Aaron Franklin: I called the guy before i took my tv to him. Gave him the make model. Told him i had a skinny straight line on the screens right side. And asked "DC o you replace screens". He said yes bring it in,so i did.He sat it outside against the wall beside other early drop offs. Once inside he tells me that will be 20.00. I asked will it go towards the bill he said no its for diagnostic. I thought that was wrong but i went with it. He calls me and tells me i needed a screen. I was like no shiz sherlock. Then tells me it will cost 650 to fix it???? I told him I'll be in the next morning to pick it up. He wasn't open so i called left a message. He called later and i went to pick it up. He proceeded to tell me i again i needed a screen, like i didn't tell him that. Then he wanted to keep it. I asked if he took the back off because you can see the screws were never touched. He said yeah,yeah,yeah???? Got it home plugged it in and now has multiple lines in it. I canceled the 20.00 payment through my card company. The guy takes money for diagnostic and doesn't do shiz...Hes a thief and a scammer. He's probably selling parts a TVs online to make money.Service:TV repair

Nguis Otong: I have a 65” Sony Bravia Android TV that would shut down and blink 5 times, so I called this shop to schedule a repair. Mr Choi said that he would he would come out and look at it for $50 bucks. It seemed reasonable cause I lived 10 minutes away. He showed up at my house, looked at the tv, and in less then 3 minutes, said to buy a new one. This was strange because he didn’t even have a tester to see what was wrong with it. I asked him if he would like to purchase the broken tv for parts, he told me that he doesn’t need it. I payed him for his service, and while he was leaving, he asked if he could have the tv. What the hell?! I told him no, and thanked him again. The next day I looked at some YouTube videos and I fixed the tv. It only took me 5 minutes and a screw driver. I do not recommend this business!!

Francisco Enamorado: I was hoping the bad reviews on this guy were not true. Big mistake...he came over to check why my refrigerator stopped working. He arrived without any tools. Told me he had to come back with his tools to check and see what was really wrong with it. Next day he arrived, recharged the unit (without checking for any possible leaks) and proceeded to charge me $300.00 and 5 days later, stopped working again. I called him, he couldn't remember the work he had done, gave him my address and name and said he would be there by 5 p.m. Never showed up, and now he doesn't answer my calls. What a service...please, if you need service, don't get taken advantage of this guy. Wait and find someone else to fix your unit as I made the mistake to give him a chance to do well and in return, I can't even get him to pick up his own phone and answer my call. So unethical.

Jaclyn Ramos: Thankful for the quick repair but I guess that can come with consequences. I explained my situation over the phone and said I had a washer & dryer out. I asked how much the service fee would be and was told $85. Washer was an easy fix (connection needed to be re-connected), dryer just needed a belt that was only suppose to be $25. $85 + $25 should be $110. He charged me $160 total. When I asked how 85 + 25 = 160, he said it's 2 service fees & that he wasn't charging for the belt. With the way the economy is going, it's not good business practice to say one thing & do another. Especially when pricing is involved. Next time be upfront with your pricing.Service:Washer/dryer repair

Tammy Goodwin: Update: I modified my review as my dryer issue returned and the company didn't return my call. I called Sears Appliance Repair (which I highly recommend) and they fixed it. The technician slso shared that it appears that the previous technician greased the wheels to stop the noise instead of fixing it.My home warranty company contracted with 3 J's for two repairs that I had. Both times the technician, who is also the owner, was professional. The company honors their work. It was kind of urgent because he has three children under 4 years old. Hoping for an appointment by Monday, the tech was here in two hours. Fixed the washer in less than an hour at a fair price. At first, received phone call to set up appointment, came to diagnose problem, but never returned to repair nor would return any phone calls from me nor the warranty company. Very unprofessional, stay away from this company unless you want the run around!
Kevin Graves: 3j’s was absolutely awesome. I filed a home warranty claim on Sunday. I emailed Andrew, the email given by the warranty company, and Andrew emailed me back on Sunday and asked if I would be available around 9am on Monday. I messaged back and said yes. He was on time and easily diagnosed the problem. He was in and out in 30 minutes and had the dishwasher up and running. 3Js only takes cash or credit, but they use square so I was happy as can be. Profesional, straightforward repairman. I would highly recommend.
Pretty & Fine TV: Horrible and they steal from homes watch them while they’re in your home. The secretary lady has no clue what she’s doing and the owner Andrew is nasty, rude and he’s Breath smells terrible. Beware the services is horrible, they’re all unprofessional as well and Beware the owner Andrew breath stank....

Amy Perry: We had a good experience with this company. They were referred to us by our warranty company. They arrived the next business day, early, but they were willing to wait while I arrived. Andrew was able to obtain the part on the same day and returned to my house to install it. After installing the pump, he discovered that there were some additional issues with my machine. He worked under difficult circumstances until my washer was working perfectly. He was a gentleman and I would use their services again. I have never had warranty services completed so quickly. Thanks again!
Chanda Goldsbrough: If I could rate this company in the negative I would. PLEASE BEWARE, IF YOUR HME WARRANTY COMY RECOMMENDS THIS COMPANY FLAT OUT REFUSE ! They came to my home early December replaced a part and told me my oven was fixed, the same night I tried to use it it overheated a gave a f10 code. I called them back out by the time they rescheduled it was two days before Christmas a different person, (the owner I believe) cane out he came with the exact same part that had been replaced the last time. He said oh I didn’t know they already replaced that it must be your control board , but don’t worry you will be good to use your oven it will still work, needless to say it didn’t it would overheat beep and give the same code leaving me with no stove during the holidays. A week after Christmas the original guy came back and replaced the part they ordered, this time because I was already cautious I had them test the temperature it was blazing hot, overheated again and in addition now my warmer drawer, and warmer on the stove were inoperative. They repair guy said they had changed everything and the stove needed to be replaced. He called it in. They said they would update the home warranty company. A week went by still no update, I called reached the owner who again assured me he would call still no update to the warranty company. Fast forward 30 days they still haven’t called won’t return my calls or the warranty company. I blame them as well as American home shield for utilizing such a unprofessional company. They are terrible , I hope I save someone else from the headache of this company.
aisha wilson: This place is the absolute worst. I currently rent through a private owner who has a beatiful home. All appliances are to be fixed through AHS and 3Js is the company they insist in sending out. My microwave has been broken for 4 months. They have come out 3 times to either diagnose Or "fix the issues with the microwave. The first guy who came was the owner and he was very rude and short. He has no customer service skills and he is clearly a horrible business owner. The next 2 times they sent out a tech with different parts, none of which worked. Over the course of this time, in have been lied to about appointment times, call backs and over all service. They are a disgrace and incompetent liars as well.
