I paid for both, of course, but the florist could have selected a lower quality product and they did not. I am supremely impressed. Couldn't more emphatically recommend.
V P: I recently had a fall wedding and Bill did an INCREDIBLE job with my bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, and boutonnières. I sent him pictures of various styles of bouquets I liked, along with the color palette of our wedding and he knocked it out of the park! We got so many compliments on the uniqueness of it all. Called today for a last minute arrangement for pickup in 1 hr, and not only were they able to accommodate, but also made helpful recommendations in order to take my idea to the next level. My wife thanks you (and so do I ;)..). Family friendly and owned. Not your typical chain looking for a profit. Look no further for all your floral needs.

So I’m taking my business somewhere else. They must not need the money! Good luck keeping your doors open.

KATRINA GRAHAM: My wedding was Friday, June 17th (@ Myrtle Beach). I picked up my bouquet that Thursday (16th). My "only" instructions was to put my flowers in the fridge...which I did as soon as I arrived to the hotel. The morning of my wedding...I took my bouquet out of the the fridge and noticed how it was turning brown. I was very upset and thought there was a way to try and salvage them. So I put them back in the fridge and an hour before my wedding they had turned completely brown. Now I'm on the phone with Ursula explaining what happened...while my daughter was on the phone with a local florist trying to get me an emergency bouquet (thank God they came to the rescue). I called Ursula back on Tuesday requesting a refund from the cost of the emergency bouquet ($70). Ursula was less than professional and was only offering to go half ($35). So it was clear to me after all the money we spent for my bouquet and my petals...she could careless if I didn't have a bouquet for my wedding...and she definitely loss a potential customer!!!!

Rachel Davis: That was a pathetic excuse for a floral arrangement. I was actually embarrassed by it. Remove yourself from advertising on Jernigan Warren's website. What a disgrace for $97. I should have called XYZ. Could have done a better job picking out of my own garden. You should be ashamed for charging me $97 for something I could have purchased at Harris Teeter for $25. Oh, and I had to choose 1 star in order to post.

Cameron Gaddy: My wife and I ordered flowers for my grandma in Fayetteville over the phone with Floral Arts. I live in Texas, and I wanted to send some love to her. The man taking the order was very friendly and got an understanding of what I wanted (large vase floral arrangement for grandma).He was able to setup the arrangement and deliver the same day - though I wasn’t in a rush. All totaled with delivery and note was about $83.They also texted me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it. My grandma and uncle loved the arrangement, and he sent a video of her dancing with the vase of flowers. So, it was well worth the gift!

When we came in to inquire about some flowers the woman was rude and condescending. We were in there for all of 2 minutes at most and my mother had to leave because of the way that woman was speaking to us.I would take your business elsewhere to someone who has more patience to a grieving family.
