Cataleya Dominguez: Food is not all that great. Every time I order dessert, you can tell they have had them a while because they always have that stale refrigerator taste. I know not to order dessert there. There has never been a time where they desserts did not taste stale. But we love their pizza. This restaurant is usually my last resort for Italian food when the other Italian restaurants are closed. The servers and atmosphere are super nice and pleasant. Tammy Gibson-Lee: Usually, I went to the Skibo Rd location. But, they have since turned into basically a take out, even when dining in. Prices have increased and service, quantity and quality has decreased. I tried the Hope Mills Rd in chase of my Elizabeth's experience pre-COVID. Pizza was poorly made with toppings and cheese piled in the center with a lot of excess crust with no toppings or cheese. Ordered the original lasagna with beef and meatsauce. When the server brought it out, she explained that they made the wrong one with marinara without meat...proceeded to still place it on the table and said "I hope it's ok". I told her that it wasn't because it was not what we ordered. She offered to bring some meat sauce to pour over the marinara. She did not replace the dish or remove it from the order. What? They recognized their error before it left the kitchen, but they still sent it out. Needless to say, my run with Elizabeth's Pizza is now over.

Monica Clayton: What’s going on Carrabbas???? This is the second time I’ve ordered my Fettuccine Weesie to go and it is not hitting like it’s supposed to! Like no flavor. I’m sad bc this is the only dish i get from here and it’s normally perfect. Someone suggested i order extra sauce which i did and i got a cup of flavorless milk or cream. No way that’s the sauce that they put on the dish, it was way too plain. Hopefully it’s just been a few bad kitchen days. I’ll update my review in the future if things get better. Hoping they do!

Tony: The Case of the Missing Alfredo SauceComplained to the slowest waitress ever about the lack of Alfredo sauce in my Fettuccini Carrabba, was told that’s a “common complaint.” Escalated to the manager, she indicated that you just have to know to order extra, and would I like some. Instead of realizing that are serving sauceless egg noodles (not even fettuccini noodles!) and not at all what one would expect when ordering an Alfredo dish, they did nothing to resolve the situation. Also the “top shelf” Long Island iced tea was all ice and weak. They sold me a “tall” beer (they only have 4 beers to choose from) then later said they only have one size. Just don’t go, you’ll have a bad experience all around.

Alicia Lawson: For a chain restaurant, this one is one of our go-tos in Fayetteville. Parking is easily accessible and the wait time to be seated is almost instant. Our waitress was extremely courteous, and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend the Chicken Marasala with Alfredo or the Scallop Linguine.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is available with various options to choose from.Parking: There is plenty of parking and it is easy to access.

Veal "Saltenboca" (spelling should be a clue, oops) normally this is a fried piece of veal with a sage leaf pounded in and wrapped in prosciutto and fried. I got something way overcooked, seemingly sauted in a butter, sage olive oil "broth"? And to literally top it all off, mozzarella melted over every piece. Tough veal should never happen no matter how wrongly you top it.Second visit. Just ordered. Food better be good. If you see the picture, says cup of soup or salad comes with meal. Great service, attentive and professional. The interior does not match the strip mall exterior at all; the outside is pretty unassuming the inside is pretty classical looking. If I'm forced to find something, the kids menu could use a cheese pizza, but even then, the "small" is only 9 bucks and my kid could only eat one piece.

Troy Brown: This is the first time I didn't feel Little Italy and it's never the food ever the only Italian place I go now. We decided to take my son and his girlfriend there they are new to Fayetteville, wanted them to experience good Italian food. But the service was really not that great last night, I understand it was a long day or night and we came in around 9:15 pm but u were open till 10. The server wasn't that attentive to us, was on his phone, I had to ask another employee to get me a drink, then after I paid we were still sitting there drinking he started taking our drinks away. I felt real rush to leave or better yet being pushed out of the restaurant is what u can call it. Not what I usually expect from Little Italy. I know this review shouldn't be on the restaurant but on the employee but they do work for them and there service was supar for sure, they might want to focus on giving a great restaurant experience to customers especially if they never been there before.

Super floppy and undercooked, with a sauce that is mediocre to give it a high compliment.The wings were ALSO undercooked as of they came from the freezer to a short lived time in some oven (maybe microwave) and tossed around some generic off the shelf sauce.The knots, seemed preheated just bathing in a puddle of disgusting oil and big chunks of undercooked-raw garlic.For a restaurant that has such high traffic, and over priced food, this was a terrible experience and if anyone is looking to get a bite of pizza, the best bet is a chain spot rather than this place.Overall? Garbage.

From the fish to the pasta to the sandwiches, you won't have a bad meal here. When they have flounder I highly recommend it. Last time I was in I got the meatball sub and it was really good.

Michael Teal: Food is great because, hey, it's Olive Garden. I was disappointed with the bread. It was under baked, and so was the refill bread. Didn't come close to the bread I've had at other OG's. Ok, enough about the bread, which should be easily looked into and fixed.The short hallway to the men's restroom was crammed with cleaning equipment and supplies. Kinda nasty.The bar needs to be updated. It's also sorta nasty.The TVs were a joke. The bartender was gracious and changed the channel from the "Professional Cornhole" broadcast (yes, professional cornhole) to a channel that had an upcoming MLB game. When the game started, it was blacked out because the restaurant didn't have the sports subscription.It's obvious that OG corporate needs to visit this location and plan a major rehab.The food was very good. Soup and salad were great. The wait staff was very professional and nice.It'll be a long time before we go back. There are other fine restaurants nearby that are excellent and nicer.Too bad the staff have to work at this worn-out location.
