E. Patrick Walker: I was with a friend who had to return some parts. The staff for most part were professional and customer friendly. The store itself from what I seen was clean and well maintained. However there was a member of the staff who had a poor choice of vocabulary. I believe that when you work in the public you leave at behavior at home. This is why they only receive a four. I worked thirty plus years in retail/customer services. It's not that the issue bother me so much but you never know when a customer will bring a child into the store. Not sure that I would go back.

Will Johnson: Frequented auto zone many times and it always is what it is, I get it. Today was frustrating though. Bought 2 of the same item, one for immediate use and one for a separate vehicle. Neither worked. Pretty maddening when you think you’ve purchased something that will fix your problem. Aside from that, the service at this location was just kinda cold and blasé. Who cares though right?

They went above and beyond to get me the best price possible! They are a blessing and the manager is awesome!UPDATE Dec 29, 2022: Went buy to pick up some parts cleaner and was served promptly and without issue. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
