FirstHealth Convenient Care - Fayetteville: what do users think?
Rikki Taylor: Always sure to get seen fast!!!
Mel Moe: They are the only (or one of few) urgent care centers that does not require an online appointment. And, when I called, I spoke with someone IN the office & not a call center! There were only a few people in there, so our wait time was minimal. Very clean facility w/ good staff!
Macaron Mania: I have lived many places but this is the best urgent care I have ever been to! From the front desk to the back rooms I am always treated well!
Kay Banks: Wonderful staff especially the front desk 💗💗 -Kayla
Brett: Dismissive and incompetent. They had an attitude because I called them to ask for lab results that they never contacted me with as they said would. They never sent my referral to specialist like they told me they would, Specialist had to call them. Dr. Misdiagnosed a spider bite for a chemical burn (I wasn't even there for that he just did) and the nurse told me she wishes she could lose 30 lbs in response to me explaining my symptoms of nausea and unintentionally losing 30 pounds.
Melissa Gifford: Very quick, clean and great bed side manner!
Morgan Horowitz: After searching the area for top rated urgent care facilities this one was at the top of the list and I know why. Some of the best customer service I’ve had at an urgent care. From Alexandria (receptionist) to Jolene (nurse/nurse aid) to Dr Eric, everyone was beyond kind to my kiddo.Thank you!
Theresa Caston: The staff is great , the facility clean , they do a good job
Katrina m: Friendly staff and was seen quickly
Anna Stevens: I was able to be seen quickly on a Friday and as a new patient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know.
belmarie Rivera (cakes and sweets): 4 hours waiting and after I was call to the room , another 30 min waiting and I had to go without even seeing the doctor. Unbelievable
Nina Jones: Very impressed and very pleased. The wait was a little long but it was okay cause they are under staffed. Mr. Eric Schmidt was so kind and so gentle with my fractured ankle. He was amazing..I had no idea what was wrong cause cape fear messed up all my paperwork. He took it as a emergency showed me my x rays basically held my hand threw the entire visit. Even when he put my cast on he was extra gentle got me a appointment at a very good orthopedic doctor. I would 100% recommend this office. The wait is a little long but the care is amazing
Regina Hart: Myself, my husband, & our 14 yr old son have all been here over the past 2 weeks. We all saw PA Eric Schmidt for whatever this nasty crud is going around. Sinus infections, cough, congestion, sore throats, low grade fever, fatigue. The people here from the front desk to the Paramedic, & the PA were all very welcoming, helpful, & understanding & the facility was new and very clean. Nice to have this available and we'd definitely recommend it if you need this type of care that you can't get into your regular Dr. for.
Elicia Johnson: Great caring staff. Every time I go it's a pleasant visit. So glad they are in Fayetteville an not a cape fear system provider
Crystal Bilal: Wait wasn’t long and everyone was very caring and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place over any of the other urgent care places I’ve been to around here!
Tiffany Gersch: The staff was very friendly. The Dr. was very nice an explained everything. Service was fairly quick. There were only two other patients there. My son an I were in an out within 45 mins. I highly recommend.
Courtney Lavier: I have to say I have brought my daughter here couple times and when I say it is the best it’s nice that they have urgent care available to everyone. Wait time is good the nurse and drs are amazing I will go here before having to go to ER! Thank you for always listening to my concerns and addressing them!
Christos Hondros: Easily the worst service I've experienced at any doctors office, came here 4 times and each time was giving different information. The communication in this building is pretty much nonexistent.
Dani Chance: i would have to say i am very disappointed with my experience . the symptoms i was experiencing is something i cannot say that i have felt before and i feel like nothing was done . i was tested for Covid and the Flu , which both came back negative . i was told it may possibly be some kind of infection which was not tested for nor treated . two days later and i am still feeling the same exact way . i have been using over the counter medication , but that only helps but so much . however, some staff was fairly friendly , facility was clean , and things moved quickly .
Rachel Hughes: Absolutely the best urgent care ever! Super friendly fast care!!
Kevin Williams: What a pleasant surprise to find a health care facility like this! My wife and I will always come here!

Walmart Pharmacy: what do users think?
Chrissy Chris: This pharmacy isn't consistent with its hours of operation. It doesn't open on time and closes whenever it wants to. And I never receive alerts whenever my medication is ready.
John Downey: Super nice and professional pharmacy and helped me immensely. I have no insurance and my prescription cost $600. They gave me a discount and charged me $16! Amazing! Great experience.
Katelyn Garlow: I’ve had the same provider call in multiple prescriptions, and every time they say he is “not verified.” I chose this pharmacy due to its convenience to my home, but it stops being convenient when I have to go to the same pharmacy at least 3 times per script. The provider even called the pharmacy and was told that my insurance would not approve the non-habit forming medication my provider wrote the RX for, but would only approve the name brand, highly addictive medication. My provider was then told that if I wanted the meds it would be $400. My provider ended up calling the Walgreens up the road, and the medication they wanted me to be on was ready in 5 minutes. Save your time and go to the Walgreens up the road.
james flood: Ask for Lori. The best pharmacy I've ever used...
Alisa Craft: Had to get some vaccines and the gentlemen that helped me were so kind and the shots didn't hurt! I would definitely recommend this place. They are efficient, kind, humble, and compassionate.
Dr. Ronnie Pace: Quick, but busy!
Rebecca Logan: Everyone at this pharmacy is friendly and very helpful. The BEST Walmart pharmacy EVER!!
john Spann: Great people .easy to take to and knowledgeable

Fayetteville VA Health Care Center: what do users think?
Kel McRae: If I could actually give them less then one star I would...and it's strictly off the base of them giving you attitude for asking questions..... I'm asking you for help and understanding don't talk to me like I'm a problem
Melvin McLaurin: Was here with my wife. She is a Veteran
Robert malton: The travel section is totally worthless, who ever is in charge need to be fired.
Chaplain Edward Tessmann (Minister/Chaplain): The VA in Fayetteville, NC has come along way with outstanding service and staff. Both the Health care facilities and the VA Hospital on Ramsey Street
Jake Norton: Shout out to the call center hanging up on me twice today. Y'all rock.
Judy Lilly: Went to eye appointment yesterday. The young lady that worked as the tech who prepped me for the doctor was AWESOME! Can't remember her name but she was thorough, funny and made my day. My doctor a young lady was the best EVER also. Kudos to y'all. This was on 4/3/23 @ 9am.
Bibi: It is absolutely frustrating trying to get a hold of someone here. I’ve called several numbers at different times of the day (for a couple of weeks now) and no one picks up the phone! It’s even more frustrating when I’m given the option to leave a voicemail but the box is full. This is the 3rd VA system I’ve been in and probably one of the worst one so far.
Judy: I had an appointment via tellahealth video today at 2 pm and no one showed up. I waited 20 minutes and decided to start calling around. No one answered until I called the Ramsey location. I told them what happened and they said that my provider canceled my appointment and had to leave the office, yet I was NEVER informed about this. The woman at the Ramsey location said there's nothing she can do to help me and told me to wait on the phone to speak to someone because they have high call volume. I will NOT be waiting. Poor customer service!!! I'm so sorry this is how our veterans get treated!
Wade Williams (Chaplain Wade): This location is a very modern hospital. The Primary Care Providers are here along with all of the Specialty Care Providers, too. You will also find X-rays, MRIs, other imaging methods, and all sorts of testing methods here. They also have a canteen and a coffee shop.I really like this hospital and have been treated well by pretty much everyone there. Occasionally you will run across someone who isn't having their best day. It's unfortunate since so many of us Veterans are dealing with diseases that, in most instances, has already changed our lives drastically, and/or shortened our life expectancy. I really wish that people who have chosen to work in medical facilities would realize how hard it is for many of us to work up the courage to go to our appointments. Or how physically difficult it is just to get ready, then get transported, and into the hospital.Being met by 100 people with a smile and a genuinely kind greetings can be destroyed by one single rude receptionist, technician, nurse, or doctor. It isn't relegated to just the greeting. Someone who doesn't have patience, understanding, or can't offer an actual physical hand when needed.I know this because it has happened to me. I can't put into words how devastating that made my entire visit to the VA Hospital that day. Then knowing that I was supposed to come back the next day. It took absolutely everything I had not to blow off my visit. Thankfully my wonderful wife can help me see the light through the darkest cloud.I do recommend all Veterans go to this hospital and get registered to receive your benefits here. That department is very welcoming and the people are professional and kind. And if after meeting your PCP you're not happy with them, meet with the Patient Representatives to try and get it worked out.Again, I do recommend this hospital for all Veterans and their families who qualify.
PJS TSA: Typical government office useless employees that will refuse service due to not wearing a mask.
Craig Adams: Well improved. Efficient service, concerned and helpful staff. Primary care doctors and nurses all well as reception staff are very good. Thanks.
Marcos M: This VA Hospital / Healthcare facility is very well taking care of, staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The treatment this facility provides to all veterans are superb. Keep up the good work.
Acacia Desirae: This VA does not care about its Veterans. It should not take 6 months to get an intake appointment for a transferring Veteran. Absolutely ridiculous when there are two VAs in this area! Going 6 months without healthcare is absurd!
Rodney Harter: PT services following knee replacement were outstanding! Professional, courteous, and caring. Proud of my VA!
Kevin Williams: Dr. Berridge, of the Audiology department, demonstrates the utmost in professional and courteous care.
Viola Malloy: I am seen at this VAMC and yesterday I'm not sure what was happening. I went in to have some lab work and the amount of people waiting was more than I have ever seen. I waited about 20 minutes before my number was ever called (it may have been longer), then after going to the desk to verify myself, I waited another 10 maybe 15 minutes. I will go on record now having been told I have, "tiny veins," and I'm a "hard stick," however I always pass this info on to the tech, I go in well hydrated and give them permission to just stick me, no need for the warnings etc. I know I'll probably flinch if warned. Well yesterday 3 different lab techs stuck me 3 different times with no actual blood draw. I must say I wondered if they were all new to the field, they seemed to lack that confidence and assurance that they are skilled in their profession, and as a patient I need to feel that assurance. I hope each of them becomes more skillful in their job so they can display confidence and assurance to the patient.
Anthony o'garra: Always in and out...
Zhané Rios: I've been in different VA's on the east coast and this is the worst one yet.Not only are the operators on here either have little to no knowledge about what this VA is doing when it comes to scheduling appointments for veterans and their families, but there are the operators that accurately set the tone of how this VA in particular does not care for the veteran and their families when it comes to something as refilling medication or trying to set up an appointment after moving from another state.I've been waiting almost 3 weeks to schedule an appointment for medicine that essentially helps prevent more anxiety attacks from occurring than what I have in the service and at this point, I feel like I might have to walk into the ER with glass shards on my feet to get any sort of medical attention that help with my mental illness. This VA is a joke amongst others and they really need to improve on their services. I wouldn't be surprised if this VA had an ER full of mentally ill veterans due to their lack of urgency to help those that seek it.
Orville Chin: Been trying to refill my dedication by calling it in. Waste of time even the automated system is trash at this clinic. Think I’ll make a YouTube video just to show America that nothing works at the VA hospital.
Michael Richards: The VA as a whole when it comes to helping veterans in dire need is pathetic.
Brianna: I'm rating this facility as a 1-star due to the extreme inability by part of this establishment to maintain any sort of sense of time.To begin, providers tend to call out sick with absolutely zero back up plan - leaving veterans who've been waiting nearly a year for their initial VA appointment (y'know, the appointment that lets you get medication refills and schedule regular appointments if you move or are fresh out of the military). There should always be a backup provider available to ensure veterans who've earned their right to healthcare maintain their appointments that are scheduled MONTHS in advance.Additionally, a simple appointment at optometry should not take 2 hours. I spent TWO HOURS waiting on my husband to get his eyes dilated and the whole shebang just to come to the conclusion they FORGOT about him. I had to go to the "Eye Clinic" front desk and question about my husband's status for her to say he was already checked out. Obviously he was not as myself and my toddler were waiting for him right outside the clinic. She then informed me that he 'should' be with the provider currently and would be finished soon. I told her I did not have time for this considering my toddler was getting antsy and it had been nearly two hours at this point. I had to sit in the car to avoid agitating any elderly/sick veterans who would possibly be triggered by my daughter's tears/screams.Absolutely unacceptable for an EYE appointment to take 2 hours. Especially having been taken back early as we had arrived 30 minutes early. I am appalled at how slow and uncaring this clinic was as if people have hours of the day to spend at a mostly empty clinic. Mid-day/early afternoon on a Wednesday and it was a ghost town. Unacceptable. This is no way for veterans and their families to be treated. Especially dual-veteran families.
