First Last: I was purchasing a gift certificate. Did not get a massage there this time. The three star is for the bad vibes I got from the front desk clerk. She was trying to upscale, and when it didn't work, she made a disgusted face. She made me feel uncomfortable, made me feel poor and not being able to afford a more expensive certificate. Little did she know, the recipient of the certificate asked for what I purchased. Please, train your front end employees to treat people with compassion and respect.

Amber Toothe: I was gifted a package (mani, pedi, facial, and massage) by my husband. Unfortunately due to scheduling issues, I wasn't able to do the entire package at one time. I had to schedule my massage at a different time. I went to my appointment, but I had accidently deleted the screenshot I had of the confirmation for the giftcard. I wasn't able to get my massage because there was no way to verify the funds. I left very sad, but I just went on with my day. I didn't know how to fix it and didn't want another stress at Christmas time. I definitely wasn't going to show my tail in an upscale spa! Fast forward to Tuesday. I received a call from Natalie. I believe she is the manager. Apparently the lady that was trying to help me at my appointment (Paige) went above and beyond and told Natalie about what happened. Natalie was able to find my gift card in their database!! Y'all, that's some amazing customer service. Paige could have brushed me off. She didn't HAVE to go to Natalie. Natalie didn't HAVE to do the research she did. I'm seriously impressed and even more thankful! So happy to have a spa I feel comfortable in....especially knowing they really care.

Quan Stevenson: I was so disappointed with my last visit the The Day Spa. My facial was good, but the massage experience was terrible. I was in a room with a partition type divider. It's the room they use for couples. I went for relaxation, but ended up having to listen to the guy beside me and his massage therapist's entire conversation along with a few grunts and moans. My therapist was apologetic and did the best she could to make it better, but it wasn't. To make matters worst, no one in management cared enough to hear my very legitimate concern/complaint. I was told that the manager was also an esthetician and was with a client. I requested that she give me a call. After several days, I called again and left a second request to be contacted. A couple days after that, I stopped by the spa to see if someone could address my concerns in person...........crickets! I've been to The Day Spa numerous times over the years and have received great services. I'm so disappointed at the low level of customer service, not to mention lack of concern that I was not satisfied. So basically, please be aware of the partitioned message room!!!! Smh!!!

Emma Wright: I had been gifted a gold membership by my husband, and went to this place consistently for a year.Most of the services were fine, with the exception of one massage I received.In late September 2022, i went for the massage mentioned and had many issues with it.First, I had called prior and spoken to Kelly about childcare and was promised there was always two people in the childcare center and that they would be more than able to care for my one year old. The day I arrive there are 6-7 kids and one childcare attendant. I spoke to the front desk who said that the other attendant must be on lunch. After my service when I went to pick up my daughter, it was still just the one lady and she was closed in the bathroom with my one year old daughter in the room completely by herself. I waited an entire minute for her to emerge from the bathroom. In addition to that, my daughter was filthy. Her hands/knees and shoes were completely black and covered in grime.The service itself was terrible- the least relaxing massage I’ve ever had in my life. I called the next day and spoke to Kelly at the front desk about my concerns and she seemed to care. She said next time I came I would be significantly compensated for the service I had just received and she would leave a note in the system.Then, I came back the next month to use my final credit in my membership. At the end of my massage, the front desk person told me I owed them $10 for a service that was supposed to be covered in full by the membership that had been paid in full for the year. She was insistent I had to pay this extra $10 even though I had come 11 times before with no issue. I asked if there was a note in the system about my last massage, to which she said no. So in the end I wasn’t compensated, I was just charged an additional $10 for a service I had prepaid for. I asked her to leave a message for Kelly and she said she would, but I never received a call.The front desk personnel when I was going from September to October or November had very poor customer service and were consistently argumentative. If you want a place where you can have a conversation stressful enough to merit a massage, this is the place to go.

misty hill: My husband received a gift certificate for a 90 min deep tissue message and a facial. The certificate was good for $205.00. I called to make the appt and Rebecca told me that we would have to pay out of pocket to receive the 90 min deep tissue message and facial. I told her I don't understand why he would have to pay out of pocket to receive services that was gifted to him and already paid for. She said the their prices had gone up as of Nov 1st. How is this fare. They should honor the gift certificate and its pricing and what was included in that price when it was purchased , no matter when you redeem it. I feel this is unfair. WE shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for a gift card and the services that where supposed to be provided in that original purchase. If this is how they treat their customers, we will not be going there. They have the gift card policies on their website that I read and it says that you can redeem gift cards up to 18 months out, it says nothing about you having to pay out of pocket if their pricing goes up before you can redeem your gift card. That's scamming people!!! Not a way to do business.

My mom is a war veteran so it was a plus that this spa employ’s and supports our countries Veterans. My mom also has bad anxiety so at first I was getting nervous but soon into the message she started to calm down and we both melted away! A fabulous place, we will be returning!!

Vanice-Victoria Woods: I heard really good things about this place and wanted to try it out since it was near my house. I booked online like they said to on they’re website just to receive a call saying that the women who was suppose to be doing my service wanted to change the Change the day because she wasn’t coming in. Then I revived a email notification that the time of my appointment had been moved two hours later without anyone contacting me. I had to call them myself and ask them and they said it was because they had other people ahead of me that wanted to get multiple things. No one even bothered to call to ask if my schedule would be okay to do they appointment two hours later than scheduled because they had bigger clients. Then I received a call 2 days before my appointment saying that my services was canceling my appointment again and wanted to reschedule. I canceled my appointment all together because they did not care to communicate with a customer and we’re not nearly as professional as many other spas in town. They also did not offer be a refund even though I have already paid then $30 for a deposit on a service that they are choosing to cancel. So now I have to repay another person at a different spa.
