Simple Truth: Ive been coming here for years. Moved to the other side of town so i don't get here often. The other day i did and this place is descustingly dirty. Never been in a food establishment that was so dirty. Just look up. Look at the support post in the food cooking area. Totally nasty.. that must be there contribution to helping turn this country into a nasty 3rd world country . The store is really nasty.

Juan Ramos: Great selection of Latin American products from everywhere; Argentina to Jamaica. They also have a bakery where they sell cakes, conchas, and other baked goods.Whenever I'm in town, I also stop by the in-house restaurant for some arroz con Pollo, Mangu, and other Latin favorites.
Jaquelin Galicia: What a disappointment 😕 where for many years I bought the richest 3 milk cakes that I could find in this area, now they are not the same, today I bought one because it is my son's birthday and he was very excited that he was going to break his cake, When you break it and start eating it, parts are dry and very sweet in parts, and others are not, wow what a disappointment, and not only that, but the prices went up a lot, I think it was definitely the last time I bought cakes there. Lisette Vega: I been going to this place since I move in to NC 9 years. I loved the bakery before my family will come from SC and FL and took bread from here to their home when they came to visit. I left for 9 month for deployment when I came back to NC I when straight to get the bread, when I arrive home and open the bag the bread was nasty and it had a different taste nothing like the bread of my country and the tres leches was not the same either. I am a Puerto Rican bread lover and surely this doesn’t taste like Puerto Rican. The bread was flat and it wasn’t puff as usual, who ever change the service of the bakery area did a big mistake, nothing like before they had good bread, and good sweets now is not the same this was one of the reasons why I used to go to the store. Very disappointing.
Linda Maria: I’m so disappointed that Compare Foods in Fayetteville closed 5 Hermanos Bakery and replaced it with the current non-Mexican bakery. Sorry, but the taste and quality of the store's bread are NOT the same. I used to drive an hour from Angier just to purchase from 5 Hermanos and maybe buy a few of the super expensive (inflated) items in the store. Now I have no legitimate reason to stop at Compare Foods.
Purple07: Rundown & bathrooms are nasty! Toilet paper all over the place & feminine products on the ground that seemed to miss the trash can. Toilets could use cleaning & keep up. The eating area needs to be cleaned & sanitized came across dirty tables with food crumbs.

Victoria Betancourt-Hartzog: Today I went to buy produce to make a holiday meal. They have their entire green banana section messed up. The Bananas all have the code 4011. So when you go to check out at self check out you enter 4011 and it shows a price. Well they apparently know that code is wrong. So as I am checking out a lady comes over. Erases my items and enters a different code that what was on the item and it has a higher price. When asked they said oh we know what it says and they should be removing that code sticker. They didnt but you have to pay more Their yautia Lilia is replacing the yautia Blanca though they are separate items and different prices. When you speak to someone about it. They don't care. They want you to pay for their screw ups. Such a shame. It is a disorganized mess.
Jessica Williams: I was there yesterday today date is November 11 2022 I love their meats love the way the chop it up the goat,chicken and turkey wings it’s chop up in small pieces, some of the prices do say one thing but when get to the register it say something different check your receipt before you leave and watch prices when they ring it up, most don’t understand English but they speak it really I don’t have nothing bad to say about the meats I buy and cook my own food I love cooking and seasoning my own food never ate from there so I can’t say anything about their cook food.

Sarah Hadi: This Publix is fine in terms of grocery shopping. It’s well stocked and the employees are friendly enough.The reason for the two star review is because of the sub station. I have ordered a sub sandwich online for pickup multiple times now and not a single time is my sandwich ready by the time I arrive. In fact, every time I’ve gone to pick up, I stand waiting at the pick up counter for someone to notice. When they finally do, they come over and inform me that no one has even started working on the online orders. Meanwhile, people who order at the counter end up getting their sandwiches on the spot, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead to save time.They’ve also been out of ingredients almost every time I’ve ordered and have called to see what I want to substitute. Just a few days ago I was told they were out of lemon aioli but that the associate would “check to see if anyone knows how to make it” (of course no one did).The line for the sub station is always incredibly long and the workers move with absolutely zero urgency and purpose, as if to think doing so would deter people from ordering.I understand many retail and low wage jobs are under-filled but please hire better/more people and improve the ordering experience for everyone.

Brittanie West: This is the worst publix I've ever been to. As a floridian that worked at pub for 6 years, that's a lot of publixes. Starting off with the bakery, the cakes look horrible. The icing has gaps on the sides, they have the worst color schemes like burnt orange balloons with a messy pile of black as strings and yellow edging, and don't even think about ordering a cake less than a week out or asking for a plain cake to write on yourself because you won't be getting it. They'll have 7 people behind the counter and complain about being understaffed. The deli takes 20-30 mins no matter what and if you order pickup there's a 50/50 chance they've forgotten or haven't gotten around to doing it. The cashiers and baggers are great, but this publix desperately need new bakery and deli managers.

Dewayne Grant: I ordered a Raspberry Decadent cake online 19 May 2023. Went to pick it up on 20 May 2023 at specified time, 3:30PM. Cake was not ready. Bakery POC (A lady), stated they were finishing up with putting the icing on. I waited another 15 minutes and cake comes out. A manager states cake will be free due to issue. I thanked her. Presented cake to wife (her birthday) on 21 May 2022. Cut into cake and wow, Publix disguised my cake as a Raspberry Decadent with icing and trimmings, but cake was actual a Marble type cake on the inside. I notified Publixs on 21 May 2023 and explained. Manger stated could not fix today but come get, wait for it, another FREE cake. PUBLIX you should really speak with your baker who did this, I believe, deceitful act of disguising the cake to look like what is was supposed to be. Your Bakery staff has really been struggling lately. Also, as you can see, they did not even have the name and Happy Birthday spelled on cake like instructed. Since they did not have ready, and probably just through mine together at the last minute, they used a cardboard to put name on.I expect more from Publixs!

Paul Haynes: Great place. Staff is always friendly. They bag very well. Store is always immaculate. Very good hoagies (subs for those not from the Philly area 🤣). I shop here often for instacart orders. They are rarely out of stock on anything u like most stores in the area. The reason for 4 stars is pricing. They are very expensive compared to other stores even when things are on sale. I guess you pay for the atmosphere but I’m a thrifty shopper so I try not to shop here for myself that often for the price factor.

Vida Leigh: I currently moved to the area, so I got my prescriptions moved to this location. In all my years of picking up prescriptions from Walgreens, this store is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service and communication. I've tried on 4 different occasions to pick up my medication in which I was unable. On the last attempt I arrived and was told by LINDA it would take a few moments to fill (even though I had received a notification letting me know the medication was ready 2 days prior) I waited for aprox 10 mins and at 1:30 I went back to the counter to see if it was ready - when I was told again by LINDA they would not be able to get it ready for me because the pharm went to lunch, and he has to sign off on it for them to be able to give it to me (THEN SHE JUST STARES LIKE SORRY NOT SORRY) How can you check someone in and THEN not notify them that even though they are filling my medication, the pharm stopped to go enjoy his lunch. I'm glad he was able to enjoy his lunch while I still can't get my medication. The absolute worst location. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT GET PRESCRPTIONS FROM THIS LOCATION. (If I could give 0 stars I would.

LaKesha Baldwin: Pharmacy is terrible they are never on top of things they are alwasy out of my medications. They tell me when I can pick them up and when I come to pick them up they arent there, are on back stock, or need to be ordered. I always get the run around with my meds and they always mix up my insurances. I have to deal with pain and whatever else until they get they issues straight. Arlene Johnson: I went to get my Shingles shot there on July 8th and they gave me a reminder to come back on or near August 5 for the 2nd dose. I made an appt for 8/8 on the website. I get there they tell me I have to wait 60 days. They give out the wrong info and then act like its no big deal, they gave me this paper.

Angela Blake: It never fails. Always something wrong when using the Skibo Walgreens. My husband dropped my RX off, ask if Medication is available. The lady checked and stated “yes we have it, it will be ready at 11:00.” Get a text 50min prior to pick up stating “It’s out of stock” . I go back myself to pick up script to get filled somewhere else. I have now waited 30 min to get script back. 11:44 . So from 9 to 11:44 to get one prescription filled and still not done . The last time I came her , they gave me wrong blood pressure medication. I was never coming back here again. My husband brought it here not knowing. SMH Incompetence should not be an option in a pharmacy. Build a relationship is not even possible. Very disappointed once again. BUT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! NOT AT WALGREENS ON SKIBO.

I was very happily surprised and since have bought more bulbs and gardening items from there store..
