Treasure elizabeth: the cashier gave me the wrong blizzard when I ordered something else , and the workers weren't wearing gloves, I should have left then but I ate my ice cream and felt nauseous an hour later. Workers should start wearing gloves .

Cleo Russ: Westwood Shopping Center is a great place for the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. Friendly service and the place was really clean. The New York Strawberry Cheese Cake was supreme today 3-15-23.

Unfortunately 3 of our 5 items were messed up.. forgetting sprinkles on a ice cream cone with sprinkles, adding wrong items to a blizzard, and putting the toppings at the bottom of a blizzard so it wasn't mixed at all..It wasn't busy when we went and there were 2 employees. They did quickly fix 2 of the issues with a smile. The place was clean.

Scott Ferris: Love the ice-cream
Joshua Hornbeck: Not sure what the problem was in this DQ tonight but went through at 7:20 and basically got creamy ice cream floats instead of blizzards. Absolutely disgusting, the mint Oreo blizzard is low because it was spilling like water as I drove. Will not be going back to this DQ ever again.
Nicodemous: Solid DQ, though they can often be out of stock on occasion because of the movie theater crowd on be release weekends.
Angela Crumm: I gave it a 3 not because Dairy queen is not good because it is. I gave it a 3 for the terrible location it is near impossible to get out of the parking lot and sometimes dangerous because of on coming traffic
Enid Edge-Campbell: Customer service is TERRIBLE! The last 2 times the person on the speaker for the drive thru is rude...but today I was asked to wait 15min before they took my order then when I ordered it was like I was bothering them...when I called back to get the managers name and time they came in they were like "whatever". I'll never go to that one again!
Cherry Girl: Bring back Reeses Take 5!! Had to order a rootbeer float since Take 5 was the only Blizzard worth eating and it was discontinued. 4 sips and no more rootbeer, thats it for a medium size like $4. I remember when DQ rocked and I could get treats with pocket change. Kid at the drive thru is like 12 and should wait for foam to settle then add more rootbeer. I can make better at home and do. DQ is on the way out I'm afraid Sonic and Culvers have better treats. Thank god I didn't order food!
Dawn Selman Stanley: Not one time of going here, have they got our order correct. Everytime it has been wrong, we get treated like it's our fault. Even after they've repeated the order back, they serve us at least half of our order wrong. I mean it's not like they're paying for our order...........

Jean Macomber: My husband and I just came back from the Dairy Queen on Camden Rd. We went inside to get a blizzard and sat down to eat. When we looked around the windowsills and all the windows were filled with dirty sticky fingerprints .The 2 partitions near the counter were also filthy. I would understand more if it was a busy day but we went on Monday at noon and No one else was there! I can't help wonder if the kitchen and ice cream area are just as sticky and dirty. On the way out the glass doors were also full of prints. This is just not acceptable and I hope will be looked into.
Charlene Crisostomo: I wish I was able to give NO STARS! THEIR DRIVE THRU SERVICE NEEDS QTIPS TO CLEAN THEIR EARS. I repeat my order twice she okayed it. I asked to get an ice cream Sunday I'll pay the difference. Get to the window only got 1 order I exclaimed I missing my other part, he stated he'll get it fixed gave me my Sunday got that Rong gave me my order that was wrong. Than he stated for future references u can't add a Sunday to your order. I stated nope it's supposed to be separate I was going to pay full price for them not add it in a combo.

MJ B Galendez: I ordered a cake for my son's birthday over the phone and the got great customer service. I didn't have to go in and just told him that I wanted red and black incorporated in the decor. I ordered it on Friday and I was able to pick it up on Sunday. He waited until the cake was picked up before writing my son's name as he wasn't 100% sure on the spelling. I ordered the Reese's flavored cake and it was exactly what my son wanted. Just make sure to order 24 or more hours in advanced for specialty cakes because the ice cream needs to harden. I'm sure that you can walk in and get one already made in the fridge but within limited flavors.
Theodore Nottage: This has got to be the most poorly managed DQ I have ever been to. The employees clearly do not enjoy their jobs, no smiles, or WARM greetings at all! The young lady at the register informed me that there were no chips for the combos I was ordering so I would get charged more for a drink!?!? When I asked why she had no clue why. We finished our hot dog and wanted ice cream and the look on the managers face was one that clearly says that we are an inconvenience to him. I ordered a sundae and was informed that they don't have bananas, no "im sorry but we are out that item, just "we dont have any". clearly management needs to retrain this staff on customer service. This was very disappointing!!

Michael O'Neill: Better than most Froyo places. Fair prices, great atmosphere and staff, and great selection of flavors. Also, being that it's frozen yogurt, it doesn't hurt as much if you count calories.
