King's Grant Golf & Country Club: what do users think?
Wendy Carroll: Great weekend by the pool at Kings Grant with the family
Kaylee Lee: Took about 20 minutes just to get kid’s quesadilla.
Andrew Woodard: The course and greens in great shape but we were treat very disrespectful today. It was a group of members teeing off behind us and we were followed by the staff after the first hole. We made the turn under 2 hours and was met at the 10th hole and was told we were playing too slow. The same guy that followed us around said that we needed to finish around in 3 hours. (Group of 4). I asked a group of members how long it takes them to play and I was told 3 1/2 to 4 hours. We finished in 3 hours and 45 minutes!
Corek BleedingHollow: Fairways and tee boxes are not worth the $40 green fee.
Matthew Sochovka: Wow! Beyond impressed with the leadership of this place. Chris reached out to both me and my father and took the time to talk with us. His passion for this community is rare to find. We need more like him. Proud to call KG my home course. Any business will have some problems it’s the way you handle those problems that define who you are. Excited for the future because this place is in great hands and will only get better.
suyoung[수영] kim: Fun course and beautiful
Daniel Fisher: I live in Kings Grant and most of the time I golf somewhere else.I’m just always let down by something here.Like today, I called yesterday and booked a tee time, wasn’t in their system today (but the guy at the shop fit us in anyway). I have rarely ever seen a starter and for this reason there are always issues throughout the day.I ordered food during the round and when I went to pick it up an employee behind the bar tried to pretend like she can’t go get food and ring it at the bar (the bar was completely empty at the time, the pro shop counter was very busy). Someone in the shop did instruct her to do so after overhearing it. Another note is whatever meat is used for the burgers is questionable at best. Some of the lowest quality and I’m not sure where you find beef like that. The course overall is ok. The bunkers are always pretty disappointing to see and never maintained very well. Most greens are good, some could use a lot of work. Often trash or fallen debris in the fairways or on the greens even.Overall just disappointing. I’m not sure if understaffing is an issue, a lot of the staff seems very nice and relaxed but this course is certainly not my first choice in the area.
Mike Cepluch: WOW what an amazing facility...staff was great and the pro was very accommodating...it has some rough spots on course but greens were just about perfect for this time of year...I will be a repeat customer for many years and I live 10 hours away :)
Steve Kenney: Very quiet, picturesque spot. Good golf course. Good food.
jaykant: Loved it.
Terence Collins: I played there today as part of a group of ten from our home course. Surprised to learn that the club had been shut down for awhile, though probably not as much as the residents when it happened. Surprised because we were quite pleased with the maintenance condition of the course, particularly the greens. The course is a good test, so look forward to a return.
Matt Hockey: June 2018. Significant work has taken place. Still more needs to be done but there was so much taking place while we were there that I am sure that Kings Grant will be back to being one of the premier courses in the area very soon.Update September 2020Talk about change! Clubhouse is amazing and bathrooms are spotless. Gunnery Sergeant Hartman would have been proud to come into this Head. The course was in awesome shape and only fine tuning needs to be done now. Still some sod being put down and cart paths being fixed but mostly minor issues. Greens were a bit fast yesterday which played to my advantage and not to my daughters or my cousins. Fairways were in great shape! All in all an outstanding afternoon spent with only 4 balls lost amongst three of us and only 1 doinked a roof.... hey she's 11. For her to blast it that far was impressive in it's own right.Played all over the world from Belize to Belgium and this course is a bargain and a blessing. Wife is interested in a membership since it's only 20 minutes from home. We shall see, it might be worth the time to finally have a home course.Update (Again) July 2022It's hot. Heat index of 108 today. My daughter and bride are in the pool. We are full members. Gain weight at the Phoenix and lose weight on the course. Come join us.
Gator G2G: 1st - If you can find a better rate for 18holes and a cart for $40 (or $25 for their twilight rate!!!) - then stop reading this review and go play that goat-pasture!!!And really another 1st!!! - Kings Grant golf track has drastically changed (same great layout) but MAN!!! what great condition this coursecurrently is in!!!Wide fairways (with ample playable grass; not sand spots or fungus decay) and the Greens are in very nice shape too (one green did have some repair area, but I'd rather see the repairs than the unplayable fungus area)!!!Course layout is set among beautiful landscaping and varying terrain features, and with the beautiful homes set back (on most holes), your professional shots (I'll give you a positive outlook) you won't have the jitters from thinning a pitching wedge into the green (because a smash, crash and yelling is not what anyone wants on an enjoyable day at King's Grant Golf & Country Club, N.C.)!!!SPECIAL KUDOS to the ground crew and the investors!!!I know Pinehurst is near-by, but again, MAN!!! this is a must play course!!!Ok, Ok, enough with the exclamation points, as my point has been "driven straight down the fairways"; so that said, consider making Kings Grant your home course...(I received no endorsements from course management for this review)Hit'm Straight and Hit'm Long...
Butch Darnell: played a couple of weeks ago, it is in the best shape from tee through green that I have seen in many years!! Keep up the good work!!
Roxanne: It’s a good place to play golf!
James Coleman: This was my first time playing the course. I paired with a member who made me feel welcomed. His course knowledge led to a great experience. The elevation changes made for some breath-taking views of the landscape. The course is well-maintained and is a challenge to golfers of any skill level. In the words of "The Terminator", "I'll be back!"
Gail Brewer: Really nice golf facility with a wonderful staff
Don Barzini: Super friendly place with a very interesting golf course with lots of elevation changes. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun time and enjoy the restaurant as well. Bill the head pro is very attentive to the golfers needs and bet that he is an excellent teacher.
Jackson Ferrell: Best golf course in town!
eric cossett: greaT course, continually improving and great food
J Miller Realty & Associates, LLC: The golf course is challenging and fun to play. You will have to utilize all of your golf shots on this course. The greens are fast but, the greens are really smooth. Be confident with your putts. The club house is fantastic and the food is delicious.

Baywood Golf Course: what do users think?
John Butler: Condition was awful. Greens in horrible shape, fairways almost void of grass, and tee boxes completely chewed up. It was March but I’ve seen other courses look just fine around here recently. No one is really taking care of this course, if you can call it one.
Richard Sykes: Awful greens.
Lee Smith Jr: Great people works there
Bryce Younts: phone fell off my golf cart due to bumpy cart path conditions but found it so all is good
Seemore J: We hosted our 1st Annual Golf Tournament here and the staff was simply AMAZING. As we drove throw the Baywood neighborhood and seeing the clubhouse right before us I knew we had chosen the right golf course to host our tournament and nothing disappointed us. The course was superb, the atmosphere was great, and the staff is Second to None, who definitely made this a very memorable tournament.
Charles Lynch: The area is the best part of it. The people.
Bennett Allen: Fire ants abound throughout the fairways. Greens are ok but bumpy. Owners do not take care of course. Play elsewhere.
William Evans: The staff is friendly, the course is great, but the greens need some serious work done to them
William Haynes: Greens are getting better. But still needs to improve
Cameron: Greens need a lot of work, that’s a huge problem at the moment. Price is good enough and the fairways are not bad, issue comes only with the greens. The greens themself are worth a 2 star review but the rest of the course is not bad so it wouldn’t give the course justice if I based it alone on the greens.
Mark Eline: Always a true test of your complete game. With the over abundance of rain this year I believe this track is in the best shape ever.
Victor Roman: Nice course, friendly staff
baltazar Rodriguez: Good place to spend an afternoon
michael moore: Golf course in terrible shape. All the greens are bare. The green fees should be discounted

Precision Custom Homes: what do users think?
Allen Bailey: I called this company, and the voicemail directed me to call a contact spokesperson, named Leslie, ( A representative of this company). I called Leslie, and began to explain to her that my company sells lumber at a great discount. Leslie was very rude, disrespectful ,and constantly interrupted me, and would not hear out my presentation for the discount lumber. Leslie was a TERRIBLE spokesperson for this company. I would NOT refer anyone to have this company build a house for them if LESLIE have anything to do with it. Leslie is who this company has on their answering service. This happened on July 7,2023.. Leslie responded to me as if I was an escaped criminal. When will all the disrespectful people realize that it's bad for business when you have people like Leslie being a contact person, due to her UNPROFESSIONAL ethics, & attitude ? Boycott this company until they realize that Leslie made a innocent conversation ruin the day of someone that only helps others-myself.
Laquina Smith: Positive:ResponsivenessWe purchased our home from Precision Custom Homes almost 2 years ago and they are still very responsive each time that we have needed them. Halen Threatt: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueWe bought a Precision home over a year ago and have nothing but great things to say about our home, the builder, and employees. They have been so responsive and made sure that everything was taken care of every time that we have reached out. If you're interested in building a home, I would highly reccomend Precision Custom Homes!Services:Predesigned floor plans for homes,Home building
Zachary Wies: PCH is a fantastic home building company. The home I purchased is perfectly designed with comfort of living in mind. The attention to detail and extra care placed towards making it also look and feel magnificent, in addition to excellent customer interaction with the future owners, places them above and beyond your run of the mill builders. I had an excellent experience from not only the management of PCH but also the employees and contractors who came to do custom work on the home at my request. All of them are professionals, skilled at their trades, and have genuine care for the quality of their work. 10/10.Service:Custom home design
Courtney H: We have been extremely pleased with PCH. the builder goes the extra mile by offering custom design elements that really make the homes unique. The quality of the work is great. The people have really made this an exceptional experience. I was very impressed with Leslie on the back end of things . She was very responsive and a delight to work with. The project manager, Allen, is incredible. He handles everything and has amazing customer service tact as well. We would recommend this builder as well as use them again in the future.Services:Predesigned floor plans for homes,Custom home design,Interior design
Tyler D: I’m the second owner of one of Precision’s homes. The home offers so much character, it truly feels custom. You can’t walk far I to this home without noticing the attention to detail, with an artists touch. The finishes are high-end and the layout and design feels like a professional interior decorator did this. On top of that, the follow up from the builder with a handful of items has blown me away. Never before have I had such exceptional customer service, from Allen and Sean, like I have with this company.
Dianna Cole: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueIt was a pleasure working with this company. I believe Precision Custom Homes delivered a phenomenal Home and will highly recommend them to future buyers. The features they add definitely sets them apart from other builders. Their Project Manager is fantastic as well. They really care about their work.
Oscar Cruz: One of the best home builders around town, they take pride on what they do on every single detail, they do NOT cut cornersThey are NOT your average builder, THEY always build with pride and quality and DIFFERENT.... You won't believe their houses for they prices.Shaun and Allen will take care of you and they will make sure you will be pleased and happy at your New PCH home.100% recommended
Kelley Rockwell: We purchased our home with Precision in their new neighborhood, Summerlin. We looked at over 40 houses in our search and knew immediately that this was "the one." Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and design have been truly amazing!
Elle T: We purchased a renovated home from Precision Properties in the Haymount area and we are still blown away by the quality and detail in the finished product. Shaun is a true professional and puts a lot of thought and care into each project he and his crew take on. Allen was very available and answered and addressed all of our questions before and after we moved in. We have recommended this company over and over again to our friends. Definitely the best around!
Abby C: We bought what we thought was a beautiful home in February. After seeing home after home, nothing compared to the façade that this home put off. So naturally we purchased this home since it was the best one we saw. After we moved in, we began to notice little things here and there where corners were obviously cut when doing the work. My personal favorite was finding out on July 4th that whoever installed the baseboards had shot a nail straight into the main waterline going upstairs and that the nail had worked loose and was now spewing water inside the kitchen wall. Great July 4th right? The plumber let us keep the pipe that still had the nail lodged in it. I've also been told that the beautiful floors were not put down correctly which we started to suspect after we noticed the inconsistent spacing in the floors. And the trim. The trim is already bubbling and peeling as if it wasn't sanded or clean before painting them. This has also occurred on the kitchen cabinets. We also have had paint bubble in a few places on the walls which again means either proper sanding wasn't done or if it was done, the walls weren't clean when they applied paint. And the grout in the master bath is already cracking too along with the fact that when you actually feel the tiles, they aren't level. There is a HUGE wave in the tile. And the faucet in that tub wasn't installed correctly either because we have to put it to cold in order to get hot water. And on top of all of this, I still can't get the windows open that they painted when redoing the house. We put it in the contract to have all the windows cut and opened prior to closing. All were cut but that doesn't mean that you can open them. One window was even damaged from where they struggled to open it; which we have since fixed. This is our first house and I am so disappointed. I thought I was buying a finished house but now I will have plenty of things to do fix the problems that have arisen. Floors, trim, tile, patching the wall from the water leak; the list continues.
Kristy Jackson: We bought a very nice older newly renovated home from Precision PropertiesFebruary 2013. The upgrades and all the work done to the home were beautiful! A couple of months after moving in we came across a few unseen issues which needed repairs. I contacted Mr.Gardner who assured me that he was unaware of these issues or he would have taken care of them. He was very apologetic and even offered to reimburse us for the unexpected expenses. He followed through because yesterday I received a check in the mail. This man really stands behind his products! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
Jennifer Walker: The thought and creativety put into a home that Preceision Properties has designed, comes from many years of experience and pure talent. Shaun pays close attention to details and keeps the client in mind to build on your dreams of owning a luxurious home, that all of your friends can be envious of. Take a moment to walk through a Precision Properties home. I guarantee, you won't be disappointed!
Donna Dawkins: Great taste and impeccable attention to detail describes this company! Shaun always has a tremendous work ethic and provides value exceeding your expectations!
Michael Johnson: Shaun is an excellent contractor. I have seen his work on many occasions and it is always very impressive. I have yet to run across a contractor that puts as much pride into his work as he does.
Cindy Johnson: This company does great work - and for a really great price. High quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. Check out their gallery. If you are looking for a home in the Fayetteville area, you should look into their program and purchase an existing home and remodel to your taste all in one mortgage.

Stryker Golf Course: what do users think?
Camilo Hernando Duran Bautista: For this kind of golf course… I would feel more comfortable with a 3,5 stars … it is not a 4 but neither a 3…. It isn’t well maintained but it is enjoyable….
Mike Morris: Just called to make a tee time for Foot Golf. The family was dying to try it. Booked a tee time with Ron who is by far the rudest pro shop attendant I have ever encountered in 30 years playing golf. At one point, I asked to make sure we were booking for foot golf and not regular golf and he said rudely, “That’s what you asked for, isn’t it.” Got off the phone after booking and couldn’t believe what a horrible experience it was and called back immediately to cancel with the manager.
Keith Lemak: I gave this 3 stars because the price is so good. But you get what you pay for. Most of the fairways have tons of bare spots. The greens are currently punched. The course is lined with tons of pine trees but you can find your ball most of the time if you spray it left or right.
Hee Kim: Very rude staff. Dead and sandy fairways. Ignorant golfers. The worst golf course ever!
Michael D: This course is in bad shape. Not worth $29 for 18 and cart. I believe this may be the worse course I've ever played. Donald Ross would be embarrassed to have his name attached to this course.
Randy Marshburn: Nice pro shop and staff. Turtle back Greens will be great in a few weeks. Tee boxes and fairways were in terrible shape. No grass to be found. We drove an hour to play the course and was extremely disappointed. 4/13/23. Not sure why anyone would come back. Sorry to beat up the course but honest review.
Marc-Andre Hinrichs: Immer wieder schön
Corey Wilkens: Great course with a good Pro Shop. The course and greens are in great shape. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dave Perschbacher: Course itself is a good learning course and confidence course. Staff in pro shop are great. Lots of good deals to buy from clothes to golf equipment.
Dorothy Mansfield: Great place to enjoy from sitting and reading a good book to actually getting on the green and golfing the day away. Clean, fun atmosphere!!! Everyone respects one another!!!
Corek BleedingHollow: Fairways are awful. This is not a golf course. How is this place still in business?
Jimmie Rogers: Greens are well kept and in great condition. Some of the Tee boxes and fairways could use some nurturing.
Roxanne: Great golf course! Had a very fun experience
Samuel Swanner (BeaverHD): Super rundown course, fairways are dead and overrun with sand. The staff in the proshop and marshals are rude, unprofessional and do not keep pace of play. Take your money somewhere else until they can regain control of this course.
Gary Gauthier: No fairway grass.
Scott Bradley: hit a tree and the ball didn’t do us any damage 😬 🏒 ⛳️
Stephanie Franklin: Where the fair on base is located. Had fun. Good experience.
Butch Darnell: Great place to play golf. Great greens, very friendly staff
Julius K. Thawemar: Greens are looking way better now even though it is still early in the season. Fairways are kinda rough n probably in the worst shape in a few years I've been here.
suyoung[수영] kim: Perfect for working
NC BBQ Guy west: Great course with friendly staff. A hidden gem.
