susan helms: It was fine besides being over priced. What was not good was the checkout experience. They have A self-checkout now. This is not something that I typically use as it is normally not convenient. There was a girl at the register and I stood there waiting for her to call me. She did not call me so I assumed I was supposed to use the self-checkout. There was Zero acknowledgement of my existence in that encounter. what do we need people there to work for besides stocking the shelves and such.. I think I should however get a discount for checking myself out. I told myself to have a nice day and I was on my merry way.

Marco Diaz: They don't have any hunting stuff or fishing stuff or camping stuff. They don't have truck accessories, boat accessories or BBQ grills. The only tools they have are dainty little tiny frail things. My wife and granddaughter thought it was great! They bought little tiny containers to put ridiculously tiny things they call diamonds in? They couldn't believe the selection, but I felt out of place and unrepresented there. Maybe they could let me design a back corner of the building for men? I have ideas that would have men asking their wives if they'd like to run down to Michaels for a couple hours.

Made multiple contacts with the store manager and they did nothing. Never returned my calls. Poor customer service and will continue to not shop here or at this company anymore period.

If we’re gonna pay more it needs to be for better quality. Halloween items and Christmas just too much for what they are. They have cute stuff but they’re typical with naturally inflated prices.

Kimberly Thimes: My son and I went a couple weeks ago. It was so much fun. We were greeted by the owner and once everyone scheduled to come had arrived, she explained what we would be doing. She guided us step by step through the process and explained all our options(stain color, paint color, etc). So many choices to make for our projects and if we were unsure of what to do, she offered suggestions or was able to guide us through the choices and find out what how we wanted the project to look like. We laughed and had a great time. We will definitely be back again. If you are looking for a fun time out with her significant other, family or friends, this would be a great place to go.

A. Butler: We had our twins’ 9th birthday here and we ALL had an amazing time. The owners hospitality was beyond what we could have ever expected. They were so hands on and helpful it felt like we had known each other for years. The atmosphere was amazingly positive and each child who attended said that this was the best birthday they attended. Thank you for making my girls’ birthday one they won’t forget.

MJ B Galendez: This was the first time my bf and I experienced creating our own boards. We designed different boards and had so much fun doing it. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, Joe, who helped us every step of the way. There was also a lady who worked there who was just as nice, friendly and helpful. We were asked what colors were wanted our board and wordings to be. We were shown how to sand down our wood piece, picking what stain color, laying down the stencil of where we wanted our words to be on the piece, and then applying the colors we chose. They were patient with us as this was our first time. There was another family that was there so the place wasn’t crowded and it was more intimate with a smaller crowd. We were offered something to drink and the environment was inviting. We were able to have conversations with everyone and didn’t feel rushed to finish. It is definitely a place thatwe will go back to create more boards! Everyone should give this place a try!! Thanks to my coworker who recommended this place!

Kymberley Hoffman: I called this establishment to ask some questions about a workshop. The owner was very dismissive, seemed bothered, and was short with me about every question. I even called his name and asked how he was doing. He just replied "fine" and went silent. So as I asked my questions the only thing he could say was check the website. Refused to answer anything I asked. I had planned on having a party there a few times and my birthday. A friend just asked me about this place and I told them about my experience. They said they won't be going. I decided to write a review because I just feel it is unkind to mistreat potential customers. Especially if I had questions and they were too bothered to answer them. I really wanted to visit, but now I won't dare.
