Gabe Osborne: Enough can not be said about my experience at the Fayetteville location. Long story short, ordered one of the last 2 available doors in the entire South East (it seemed) and drove from Greer, SC to Fayetteville where I was greeted by Amanda & Jason who where the only two employees that day. Not only did they both help to get this massive door/sidelights out of the store, but assisted in loading the 60" door unit onto my pick-up truck which was no small feat. Both of them literally work out a solution to what looked to be a serious problem in being able to transport it back home. You had to see what we were facing, but I can tell you Amanda & Jason came up with a plan right there in the parking lot and made it possible! I drove there and back in one shot and could not be more grateful that it was Amanda & Jason (the only two people I met in Fayetteville that day) who were there to provide the most professional, out-of-their-way help I could have received. They are a credit to the entire Home Outlet corporation. That is for sure! Thank you for the 12th time Amanda & Jason!! -GABE

The person explained all the reasons why these windows are so nice (and they really are) and have a thorough explanation of costs so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Since our backdoor had some unusual measurements, his boss also came out to double check measurements and add on additional repairs that I asked about.The crew that came out to replace our door and windows was great. Friendly, on time, right on it with no wasted time, and they explained everything nice about the windows and door again (how to keep them maintained and cleaned easily, locking, screens, etc.). Gibson Gahan: The team arrived later than expected due to a problem with the preceding job. They stayed on the job to completion due to impending rain forecast for the following day. They returned for a final check and cleanup the next morning. A few days later, I noticed that some of the upper sashes were not as "square" as they should be to have a good seal and had them come back for final adjustments. B.Joyful Miles: I love the store and most of the workers are very friendly but whoever the Spanish girl who work there definitely don’t want to be there and it tells . I walked up and greeted her because she definitely wasn’t going to greet me . She never looked up from a note book to speak just said “hey” I asked my question and she again never looked up ONCE I didn’t even bother to continue because clearly helping a customer wasn’t a priority. I then left and decided to come back after some convincing from my friend because I liked an item . I then went to check out with the same lady I ask do they check for bugs etc she stated in a condescending tone how do you do that ?!? Then she got silent I then said I’m not sure I would think that a furniture store have some type of disinfecting procedure she then said we don’t do anything long plus I held my card then she said well we vacuum them (which was a blunt lie because it was candy wrapper in them ! I’m big on customer service and they definitely need to have her in the back because she lack engagement and customer care I used her in my training class on how not to treat a customer !
Wendy Harris: Wonderful Store, great quality of merchandise and really good prices. Staff is helpful, and love that everything goes back to the community. They just done some remodeling as well, go back if you haven't been in a while!
Michelle Stancil: In my opinion, most of the furniture is overpriced. But still many great finds there. Not as many building materials as I thought I would find but very good quality for the selection they did have. I look forward to going back for my next home project.

Percy Lee: Not nearly as much variety as the one in Aberdeen. This one is mostly furniture, which is fine if you're looking for it, but for general thrifting there isnt much to browse here. (I did leave with a mug and a Wonderbread sandwich container so that was cool)

I feel this one would be back at being the best but if the manager doesn’t like ppl maybe she should find a non customer service job like janitorial
