Harlee Williams: I went yesterday and me and my husband got smalls with dipped waffle bowls, the bowls tasted really bad, like they werent fresh at all. Every single one of the staff members looked like they did no want to be there. Not a single one of them smiled the entire ten minutes we were in there. I was having a great day until i walked in. It brought my mood down. We’re gonna find a different ice cream place to go from now on.

Jazmyne Wright: Would not reccomend as a place to spend your money or a place to work. This is not a place for first time workers (teenagers) Owner Ricky Garcia is racist, calls Fayetteville Ghetto and has a mindset that black people will spend $ they dont have in his business. Appropriate training is not provided for any employee so they are set up to fail. Owner doesnt pay workers for work done in the store. Multiple employees have left for this reason. Ricky talks down to every employee thats hired calling them derogatory names. He likes to know if female employees have partners and who they are. (Very strange) he's invested in his female employees personal business a bit too much. If something is wrong in the store, instead of continued training or corrections. He'll just fire you. If you look too black, he won't want you to work for him. Hes turned down pregnant women that have came in to interview and obese and trans people. So if I were a parent, Fayetteville, Aberdeen and Morsville Cold stones would not be a place I would reccomend for my teen to work.
Taylor Morgan: Princess was amazing and very attentive to my husband and I.The marshmallow serve with fresh fruit is definitely a seasonal favorite I would suggest.
LaShaun Timms: On yesterday (March 7th) I visited this establishment. I’ll start first by saying this was my first time having Cold Stone. I was greeted by a young man named Hunter, who was VERY friendly and recommended what I should order. After receiving my ice cream, I commented that it didn’t look like the picture and asked if he could add caramel to it. The cashier, Jasmine, then interrupted the conversation between Hunter & I and said” you should’ve asked for caramel when you ordered”. I replied that I didn’t not know being that it was my first time here. She replied” well, now you know”. Everything about the interaction with Jasmine was rude, unprofessional and combative. My experience was horrible and I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
April Dendy: I just tried to get ice at 21:18pm and the door was locked. Closing states at 21:30 and locking the door before hand is ridiculous. You shouldn't post you close at 21:30 when you locking doors before its time to close.

Brenda Vandervort-Miller: I placed my order through the app, and it took me about 30 mins to get to the store from my location. I stood l at the pickup window for about 5 mins while they helped another pickup customer. When the young lady behind the counter asked if she help I stated I was there to pickup my order. She then goes off and does something else for a minute or two, then checks for me order. My ticket is still on the counter, order not made. She offers no apology and states with an attitude that they were busy and had a long line…which I don’t doubt. But with 3 people on, surely one of them could’ve had my order prepared. The whole point of ordering ahead is to not have to wait when you arrive. But this is what happens when you let children run your business. I don’t have these issues at the Hope Mills location so I’ll continue to take my business there.

I got half the ice cream my friend got even though I ordered the same size and paid the same price. The girl also didn’t listen to what I wanted and I had ti tell her multiple times what I wanted and she said everything to me with an attitude. I got gummy bears as a topping for one bowl of ice cream and she gave me 3. The staff was also very rude to my friend rolling their eyes at her.

Vanessa Parish: I had such a great experience with Cold Stone! My sister's birthday was yesterday and I was able to order a custom Ice Cream cake online literally the day prior! (24 hour notice required). I am a Private Pastry Chef that came into town to visit my family in Fayetteville. My sister insisted on having the family's favorite at Cold Stone, which I was fine with so I didn't have to make it! The customer service from start to finish was great! I had some phone call interactions that were friendly. When I went to pick up the cake they were responsive and lovely! I talked to the Shift Manager Amina who told me that she was the one who made it! Great job Amina! I do not have a picture because it was THAT good. They devoured it. Glad to see a Fayetteville staple keeping up the expectations! ( Will be reposting this on Yelp for others to see as well)

Also the bag they gave us the cake in was covered in icing. Need to address staff about this.

Haizu Nospmis: I had the cinnamon roll icecream and it was good! Although I'll admit the icecream was too cold to taste the flavor at firstI did have a little scare when I was trying to use one of the hand sanitizers. It sprayed all over my face and directly into my eyes😞 thankfully I was able to wash it out and my eyes feel fine😁
Shabe Torgill: I went there and asked for a smoothie and instead the texture was more of a slushy. They didn’t have 2 different drinks that I wanted. I paid for extra boba and didn’t get any. The ice cream made my mouth feel like it was covered in pure wax and they didn’t inform me they were out of mini mochi or other ingredients and didn’t try to compensate for it either. I have been here more than a handful of times and they have not been the best any time I go no matter the workers so it must be the business. The workers also do not greet you when you walk through the door nor act as nice as the business looks.
N White: Helpful and friendly staff. Many choices with plenty of options for them to build your own concoction. Clean environment with a few tables and chairs inside.
Rican: Yelp has a more accurate rating at 2.5 of this place. It’s dirty. Zero customer service. Slow. But the product is decent.. granted I’ve only been there once for boba. They don’t even have their sanitation rating posted which I’m pretty sure is illegal.

I will not do business here any more because of the way I was treated. I was waited on by a young caucasian girl that was extremely rude. She was also laughing and talking while she was supposed to be making my drink. They made both of my ice cream’s first, so it was sitting there melting while I waited for my tea. When I asked a question about my drink, she instantly got an attitude. I finally received my tea from the other girl. Customer service comes first for me and I didn’t receive any!

Elise O'Hare: After reading all the different reviews we wanted to form our own opinion. The ice cream is different. It is good but you can’t compare it to Cold Stone. I’d say we probably won’t go back but it was worth it to go once. Make sure you have time to wait, the process of making the rolls takes a while, no fault of the people who work there, it is a cool process to watch! But I do have to say, you don’t go to this place for the customer service or friendly atmosphere.
zoe long: When they first opened I enjoyed going, but recently they've hired workers that just make you feel like you're a bother. The girl working the register asked me to repeat myself over and over again and still got my order wrong. As a person with anxiety it just didn't feel worth it over boba that is mediocre. The ice cream is good, though.

There is admittedly a little artistry in it and was interesting to watch. The end result was delicious. Wouldn't think twice about going back. Way better than the big chain places.

Sandra Reece: Such a nice place. The parking lot is quite big, so it's easy to find an empty spot. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and greet you with a smile. The place is kept very clean and they had every frozen yogurt flavor in store. Even the cut fruit was very fresh and there were no crumbs from toppings lying around everywhere. It's great to go there after grocery shopping. I'll be back.
Dianne Evans: I visited this location on yesterday 4/24/2022 and I asked the young lady her name and if I remember correctly her name was Emily. I notice how professional she was despite her being alone for a while. This young lady was cashing customers out as well as cleaning tables and sweeping and the entire time she had a smile on her face as well as staying professional. I commend such professionalism from such a young individual. She represented your company with excellence.
Arnold Amor: Maybe I came in at the wrong time but the place was filthy. Condiments all over the floor, the counters etc. door had hundreds of fingerprints and door handles had chocolate smeared on it. Was going to sit, but couldn’t find a table that wasn’t dirty.
