Melody “MarvelsBest” McLaughlin: These busters messed alot of people up Thursday-Jan 26 for the jobs. It was SUPPOSE TO BE A WALK IN EVENT from 10a-2p. BUT THESE no goods, were telling people they HAD TO REGISTER WITH THEM, HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND A RESUME IN HAND. SO MANY people lost out because THEY COULDNT get an appointment.. THEN, the day of NC WORKS WERE LETTING PEOPLE WALK TF IN YAWL ARE SOME SORRY PEOPLE.. MAYBE YAWL DONT NEED JOBS YOURSELF..

Pee Bee: This place is so useless it did not make sense at all to shut down the only local office that we have in Fayetteville now we are unable to speak with the CSRs in person. Now the hold times be over an hour they sometimes don’t call back when you choose the call back option and when they do call back they give you a nasty attitude as though you’ve done something to them. I wish I could get paid by the state to work from and not really be doing anything. I’ve heard CSRs talking to their children . They’re being distracted by other things as well. I applied in September 2020 and I’m still waiting on my benefits. This is unreal.

Brittany: My husband works for ISG, they use NCWorks to handle timesheets and pay, but for the last 2 months, NCWorks has failed to pay my husband. This has happened before, last time for a month. Every time my husband calls, "We promise you'll get paid next Friday." Today is another "We promise", and guess what? No pay. If you can avoid NCWorks, I would highly suggest you do so.
nation low: Just moved out here, and having a hard time finding stable employment besides labor ready(which isn't stable). I was referred here by a friend, and NC works helped me get a couple interviews. 👌👌

Belgica Aguilera: This place is unprofessional black lady called my phone puts me on hold then Hangs up the phone I called back lady says nothing just silent on the phone I’m like hello she like yes I’m like u called my phone and hung on me . And she say no she didn’t I let her know that she had me on hold for a long time and she catches and attitude say I called to confirm your appointment I’m like you never said that I told her like why didn’t you just say that . Then they called me back and have the nerve to call me to cancel the appointment because she claim I had an attitude . If anything she had an attitude lady could of just been like my apologies had someone on the other line call dropped but nope she decided to be petty and cancel the appointment rude and unprofessional very unprofessional they place need to be shut down or replace everyone in the building .
