Liz Parrish: In June 2023, I had a family member pass in Fayetteville, NC. I live in Charlotte so I was not going to get there until right before the funeral started. I don’t know any florists there but wanted to have something made locally. After looking at reviews and calling three other florists, I was blessed to find Owen’s Florist in Fayetteville.From the moment that I began my conversation with Barbara, I finally felt at ease! She was kind, helpful and very attentive to my needs. I wanted something special that could also be planted later. It was like talking to a trusted friend rather than a vendor! I ordered the arrangement never expecting to hear from her again but the next morning (the day of the funeral) she called to tell me (also sent a picture) that the Hydrangea and Kalanchoe had drooped some and she was afraid they wouldn’t last very long.She wanted to make sure I was happy so she asked if she could send an arrangement with all greenery and send the other flowers separately when she got good ones in. I agreed (not expecting much, and boy was I surprised)! The arrangement that she sent was stunningly beautiful and large! And both flowers she sent later were just as beautiful! The family member that received them was delighted!I highly, whole heartedly recommend Owen’s Florist! I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! If I ever need anything again, that’s where I’ll go!

Amy Brandhuber: I've ordered flowers from Owen's many times for birthdays, Valentines Day, Christmas etc. so when my daughter got married there was no question of where we were going for the flowers. The wedding was at the Fort Bragg main chapel and Owen's made a beautiful real flower arrangement for the alter that we later used on the sweetheart table at Studio 215. We also rented silk flowers for the church pews that worked perfectly. Owen's delivered the table arrangements to Studio 215 and just like the alter flowers, they were absolutely beautiful! The arrangement under the cake table was stunning!!! The centerpieces and floral arrangements throughout the reception brought everything together and made the room look gorgeous! I have never been disappointed with Owen's. They make the absolute best arrangements for any occasion. Order yours today!!!!

B Finch: So I walked in the front door and started looking around. The person behind the desk was on the phone, however someone came out from the back to greet me and ask me how they could help. I showed them a photo of a prior bouquet that my wife really liked, requesting something similar this time. They asked for my rough price range, I gave it to them, and they returned with a spectacular bouquet. The weight for the bouquet was probably about 10 minutes, and it was worth the wait.

Vana S: Hello Everyone. This shop is a great shop and a family owned business to support. I was informed last minute of my coworker has 25 years of service and wanted to find a way congratulate her. I couldn't get out of my lunch plans so I started looking online then I remembered a family owned shop close by that I had met in past encounters. I located Anns Flowers Shop online, called them and explained the situation and the budget I have for the arrangement. My colleague was so happy to receive the beautiful arranged flowers (same day too). This is my way of thanking them. What came was full of pink.. not soft pink ..bright pink. Roses were pink..the arrangement was in a glass vase. It does not resemble what I ordered off the page arrangements.. the only thing that was nice. Was that she could deliver on short notice.. .... Really upset over all the bright pink and lacking the soft short arrangement... I ordered. I tried to call at 530. No answer .. I have never sent bright pink arrangements ever ..to anyone. . The main reason why I ordered what I did....

Barbara Lawrence: I ordered a potted azalea on Wednesday for a funeral at 11am on Saturday. Everyone except the family were already seated in the chapel when the plant arrived at 11am. When I called on Saturday at 10:45 to ask where the plant was Ann said it was on the way and hung up on me. I will never use this florist again. The customer service was nonexistent.

Nicole Collins: When I was told they did not know how to do letters and numbers....that was already a red flag. But, being tight on time I stuck with this company. I was told they would do a circular wreath and put the lettering in the MIDDLE. What I saw was embarrassing. This was over $300! The lettering had already fallen halfway off before the funeral even started. So I had to fix it. Looked like it was stuck on with gum. The lettering was the most important reason why I ordered a wreath. So, to just throw them at the top as an after thought was careless and rude. I will NEVER use this company again!

KATRINA GRAHAM: My wedding was Friday, June 17th (@ Myrtle Beach). I picked up my bouquet that Thursday (16th). My "only" instructions was to put my flowers in the fridge...which I did as soon as I arrived to the hotel. The morning of my wedding...I took my bouquet out of the the fridge and noticed how it was turning brown. I was very upset and thought there was a way to try and salvage them. So I put them back in the fridge and an hour before my wedding they had turned completely brown. Now I'm on the phone with Ursula explaining what happened...while my daughter was on the phone with a local florist trying to get me an emergency bouquet (thank God they came to the rescue). I called Ursula back on Tuesday requesting a refund from the cost of the emergency bouquet ($70). Ursula was less than professional and was only offering to go half ($35). So it was clear to me after all the money we spent for my bouquet and my petals...she could careless if I didn't have a bouquet for my wedding...and she definitely loss a potential customer!!!!

Vamekie Williams: My husband has gone to this florist for years and I have noticed that the arrangements don’t last very long. This Mother’s Day he purchased a beautiful arrangement on Saturday. I was getting ready to change the water on Monday and realized that over half of the flowers were wilting or already browning. The roses and the carnations look bad. The only flowers that are still blooming are the lilies. There’s no reason for this arrangement to look this sad in only 4 days. The flowers my children gave me from Harris Teeter look as if they were purchased today. I told my husband that I would rather have flowers from Harris Teether, they last longer and are less expensive! I know he paid a pretty penny for these flowers especially close to a holiday and it was a waste of money.

The size and quality outstanding!Next, my mother sent flowers for mother's day and my kiddos birthday. We've had them for days at this point and they are still gorgeous!Then, today, I received a special order my husband placed. He'd found a picture online where someone had created VanGogh's "Starry Night" out of flowers. No one in town would attempt it until he called Kelly's and they nailed it!!! Brittany Norfleet: For the price, I thought the flowers would at least last a day. We picked up our order on Feb 14 and they didn't look that great. We were told once they reached room temperature with fresh water, they'll perk up (they kept the order in a refrigerator). Did as they said but by today (Feb 15) most of the sunflowers were drooping and shriveled up. The white roses are already turning brown with spots and stuff. Just an overall waste of $135.
Joanne Miller: Call Dan order stuff for my 3-year anniversary and that was great for Noah to rain when I received the order one of the things I got was a pot of gold box of chocolates from Walmart that they sell for $5 and I would trust a lot of money for it I called up to complain about it the owner was very rude and didn't want to do nothing about it. It was supposed to be a special day for me and it costed not to be I'm calling for a full refund and I will keep writing reviews until I get one .........

paige knitter: I am only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. My mother ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered Tuesday 2/15.. they called and said their flower shipment didn’t come in and it would be delivered on the following day 2/16. On 2/16 they called and said again their flowers were not delivered and they would put a few extra flowers into my bouquet for the trouble and they would be delivered the following day on 2/17. On Thursday 2/17 the flowers were finally delivered at 6:30pm. They looked nothing like the flowers my mother ordered, and they definitely did not look like they added any extra for our troubles. My mother ordered a $40 bouquet with over a half dozen roses in it. I was delivered a cheap vase with 3 roses and some babies breath. Very disappointed!
Rene Casas: Valentines days is all about the details; flowers play a big role on this day. I placed an order online, do to the fact that I'm currently deployed and wanted to surprise my significant other. No issues or concerns placing the order online either making the payment. All was set for the special day; I did understand not having a set time due to the high volume of customers. When the delivery arrived, this person didn't have the courtesy of at least ring the bell to notify the delivery. Other companies I had used in the past normally wait and hand delivery the flowers. CoVid, I understand! But not even from the distance greet the customer and wish them a happy day? There are flowers after all! I notice thru the cameras that the flowers were still outside for more than 5 hrs, when I notified my wife. Bottom line, the flowers arrived✅, flower arrangement were missing flowers in the back. I'll never use this company ever again to hand carry my messages to my other half 👎💔

I work in a floral shop in Moore County so my standards are pretty high and I couldn't be happier with the service and arrangement. My friend was blown away.Thank you so much!
fitore rama: Ordered flowers for my mother, paid almost $100, and ended up looking NOTHING like what I selected. I understand that sometimes a certain flower might not be available, but I would have appreciated if I was notified that it was going to look way different than what I originally ordered. Just a bunch of leaves with very few flowers on it. I paid extra for the fullest option, so I thought would be bigger, fuller and have more flowers on it, but that was not the case , so definitely not worth paying that money. Also, I wrote them an email to let them know how disappointed I was, and no one even bothered to reach back to me. Will not be purchasing with you again!

Beth Andrews-Arce: I ordered the EXQUISITE Best Day Bouquet from ProFlowers (the best/biggest option for that style). The description noted an approximate size of 19”x17”. I was looking for large and beautiful, as this was a gift for someone graduating from a Doctoral Nursing program.I received a tiny bouquet of flowers, approximately 14”x12”, with only 3 roses, 3 lilies (2 of which were broken and wilted), and 2 sunflowers (both of which were missing petals).This is the most pathetic bouquet of flowers I have ever purchased or received. I am highly disappointed and it saddens me that this is what this special person will receive. Had I known this was which florist would have fulfilled my order, I wouldn’t have ordered it. This bouquet wasn’t worth half of what I paid for it.
S B: Waited an hour to inform me they didn’t have the stock to create my same day delivery order. I asked if we could do a different arrangement with whatever they did have in stock. They said it would be 2-3 days for delivery if that’s the case.

He called 3 different times after they weren’t delivered when they said they would be. At first they told him they stopped accepting online orders, but our payment had already processed. Then they told him the flowers were out for delivery at 3 PM yesterday. We still haven’t received them and we haven’t been able to get in contact with them since yesterday afternoon to get our money back. Almost $100 down the drain. I’m absolutely livid and this place should not be in business anymore.

And my point of speaking on this is because “little” incidents like this will always lead to worse incidents or worse incidents have already occurred, I can only imagine since he was an older white guy.

Jackie Chabot: I ordered a peace Lilly online and the order did not go through, I did not get confirmation it went through. I had put on the comments to please call me if there were any questions. I ordered a second time and received confirmation it went through again stating if there was questions to please call me. You would think if you see two orders going to the same place to the same person they would call me. No they prepare both orders and take them.When I catch it and call I am talked to disrespectfully and she hung up on me. She said she couldn’t give me the confirmation numbers, but I could give the only one I received. This happened to me before at another florist and they fixed the mistake.
Jerry Horne: Went here for the first time, looking for a Valentine’s bouquet short notice. Didn’t know what I wanted but they were helpful and showed me several options and price points. And they called me around 12 sth, I missed their called, and I called back few times, no one pick up the phone. Of cus, they did not delivery anything yesterday. The excuse was, we closed at 1pm. And when I called them this morning, they were like, oh we closed at 1pm yesterday so we did not delivery your flower, if you want you can just cancel the order. WTH! What kind of customer service is that. They only gave me 1 call yesterday, and they did not call me again. If I did not call this morning, what would happened? they will just take my money and not deliver? It's not about the money, it's about yesterday was my host mom birthday and she did not get my gift, also the lady on the phone was so rude, bad attitude, bad customer service. And when I asked her when will you guys deliver today, she was like, we have not make anything, it won't happen till 1pm-5pm; also you better check if that person at home. I'm very disappointed of their service and the flower are not the same as what they show!!!

At 7:30pm today he received an email stating they cancelled his order due to running out of the item he ordered 3 weeks in advance. Seems very unprofessional and like they don’t have their business running properly to confirm and item 3 weeks in advance, and not ensure its availability on the day its supposed to be delivered, and then on top of that, to cancel the delivery altogether and only reach out by email at 7:30 pm.

The flowers were NOTHING like the bouquet I paid almost $80 for.I attempted to file a complaint but the screen simply reloaded every time I submitted. What a rip off and disappointment.
