified number, it told me I was too early. When the officer came to the area, I asked and he explained without a complain that I can only check-in 15 minutes before my appointment or he can check us in as a walk-in. And also explains that if I check-in as walk-in, then I can get pushed back as the appointment people come in. So I told the officer I'll just wait and check in when my time comes. And when the time came, I sent the text message, and it gave me the checked-in number and maybe within 5-10 minutes, my number got called and things processed pretty quick and we were out in like 10-15 minutes which included my daughter taking the written test on the computer.The lady officer who handled us was very friendly. Usually the DMV people are not friendly and sometimes rude, but she greeted us with smile and took us through very nicely.I am not sure if I was just lucky that I had a very pleasant experience, but I sure did. The place was big and having the large waiting area was very nice. I liked the text message check-in, however I wonder how it would have gone if I had used my wife's number to make the appointment and just had the print-out of the appointment confirmation email. And for older people who may not be familiar with using phone to check-in and stuff, might have hard time. I helped one lady to check-in using her phone. The place was modern with screen showing the number being served at which desk. The announcement of calling for next person was loud and clear to hear. The serving officer was nice. This probably was one of my best DMV experience!If I lived close by this location (within 30 minutes of drive), I would definitely come here again assuming I'll continue to experience what I have experienced yesterday.

Coreen Dennis: Well, today the computers were down. I was told they had issues with the internet. Nevertheless, I was able to go in and ask a few questions. The lady at the desk was quite helpful. She even gave me a list of DMV offices and the services they provided. By way of information, the "skip the line" option online is booked up to October. Yup! Long wait ahead. She said, "Walk-in's start to line up as early as 7:00am." Go figure!

I stood in line with about 60 other people and my wait time was about an hour and a half. By the time I got out my back was hurting bad for standing so long. There were disabled persons that uncomfortable too.

Trent Wheeler: Noooo starsssss ! No customer service examiner Johnson was extremely rude they need to knock that place down and build another one with new employees. Waited for hours horrible place
charlie bee: This place is terrible, only one attendant and she's very rude. Long lines everyday. DMV has to do something about this situation, especially with the amount of growth and a lot of people moving in the area.

V L: I encourage everyone that is having horrible experiences with this DMV or any NC DMV to immediately report the issues to your local state representatives and demand change.
Michael: The singular employee working here may be nice, but the office is extremely unorganized. People are waiting for multiple hours (sometimes multiple days), and cannot be seen. Out of all the DMVs I've been to this is the worst by far. Seems to be super understaffed and underfunded. If you can go to any other DMV location you should. The website, and actual office also differ in many ways leaving prudent information out.

Harris Joseph: Any service office that closes at 4pm and is not open on weekends is designed to be a barrier to folks who cannot afford to take time off in the middle of a workday. It is absolutely intentional.
