Stephanie Sanfeliz: The facility is real nice. Products are expensive but not more than any other salon. The waiting area is cute, although the tv being up and functional would've been nice. No wifi for patrons, which I don't mind because I only waited like 5 min. The process to booking an appt is super simple and convenient.I Really enjoyed my massage by Jason! I hadn't done anything for myself in a while and was having some real bad sciatica flare ups recently so I decided to "treat" myself. Jason did awesome! He was so nice and not too much of a talker but was so engaging and informative on what I can do for myself to deal with the pain. I definitely plan on coming back once a month! Thank you so much!!

The massage and facial was overly outstanding and i will definitely be going back very soon! Also i had a issue with something and the front desk lady...( not sure what her name was so i am so sorry)... but she was understanding and patient with me and made sure i was good to go. I am taking my best friend with me next time i go!
N White: First time visit and we will def will be going back. We had hour long Swedish Massages and had a a wonderful experience. The staff is informative, helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The price was great. It is now in our rotation.

Logan Hamilton: I booked a massage and a facial for my overworked long distance bestie. Everything was perfect. She was absolutely thrilled with the service and threatened to just move in altogether. Venetian Spa will now become one of her monthly rituals for herself! On my end, I could not have been more pleased with the process of booking everything. Staff was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommend.
Love Joy Hamm: Bethany did my Brazilian wax and she recognized me from the first time. She is so professional and makes sure I’m comfortable before during and after. She is such a sweet heart and her vibe is lovely.
Abbie Wells: I saw Bethany for a facial yesterday and was in absolute heaven. I decided to have a little day to treat myself to relaxation and boy, did she get me to relax. She was so skilled and knew exactly what my skin needed. She warned me that my skin might freak out a little due to being exposed to new products and I was a tad worried as I have sensitive skin but…my skin is GLOWING today. My main skin concern was texture and she was able to see/feel that and not only does it look radiant but it feels so incredibly smooth. I can’t recommend The Venetian or Bethany enough!

James Dunning: DT used to be the “swanky” or “rich” people’s hotel when I was a kid. This location hasn’t been updated since the late 1990s. Our room’s bathroom was small and worn. The entrances at front and back were dirty. There was a dead black bug on the white tile at the end of our hall for the whole weekend we were here (we named him Charlie) and it proved the cleaning staff rarely made it down our way. For the price, this spot is overrated. (Even the cookies were underdone and cold.)

Glenda Ogden: Massage was good, but my pedicure was not. The pedicure was not very long. I had to redo my nails when I got home. There was still old polish on the edges and places on my nail where there was no polish. I also had polish on the skin around my nails. Will not go back again.

First Last: I was purchasing a gift certificate. Did not get a massage there this time. The three star is for the bad vibes I got from the front desk clerk. She was trying to upscale, and when it didn't work, she made a disgusted face. She made me feel uncomfortable, made me feel poor and not being able to afford a more expensive certificate. Little did she know, the recipient of the certificate asked for what I purchased. Please, train your front end employees to treat people with compassion and respect.

Amber Toothe: I was gifted a package (mani, pedi, facial, and massage) by my husband. Unfortunately due to scheduling issues, I wasn't able to do the entire package at one time. I had to schedule my massage at a different time. I went to my appointment, but I had accidently deleted the screenshot I had of the confirmation for the giftcard. I wasn't able to get my massage because there was no way to verify the funds. I left very sad, but I just went on with my day. I didn't know how to fix it and didn't want another stress at Christmas time. I definitely wasn't going to show my tail in an upscale spa! Fast forward to Tuesday. I received a call from Natalie. I believe she is the manager. Apparently the lady that was trying to help me at my appointment (Paige) went above and beyond and told Natalie about what happened. Natalie was able to find my gift card in their database!! Y'all, that's some amazing customer service. Paige could have brushed me off. She didn't HAVE to go to Natalie. Natalie didn't HAVE to do the research she did. I'm seriously impressed and even more thankful! So happy to have a spa I feel comfortable in....especially knowing they really care.
