After two weeks without update he did not answer his phone and when he eventually did all promiss were broken still did not repair the tv. Avoid this place at all cost.

Deborah Moseley: Mr Choi came to my twice to repair 2 different large screen TV's. It has been over a year on one and two years on the other and they are still working. Awesome job. He does charge to look and tell you what is wrong but if he can fix it the fee will go to labor plus parts. I would recommend him to anyone who ask about his service.

Debra McCloud: Mr. Choi made a home visit to repair our plasma TV. He was prompt, professional and repaired the TV without problems, he spent nearly 2 hours in our home to complete repairs. We are very satisfied with his service. I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs.
Wayne Truitt: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.... Terrible customer service an rude. He had my tv for two months, said repair would only take a week. I would call every week to get updates, said he was busy and my tv would always be the next tv to fix. After two months i went to the shop to check on it, said my tv was next to be fixed and he would call me when done, he could tell i was getting pissed off so he tried to put part in but his part was bad, said he was done fixing my tv and gave it back to me still broke. No I’m sorry no nothing from him just take your tv. Waste of $50 service fee for him to have it for two months and never fixed it. Do NOT GO TO AIR FORCE TV REPAIR if you want good service, quick repair and your tv fixed. I would give a 0 star if i could....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

Josh Levine: Took my failed LG 47 inch TV to Air Force TV after it was deemed unrepairable by Squaretrade. There was an initial 30 dollar fee for diagnostics on the system which was then applied to any repairs required. The gentleman was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do for my TV. He stated that it may take 48-72 hours to hear back on what was wrong, and what the cost would be to fix it. After 24 hours, we heard back from him that the LED strips had burnt out and that all 6 had to be replaced. He stated this could take about 72 hours to a week depending on the availability of parts. The next morning, we received a call stating the TV was finished. The TV works beautifully now and complements the replacement Squaretrade sent after this one was deemed non-repairable.Air Force TV is a very professional one-man shop and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
Jeremy Bradford: Received quality job on the repair on my TV and would recommend using them again, if needed (hopefully not on this TV). Would say people need to understand that this is a one man shop and therefore it will not be a speedy repair and must remain patient for services rendered. My repair took almost 3 weeks, but the part order didn't work and he ordered a new one which didn't work either and required more repairs. However, he didn't charge me anymore than what I had agreed to pay off his initial assessment of the problem. Very satisfied now that I have my TV back and working properly.

Bubba Bunn: Very helpful older Asian gentlman. I knew what was wrong, burnt out capacitors somewhere, but I lacked the confidence and skill to locate and replace a capacitor. I dropped it off for $20 to get it checked. The next day I got a phone call saying it was a few capacitors near the power supply and it would be $80 to repair it and the original $20 would go toward that $80. He saved my Tv for $80 when a new one would have cost 300+ for a decent size and model. I'm taking another TV in tomorrow for him to diagnose.

Aaron Franklin: I called the guy before i took my tv to him. Gave him the make model. Told him i had a skinny straight line on the screens right side. And asked "DC o you replace screens". He said yes bring it in,so i did.He sat it outside against the wall beside other early drop offs. Once inside he tells me that will be 20.00. I asked will it go towards the bill he said no its for diagnostic. I thought that was wrong but i went with it. He calls me and tells me i needed a screen. I was like no shiz sherlock. Then tells me it will cost 650 to fix it???? I told him I'll be in the next morning to pick it up. He wasn't open so i called left a message. He called later and i went to pick it up. He proceeded to tell me i again i needed a screen, like i didn't tell him that. Then he wanted to keep it. I asked if he took the back off because you can see the screws were never touched. He said yeah,yeah,yeah???? Got it home plugged it in and now has multiple lines in it. I canceled the 20.00 payment through my card company. The guy takes money for diagnostic and doesn't do shiz...Hes a thief and a scammer. He's probably selling parts a TVs online to make money.Service:TV repair

Nguis Otong: I have a 65” Sony Bravia Android TV that would shut down and blink 5 times, so I called this shop to schedule a repair. Mr Choi said that he would he would come out and look at it for $50 bucks. It seemed reasonable cause I lived 10 minutes away. He showed up at my house, looked at the tv, and in less then 3 minutes, said to buy a new one. This was strange because he didn’t even have a tester to see what was wrong with it. I asked him if he would like to purchase the broken tv for parts, he told me that he doesn’t need it. I payed him for his service, and while he was leaving, he asked if he could have the tv. What the hell?! I told him no, and thanked him again. The next day I looked at some YouTube videos and I fixed the tv. It only took me 5 minutes and a screw driver. I do not recommend this business!!

Francisco Enamorado: I was hoping the bad reviews on this guy were not true. Big mistake...he came over to check why my refrigerator stopped working. He arrived without any tools. Told me he had to come back with his tools to check and see what was really wrong with it. Next day he arrived, recharged the unit (without checking for any possible leaks) and proceeded to charge me $300.00 and 5 days later, stopped working again. I called him, he couldn't remember the work he had done, gave him my address and name and said he would be there by 5 p.m. Never showed up, and now he doesn't answer my calls. What a service...please, if you need service, don't get taken advantage of this guy. Wait and find someone else to fix your unit as I made the mistake to give him a chance to do well and in return, I can't even get him to pick up his own phone and answer my call. So unethical.

steven hayes: They did not fix my dishwasher. Took $300.00 and now blew off a service call and will not return text or calls. Voice box is always full. Beware of this group.
Hannah Simpson: The guys that came out to fix our fridge did an awesome job! We were a little nervous that it would take a while when parts had to be ordered, but they were back within a week. The second time they came, I felt that they were very thorough and they were able to fix some additional issues they had found the same day. Overall very satisfied with the timeline and results and I thought their pricing was fair.
Jorham Diaz: This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They handled my warranty claim and their service couldn't be worse. They came out and did something to fix my ice machine but it never worked. On 4 different occasions I coordinated a second visit and never showed up. Please don't waste your time and money with them.

Unfortunately, they came to our home without setting an appointment while we were at work initially; however, we could reschedule and have them come back out to assess within two days.After the assessment, they informed us that they would have to "order" the part to repair our washer. That was over a month ago. We have not been able to contact the company by phone, nor have they responded to any of the voicemails we have left or emails we have sent.When we called AHS to have our washer repair reassigned, hopefully, somehow, AHS was able to speak with them directly through a "private phone line" and ensured us that our part would be delivered today (4/13/2022).Again, I have called this company several times today with no response. And still, we are left without a functional washer. I understand the company might be overbooked and overwhelmed; however, that is no excuse not to communicate with customers who have paid for services.UPDATED:Finally was able to get through to the company. I assume that they answered because I was calling from my office phone. However, be that as it may, the part we have been waiting on has been "discontinued." Considering we have been waiting semi-patiently and have been understanding until this point, I would have assumed we would have received a call from the company with an update. I was wrong, unfortunately.OC Electronics has a lot of opportunities to grow in providing quality experiences to their contracted paying customers. However, I question the screening process AHS uses to select contractors.We have been severely disappointed in our experience with this company.
Sabrina Blayde: My home warranty assigned them to me to fix my refrigerator. When I initially called they answered “Hello” as if I was calling a personal cell phone. They setup the appointment date/time and did not show up. I called before the appointment and left a voicemail, and an hour and a half afterwards and left an additional voicemail. I called AHS for them to reassign someone else.UPDATE :Per you response. I called to setup the appointment and was given the date and time from the gentlemen that answered… If that was the case with what your saying, why not return the two voicemails? Joe A: Dishwasher was not draining ENTIRELY, my home warranty service sent out OC to look at the problem. After looking at the dishwasher they told me that it needed a new drain pump (but didn’t have the item and needed to get approval from the home warranty) No problem, I specifically asked if we could continue to use the dishwasher and just hand drain the little water that would pool in the bottom as we had been for a couple weeks now. They replied Yes. On the very FIRST wash cycle after they left the dishwasher didn’t drain AT ALL leaving the whole bottom of the tub filled with water. We decided to just replace the whole dishwasher as it was kind of old anyway but I hope the draining getting worse was a complete coincidence and not the result of the original visit.
Dani Lynn: OC was assigned to me by my home warranty company. They were quick to come and collected the service fee, but wouldn't submit the diagnosis to the warranty company. I sent them an email asking them to respond to the home warranty company, but they did not. Thankfully my claim was reassigned.Edit: thank you for the reply. Though you are entirely incorrect, as the company who was assigned replaced the heating element 5 minutes after submitting the diagnosis. My star rating will remain at 1 star.

On the day of the appointment even after confirmation nobody turned up saying they are backed up with work. Took another appointment, same thing happened. Orette did not had courtesy to answer the call or call back after hearing the voice msg. I scheduled third appointment very well knowing the result and as expected, nobody turned up. Don't waste time with these guys!

He and Neal quickly repaired the device and it is now "functioning within normal parameters". In the past, they repaired our Samsung dryer and it continues to work great. Thank you, Guys. Ernest Labrador: My dishwasher was not draining the water and another company replaced the water pump. However the problem continued and I called the insurance again. This time they referred OC Electronics to fix the problem. Neil & Nicholas from OC Electronics came and immediately identified the problem. It turned out the previous company did not check the draining tube coming out of the dishwasher and it had a piece of glass stuck in it and therefore preventing water from draining. These guys not only knew what they were doing, they were also very kind, compassionate and professional.The type of virtues that are lacking during these times. Thank you guys for a job well done.

I scheduled an appointment with this company on a Thursday for them to come out on Monday between 3pm - 5pm to look at my washing machine. I called at 4:30 and did not get an answer. The owner called me back. I told him I had an appointment and never heard from anyone to say they are on their way or anything. He told me there was no appointment and then proceeded to tell me he could come out. Then he told me that he see that I was on the appointment calendar but was unconfirmed. He tried to give me some far fetched story of how things became messed up by trying to indirectly blame it on someone else. He was the person I talked to on Thursday but he tried to deny it! Long story short, he arrived after my "SCHEDULED" appointment time and then wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix my washing machine (I can buy a brand new one for the amount he was going to charge me) and he still charge me for the service call after being 45 minutes late. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. He is a total rip off. Had I not called, he would have never came out, but still had the nerve to charge me full price for a service call. Not even willing to give a $10.00 or $15.00 dollar discount for being late, or wasting my time.
Terry Kegler: I called to set up a appointment to get a estimate, was told that they would be here after 5, he was a no-show. So I called back the following day and he came out and took a look and told me what I needed. And I was promised a written estimate in 2 days, well after not hearing from him I called him he again promised me a written estimate. So after a couple of days and not hearing from him I have been calling his phone, but he stopped receiving my calls. I would have much rather be told that he wasn't interested in helping with my project than to be lied to and avoided. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
