Food Lion: what do users think?
R - Arts: really a covenient place for complete grocery with reasonable prices
Paula Jane: Not great. Sub-par selection. Some items out of stock. It's never dirty. But it always feels dirty.
Robin Sadler: Nice store, friendly service, had everything we needed.
Matthew Charters MacLean: Groceries
M Pressive: This location has a lot of dated looking or repackaged meats. Not quit as much this time but I snap a few packages that looked questionable. And the extra low price didn't help.
Dorothy Floyd: Okay shopping nothing more nothing less
April Brown: Best food lion in the area
Dulcie Carter: Walked up to the meat department today for assistance. It was the most disgusting looking meat staff I've ever seen behind a counter! What is going on in our world? No standards anymore!
jill smith: Selection is better than other locations.More check out lanes open.
Robert Staples: Love my Food Lion
Tami Santos: Clean fast and friendly
Deborah Mulvany: Go there because of the specials, like hamburger or chicken but they never have it in the meat department we always have to leave the store without the bargains because they don't have it stocked up They haven't cut it yet or had a chance to put it out so the girl says.
Naquan Berryman: Good food
Charisma Williams: great produce section
Cheryl Daniels: Has self checkout service, and the produce is always fresh.
Osmin Crespo: I had to make a money order and there was no one in the area and I went to 2 managers and the woman I saw she attended about 10 minutes after I waited we must improve that service
Moe Dollas: Old fruit
Derrick Green: It's different than the other Food Lion.
River E: Treats employees poorly. I heard an employee ask if he could go to the bathroom and was told by a manager (I assume) that he had to collect more shopping carts from the parking lot first. Employees shouldn't even need to ask to use the restroom.
Hermena Richardson: I went to Westwood food lion. My cashier was apparently mad at something. She never spoke. I spoke to her and no response. She rang my food up and took my money with a scowl on her face. I told her to have a nice day but still no response. Her name was Audrey. Next time she needs to stay in office until she's ready to serve customers.
Mark's Tunes: I went to buy broccoli for broccoli cheddar soup. They had 3 stalks. I asked the produce clerk for "fresh", he told me none was delivered. I broke the BROWN stalks off what they had and went to self-checkout. I called the attendant bc they didn't have the code in the register computer. She was the M.O.D. (mgr on duty), she upcharged the bag bc I had removed the brown stems. I offered to walk her back to produce and show her what was there. She was very rude. I gave her the bag and drove to another Food Lion. They were stocked much better.

Publix Super Market at Tallywood Shopping Center: what do users think?
Jay Brough: I was able to find Taylors Ham a blast from the past food.Northern thing.
Bruce Gordon: First time visiting. Bakery is outstanding. The Meat Department was well stocked. With the advert I was able to find exactly what was on our list.
Eddie B: Since I moved here this has become my go-to grocery store. The employees have been professional and courteous but special shout out to Marie! I chose her check out Lane when I can because she's always smiling and personable and may be fastest scanner in the state lol
Levi: Most of the time, the staff act like they care about you. This is a bit of a change from Walmart, FoodLion, IGA, and Harris teeter. I'm not saying I haven't gotten good service at those places, but it's more consistent here. I wish I lived closer
J L Thomas: Publix practices Suttle and not so Suttle manipulation to help shoppers buy what Publix wantsthe customer to select.
Sarah Hadi: This Publix is fine in terms of grocery shopping. It’s well stocked and the employees are friendly enough. The reason for the two star review is because of the sub station. I have ordered a sub sandwich online for pickup multiple times now and not a single time is my sandwich ready by the time I arrive. In fact, every time I’ve gone to pick up, I stand waiting at the pick up counter for someone to notice. When they finally do, they come over and inform me that no one has even started working on the online orders. Meanwhile, people who order at the counter end up getting their sandwiches on the spot, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead to save time. They’ve also been out of ingredients almost every time I’ve ordered and have called to see what I want to substitute. Just a few days ago I was told they were out of lemon aioli but that the associate would “check to see if anyone knows how to make it” (of course no one did). The line for the sub station is always incredibly long and the workers move with absolutely zero urgency and purpose, as if to think doing so would deter people from ordering.I understand many retail and low wage jobs are under-filled but please hire better/more people and improve the ordering experience for everyone.
Whitley Steward: All those things you can’t find anywhere else is here!! Also the deli serves a variety of fresh foods!
Joao Ferreira: Workers there are real professionals and always very cordial and ready to smile. Till now have only seen everything clean and very well organized. There is lots of effort in place to please the customer
Brittanie West: This is the worst publix I've ever been to. As a floridian that worked at pub for 6 years, that's a lot of publixes. Starting off with the bakery, the cakes look horrible. The icing has gaps on the sides, they have the worst color schemes like burnt orange balloons with a messy pile of black as strings and yellow edging, and don't even think about ordering a cake less than a week out or asking for a plain cake to write on yourself because you won't be getting it. They'll have 7 people behind the counter and complain about being understaffed. The deli takes 20-30 mins no matter what and if you order pickup there's a 50/50 chance they've forgotten or haven't gotten around to doing it. The cashiers and baggers are great, but this publix desperately need new bakery and deli managers.
Kray Mims: Very nice selection. Prices are fair, too high, but close to most all other local grocery stores. They have nice deli prepared food area as well.
Glo P: Great customer service. Subs are fresh and delicious
Shawn iwamasa: Very clean and organized. Got hungry, so I ordered a handmade deli sandwich. The checker was very nice and funny. If I lived in the area, this is where I would shop.
Renee Johnson: Check your produce. Spent $17 on a bag of cherries at the self checkout, and 2 days later they had all gone soft or moldy. Unacceptable.
C. Bryant: Great place to shop for fresh deli meats, good variety of veggies and fruits!! Always very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Dwight Blue: Clean store
Damicka Bennett: The sub station is the best. You won't be disappointed.
Michael Furrell: Always clean. The bakery hands down. The best
Dewayne Grant: I ordered a Raspberry Decadent cake online 19 May 2023. Went to pick it up on 20 May 2023 at specified time, 3:30PM. Cake was not ready. Bakery POC (A lady), stated they were finishing up with putting the icing on. I waited another 15 minutes and cake comes out. A manager states cake will be free due to issue. I thanked her. Presented cake to wife (her birthday) on 21 May 2022. Cut into cake and wow, Publix disguised my cake as a Raspberry Decadent with icing and trimmings, but cake was actual a Marble type cake on the inside. I notified Publixs on 21 May 2023 and explained. Manger stated could not fix today but come get, wait for it, another FREE cake. PUBLIX you should really speak with your baker who did this, I believe, deceitful act of disguising the cake to look like what is was supposed to be. Your Bakery staff has really been struggling lately. Also, as you can see, they did not even have the name and Happy Birthday spelled on cake like instructed. Since they did not have ready, and probably just through mine together at the last minute, they used a cardboard to put name on.I expect more from Publixs!
Ella Robins: i love publix 😻😻😻
Paul Haynes: Great place. Staff is always friendly. They bag very well. Store is always immaculate. Very good hoagies (subs for those not from the Philly area 🤣). I shop here often for instacart orders. They are rarely out of stock on anything u like most stores in the area. The reason for 4 stars is pricing. They are very expensive compared to other stores even when things are on sale. I guess you pay for the atmosphere but I’m a thrifty shopper so I try not to shop here for myself that often for the price factor.
P. K.: My first choice.

Harris Teeter: what do users think?
N. R.J: Great prices! I'm from Cali and I love the fact that they have fresh habanero and serrano peppers, fresh cilantro, and Coors banquet stubby beers!
Bill Fonseth: They usually have most things in stock. The prices seem higher but deals can be found. They still have double coupons days
Alexandria Grayson: I’m not sure who is in charge of making cakes but my cake looks TERRIBLE. The cakes on display looked better than my cake I ordered days in advance. Not to mention the Happy Birthday lettering was so small that the letters just meshed together. Very sloppy. I should’ve known as the workers were complaining about a lady wanting a refund for a cake she was displeased with while I was waiting for pick up…
Lorna M Russell: Excellent customer service!!! Will always request to have Shay shop my Curbside Pick-up Orders!!!!
Diane Tope: I spend a LOT of money at Harris Teeter every week. I work from home so every afternoon I think of a reason to go there, just to get out of the house. I am very disappointed with the Pizza station. Most of the time, it's pleasant and the guy who works there, don't know his name, is phenomenal! But yesterday I went to get a slice for my husband and there were NO slices, of any kind, AT ALL! I asked if some pepperoni slices were coming up soon and I was told, "unfortunately not, we're working on orders now". Why, at supper time, do you not have some slices available BEFORE you start the orders. I do realize you make more money off of whole pies, but the single slice buyers are just as important. On a good note, I LOVE Francesca "Frankie". She's the best!
DeesPrincess *: Really busy around 4pm to 6:46pm. Other than that it's pretty open, the only drawback is the pricing is horrendous unless items are on sale.
Kray Mims: Great produce selection and butcher shop...
Alexandra Wilson: Great job with customer assistance and friendly team.
William Currie: I always like walking around in Harris Teeter. There's so much to look at and shop for even if I don't buy a lot of stuff.
Lee Gillespie: If you go to the Starbucks inside HT and order a hot venti coffee beverage, take the lid off and make sure you are getting what you ordered. I got home with my coffee, when to turn it up for a drink and realized it was not full. I took the lid off and saw the the drink would not have filled up a grande cup, much less a venti- what I paid for. :/
Maya J: Staff at self check out take forever to do nothing.
G M King: Very nice store, lots of products
Ronda White: I've been an HT fan forever!
Butch Darnell: Great place, great people, great food!
Mar K: Always have a nice deal on Apple's. Great meat sales! And they usually have one type of prime apple on sale, 3/4 pounders.
Mark Worrell: I walked in hungry and left with 3 containers of food.....satisfied 😁
Tara Taylor: Very good!!
Solomon Bowen: Always clean first class I love this Grocery store
chris wiggins: Pretty good 🍣
Jane Wells: Great variety of hot foods, excellent fresh meats and friendly staff, wish we had one here near Whiteville.
Mommy & Me Life: I love my visits to Harris Teeter! I specifically go there for my produce. It's always fresh and the prices are good. Helpful associates when I need assistance!🤗

Harris Teeter: what do users think?
Lindakay Robertson: Incredible selection of items, salad bar is top notch. Also has a hot bar, a beer/wine bar, fresh seafood and deli. If you are looking for something specific, it's here.
Madison G: Larry at the prime rib counter is so nice, and he was doing so much. He was away from the counter for a moment because he was busy, and a long line was forming. I noticed the manager, Kristi, standing there STARING at every waiting while talking to two other associates, not doing anything. Larry comes back and immediately starts helping everyone. Kristi walks up and another customer had made a funny comment about self serving since he was away, and Kristi replies “Well it sounds like your server isn’t serving well enough” and I was APPALLED. I said back “Well there was employees standing over there talking and not doing anything” (insinuating her) she could tell, side eyed me and didn’t say another word the entire time she was up there. And she’s a MANAGER. That woman is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. How are you gonna down talk your employee in front of customers when he was doing everything he could and you were standing there doing nothing? Btw, Larry hooked me up with prime rib very well and he’s always so kind. 5 stars for Larry, Kristi tho, she deserves no recognition. i’m a manager myself. She’s very rude and unprofessional!
Sofia: This grocery store either hires the most rude people on purpose, or management is despicable and makes their employees life a nightmare because they are always sad, unhappy and so rude. Especially at the fish shop, like I refrain myself from even shop but I needed some salmo for a last minute dinner, and the guy serving me was so unbelievably annoyed that I asked for help. “What’s up”, he said with an angry tone and the attitude of 3 years old. Like I’m his sister or knows me. “What’s up”. I asked for salmon, he handed to me, I say: “thank you”, he turn around and ignores me completely. I don’t know what kept me from saying something. I don’t get it, you rude for fun? If you hate this job, just quit.
Mark Katz: We just move here from PA and we already love this grocery store!
Gisela Woitas: Shop the sales and you can't go wrong
Tara Taylor: Awesome 😁😁
Nancy Tetterton: Always nice and especially the seafood counter is well stocked. Meat usually marked down on Wednesday and Senior day is Thursday.
Amanda Hicks: Great store, good helpful staff, super clean.
Cherry Girl: I love this store but I wish the kids would bag cold items together. We are getting back to hot weather and its smart if you dont live close. I add cold items last when shopping which is alot more running around for je just to have my cold and frozen items thrown in seperate bags. Please remind the check out staff about this. I live close but some folks don't and melted ice cream bars and sushi that makes you sick is not ok.
Maria Clark: Great experience as always! Sorry no photos today ! Oh and ALL THE CUTE STARBUCKS CUPS
Mouth “Aaaa” Face: My go-to grocery store because the quality and food choices are better. Service is good. I like the to go self-service options, soup n salad, pizza, Chinese or stay for a drink at the wine bar. They have a nice keto section with a variety of choices. My biggest complaint is that the olive bar regularly runs out of containers and lids.
Skie: My sister ordered a birthday cake for Saturday. It was pretty, but awful. Did not have the Buttercream frosting. You couldn't even eat it.🤮
Brigitte Strong: Love the selection of fruits and vegetables, meats, cold cuts and fish. Every spring I enjoy the Rhubarb and make a cake. The service is friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Caleb Shuler: Can't go wrong with having a bar in a store. This place makes me feel fancy
cowpuddles: If you leave here without checking your receipt, you got robbed. Sales items never ring up correctly and service desk staff never honor the “full refund guarantee” unless specifically asked. HT is supposed to give the item for free when it rings up wrong, not give the difference in price.
Gerry Dincher: Excellent quality and service.
Diana Wyatt: Outstanding experience
Marilyn Hutson: Shout out to Rex for making the best pizza I have ever had. Crust was perfect, not too thick, and it was cooked to perfection. Thanks!
Angela Contreras: Love everything from their pharmacy, grocery subways food-to-go salad you can find what you are looking for
Dale Haynes: Newer than the Harris teeter on Raeford Rd. Larger, better displays. Bakery still needs upgrade but overall a step above, even Publix. Busy morning but still a larger number of staff offered help. Centrally located Starbucks made it easier to stop and go with purchase.
Cayman S: Everything is always fresh. Very good customer service 👏🏾
