Wendy Carroll: although there seems to be less staff everywhere these days I found items i needed and was in and out quickly on my second trip this weekend. My first trip was not such much at the jewlery counter! I waited for 15 minutes and gave it up for Kay Jewlers. Penny's loss on that. they never seem to have enough people interested in waiting on you in that area
jassmine panameno: Went in the store looking for a ring since , I lost my engagement ring hoping to find something close to the one I had. William in the jewelry department was so awesome. He help us so much. He was super nice ,very knowledgeable of the products. Answer all I question i had with no problem. That was the best customer service I had in a while.

Roobz The: Worse experience ever. Today is May 28th. I had an appointment for Jc Portrait i took my stuff downstairs to my car. The manager followed me because i m black. And started to take photo saying i was stealing stuff from the store. She s really racist. 2023 still racist people walking around.

JV MOORE: Honestly I believe it’s best to try finding an independent hair dresser. On my first visit the hair stylist repeated three different times it really didn’t matter if Belk or JCP had repeat customers because they were paid no matter if people go for their services or not. My second visit they scheduled me for a hair cut when I stressed several times during the scheduling process I did not want a cut. You might think the stylist would care since I am a very generous tipper. Why waste my time looking at color samples when the whole idea was to find a place where I could make an appointment and actually have work done I schedule for myself without wasting my time!
Linda Robbins: Everyone is always so nice when you come in. Robyn Hughes is always there and ready to go to work on your hair. She is very nice and careful with you.
