Michael Manus: How the heck are you gonna sell solar in a market that doesn't allow for it?No wonder you have so many dissatisfied customers in the Fayetteville market. FPWC and Lumbee River EMC, the primary electric companies in this market, don't do Net metering for solar, it's 'buy all, sell all'....that is, your customers aren't even using the energy their systems produce because FPWC and Lumbee River won't let them...they buy it straight from them at a sub-market rate and sell back at a higher rate. You should have known this before trying to sell net-metering systems to home owners in this market, leading them to believe that's what they were getting, if you aren't compensating them, and going to bat for them with the local electric companies here, you should be....that or give em back their money and take the panels off their roofs.Response to the owner: Nope. Not a customer, just happen to know a little bit about the market--especially in Fayetteville. but um, how you gonna look up my account-if I had one--when you just fired all your employees? Its companies like you that give Solar a horrible name.
Jack Owen: I have been paying on a $50k loan for the past year for the solar panels and battery and am still paying for electricity. Out of that year the panels somewhat worked for about 3 months. Pink energy is blaming generac and telling me to call them when they cancel appointments without "getting around" to telling me that they were canceled is the wording they used. They told me that they would reimburse me for some of those months, but I haven't received a check. I am constantly on hold with customer service for at least 30 minutes at a time and sometimes spanning to multiple hours. I have leaks in my roof from where the panels were bolted in. They said they came out to replace Generacs PV links already which did not happen. I am looking to sue if anyone can advise of an already active law suit.
terry young: The workers at peak energy came to my house they did a okay job with installing the system. But they didn't explain how the system work because they was in a rush to leave. I gave them five stars but I have to take back all five stars. I have to do little cleaning but that's no problem they didn't insulate the doors and windows like they said just the attic. I have to reach back out to them and have someone explain the system to me.

Scott fuller: RUN, do not walk, away from this company if they come knocking at your door!! We got the same song and dance as every other person on this review board: Power Home Solar will all but eliminate your utility bill and most, if not all, of your electric use will come from solar. We still pay just as much as we did before on our utility bill and the only thing that has changed is that we now have a loan payment that we pay ON TOP of the same utility bill. We have called repeatedly to Power Home Solar Customer Service to either get someone who won't do anything or we leave a voicemail only to never be called back. We have even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and finally got someone from Power Home to call us, only to tell us that they won't do anything until the system had been up for a year. Now that they have their money from the loan company, they will not take the panels back after I have told them we do not want them on our roof anymore because they are useless.What I would recommend to anyone dealing with this same runaround that we are dealing with is to file a complaint with the state's Attorney General's office. Hopefully if enough of us do that, the Attorney General can take our cases to court and we can get what we deserve as consumers.

The “boss” of the store Ollie is absolutely horrible, and does nothing for customers when his own employees are the ones who lied! Even with proof of notes in the account he still didn’t care. Heading to Lowe’s now to buy from them because they aren’t a bunch of crooks. Seriously though I can’t stress enough not to go to this location!!!

I ordered a patio door that sat in the store for three weeks after they failed to deliver it, and failed to reschedule until I called. I called to have it rescheduled, got it rescheduled for delivery, and then they failed to deliver it once again. Then they wanted to reschedule the delivery for a third time, and I decided to seek a different path. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. I could not be any more irritated.

ABNSTNGR 87: My Wife and I our purchased a samsung range and microwave. We also paid for installation of the range. The delivery team was challenged in most areas. Initially, I received a call stating they would arrive in 10 minutes. It was 20 minutes. Secondly, they seemingly had severe challenges with speaking american and communication was horrible. Thirdly, they were challenged with installing the range. When I requested it be leveled, they began to speak spanish and complain. I replied in spanish and told them to level the range. They tried but "didn't" have the tools to complete the task.Finally, upon leaving, they left Styrofoam, screws, water bottles and other trash in front my neighbors and my home. All on home security cameras. I had to re-install and level the range because of the horrible installation jobl. I would not recommend a Lowes installation to anyone at this time.The range and microwave are working very well.
Diane Rowlett: Just picked up 50 bags of mulch. Lowe's did a price match for us. We asked for help loading and Mike, who I believe is a loading Pro because that's the vest he was wearing, came out shortly thereafter and loaded the pallet for us right into our pick up truck. He can really handle a forklift! Great attitude! Friendly! Courteous! Wished us a good day and even reminded us to stay out of the heat. Thanks Mike and also customer service.

Every time I visit this store the employees are nice, friendly and are helpful if the customer needs anything.After experiencing a one-star experience with a different local area Lowe’s, I decided to go to this store to purchase a zero turn lawnmower. I was greeted by the manager in-store and was enthusiastically helped with my purchase, 10 minutes and done. He also loaded the mower on my trailer. A great customer service experience!

Ruby Barfield: We got tired waiting(6wks)on Lowes gutter installer guy to give us an estimate that he has measured on our house. We call him #s of times, connect Lowe’s about it, and no response from their contract gutter guy. So we hired another gutter installer company, they came out and did an excellent the job installing the gutters on our house. So that being said, Lowes needs to hire contractors that hold up to their words not lying to customers. Besides that we still like shopping at Lowes for other items, not doing business with gutter contract installers anymore.
Draco McDonald: Quick getting you what you need. However be careful in appliance center, they will tell you what you ordered but the wrong color doesn't arrive. You go back to the store and say that color isn't available. You say okay and they won't deliver your purchase again. Bait and switch.

Dante Oops: I love this Lowes. Location and design inside. They always have items I need. Unfortunately, you have to know what you are looking for and find it yourself. Probably, you know more then the employee you are asking help for. If you really need help, ask one of the costumer. They will help you more. Most young workers there rans away from costumer because they don’t want to do work or help. Older people who work there are always trying to help costumers.There is one older guy who cuts glass and wires at electric section and I have to give him credit because he is always there and very smart about his sections.I want to work there to help people, but I don’t think I can do it with that many lazy workers who is there just for paycheck.
