My homeowners insurance was cancelled by the previous carrier after I closed on my new home. They failed to complete the underwriting prior to accepting me as a client. This put me in a really bad position causing me to temporarily regret purchasing the home. I was really frustrated with how the previous insurance carrier canceled my coverage after the fact that I wanted to pursue them legally.
