taylor williams: such a bad company my boyfriend was throwing up the 2nd day on his job and he called them after he clocked out to tell him he was sick they were very rude to him on the phone and he worked 2 days for FREE with no pay ! and when we tried to get in contact with the agency they said they could no longer help him because he isn’t employed there anymore 2 days AFTER they fired him 0/10 do NOT recommended at all.

They did a great job of keeping me fully informed throughout the process while truly pulling for me as I went through the interview process. I have to admit, I was skeptical when I first applied for the position, as it was a permanent placement management position which is admittedly not the normal type of position they recruit for, but they quickly and fully erased any doubts. I would highly recommend Belflex for their professionalism, enthusiasm, and communication to anyone looking for their next position.

andrew: It's a women with a disrespectful unprofessional attitude named Terri, they put me on an assignment after about a week I realized it wasn't for me. I gave them the required 48-hour notice and they still took my pay down to 7.25$ an hour because she didn't like me. Steer clear of the fayetteville location at all cost, the women there are just big un-mature kids in charge of your money and employment.

Personal Account: I struggled for months trying to find a job in an office. Ive had years of experience and no one would give me the change for even an interview.I sent my resume to BelFlex, within a week i was brought in to speak with the staff and that same week i had an interview lined up and i got the job.It has been well over 3 months and i am still satisfied with how BelFlex works. They communicate with you in a timely manner, they're polite, they're helpful. The lady at the front desk is funny. Anytime i have to speak with someone in BelFlex, i am always pleasantly surprised at how well it goes.I have no complaints. It is seriously a great place to go to for work as long as you can pass a drug test

From Chrystal to Shannon to Terri they are phenomenal at their job. They check on you on your first day up to your first week to see how'd things are going and if there is anything they can do to help.

The day before I started someone was suppose to call me about my background check nobody called . I had to keep calling just to find out through email that I didn't pass background check because of a misdemeanor marijuana charge in 2017 ... not a felon .. There are felons working with this company but I got denied for an old misdemeanor after going through every step with the company ..that is ridiculous
