We all know or have had a horrible experience with dealerships and that's why some are called stealerships.Marcus spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions, he sat and waited patiently as thought about what I really wanted to do. I finally made my decision and the conversations began. Marcus went in depth with the bike I picked. He talked about the features, the tech, what I could do the with the bike, and any future options I might have in mind. When it came time to finalize the purchase Marcus made me aware of everything, and if I had any questions later on to find him.For the service department.I purchased an SE turner for my bike, and I was not impressed. I lost performance instead of improving it. Ask for Allen. He spent a lot of time to dive deeper into my problem. He answered all of my questions, made me feel like a valued customer, and provided me with options without trying to sell me more stuff.Now I feel my bike is running as expected. No loss of torque and a gain in performance.I highly recommend speaking with Allen.Gunney (sp?). He has a wealth of knowledge! He can provide you an answer to any bike problem! I've asked him numerous questions and even though he is extremely busy, when he can, he'll take the time to help you. You can be confident in the quality of work you'll receive if he works on your bike (all the techs in the shop are great, I've mainly talked to Gunney). If your bike is older, or or the latest model request Gunney! In the conversations I've had with him he spoke about the multiple schools and training he's attended over the years to the latest update/current training available, the years he's worked on bikes (I think he said 50, haha. I'll hear about that comment next time I see him) and much more. I recommend that you go in to find out for yourself!The Parts Department team.Brian, John, Russ work with multiple customers and when they're helping you, it's all about you. Each one takes as much time you need in making your next purchase. They've showed me multiple items to help me make my vision come to life. If you want, need or need some information call or go in and talk to them.This is how customer service needs to be. Making you feel valued as a customer, not just another sell.

Steve Solo: Geico is the worst experience ever - in 10th of April i was in motorcycle accident - i was t-boned from the side - not my fault, girl doesn't pay attention, she also have a Geico. Everything with Geico was complicated - i had waited tow truck for few days, and he just disappear - geico representative advice me wait another day, or try to find another for my own expenses, few hours later tow truck finally appears without any notice, driver looks like narco and was to weak to pull my bike on the platform, so i did it by myself but it was really painfull after accident. So it just a start - before towing i called motorcycle repair and geico representative and geico sure me that everything is scheduled - after week of waiting i called to store - repair even don't start because tow guy lost motorcycle - it was found later at the wrecker. 2 weeks was speeded to made a repair quote - geico denied to pay full repair price because they think labor is too expensive - its official dealer, with no alternatives and options to propose. Its almost 4 month after accident my bike is still under repair - and Geico is refuse to pay for repair, and yeah i still pay for insurance, nobody know when repair will be done and Geico stiil refusing to pay full price for repair even its not my fault. Geico was great but now i will switch it to somebody who provide real insurance.

Well today when Geico left my wife stranded on the side of the road in the heat (around 90° f) for hours while I'm at work three hours away I had to call them to hear sorry there is nothing anyone can do and they refuse to compensate for the inconveniences or for the roadside assistance I pay on both vehicles that we have never received any benefit from instead of doing the right thing the manger (Paul) guess from the Fayetteville store refuse to do he would rather lose us as (VALUED CUSTOMERS) Paul you and GEICO are trash wish I could leave you negative stars
