palmatrh: After submitting my complaint below, the owner promptly contacted me and initiated a process to replace the trees. I have always believed that people can make mistakes, but it is how they handle those mistakes that truly matters. In this case, the owner, Charlie Allen, and his Crew at Greenbiz have exceeded my expectations in resolving the issue. I am extremely pleased with the replacement trees and want to express my sincere gratitude. Thank you once again for doing such a remarkable job and taking care of my problem.Last fall in 2022, I explicitly requested a 5-foot tree for various reasons. However, upon installation, a smaller tree was planted. I was informed that the measurement included the root ball and that it was under 5 feet with the root ball. When I expressed my dissatisfaction during the installation, I was told that the tree was fast-growing and if I remained unhappy, I could contact them in the spring for a replacement. I followed up with a complaint, and a representative visited to assess the tree's health and promised a replacement, which was never fulfilled. This lack of action has led me to leave a 1-star review.

adrinp: Took good care of my front yard. They removed all the old grass and loosened the soil up. Ensured I had two areas where water could drain away from the house and then laid new 181 square yards of new centipede grass. There were a few places the new grass failed to take and was dead. GreenBiz workers returned, removed the dead grass, and placed fresh grass down. I watered it, then they cleaned up the area and checked to see if all was good. My wife was happy with their work, and we thanked them as they got ready to depart

We got some great shrubs to start rebuilding the beds we tilled up this year that hadn’t been updated in almost 20 years! We live about 45 minutes away but will definitely be back. Found it elsewhere for $10.

Matthew Gleason: Daniel and his team were very responsive to my call for help. Our backyard was in a dilapidated state after the previous owners of our new home left everything unchecked for years. He made quick work of it, arriving early, working hard, and disposing of all debris or trash that he found. Daniel takes his work seriously, is very polite, and is honest in his assessments and estimates. The turn around between calling, getting a quote, scheduling, and completing the project was less than 10 days. Truly, a wonderful local business. He by far outbid 2 other highly recommended companies in town (and 2 companies who turned down the job) & we were confident he had the skills for a tough, dangerous removal. His guys worked hard nonstop, did everything we asked, were super friendly and left our yard cleaner than when they showed. Daniel even went as far as to stand up for us against the crane company when they tried to overcharge us & his communication before & after the job was complete was amazing. They cleaned up our yard when they were done and it looks wonderful. We will use them again next time we need trees removed.Pricing was pretty equal to other quotes we received, but the reason we chose this company was because they said they would NOT bring in a large truck, but do it with a person climbing up cutting section by section. We did not want our fence taken down or a truck ruining our grass and sprinkler heads, so this was our deciding factor.Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done!
Emily Lenning: Green Earth removed a tree from my yard last week and they were outstanding! The tree was only two feet away from the back of my house, was behind a fence, and was HUGE. The job took a 110 ton crane and was tricky for sure, but they got the job done safely and in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very professional and reassuring (we were very nervous about a tree being lifted over our house). The cost was very competitive and worth every penny.

Teresa Carter: One of their trucks almost ran me and my 2 year old daughter off the road this morning. I've tried to call this company 3 times today and no one will answer and unable to leave a message. I don't care how late they may have been to a job driving carelessly and almost wreaking someone out is uncalled for. I couldn't even get the tag number cause they were driving so fast but best believe I'm on the look out now and when I see that truck again I'll be following them to get the tag number so I can report them.

Alexandra Graves: So Green Earth totally saved my neck and i could not recommend them any higher! I was out of state and it was late when I got a call from my tenants reporting that a large tree had been split from a storm and was threatening to fall over onto the house. Danny was extremely quick to respond even though I called him late. Not only that but he was able to get the tree down the next morning at an extremely reasonable price. He was a dream to work with, especially with me being out of town, and really turned a potentially awful situation around. I will most definitely be using Green Earth for my landscaping needs in the future!

Shahari Pierce: I like the garden center. They have a great selection of plants and herbs to choose from. Sometimes the plants have fungi or pests, which is disappointing. But overall, I think they do a good job of tending to the plants and keeping them organized.

L M: A very large home improvement store with a variety of merchandise and brands all priced competitively. They also have Christmas trees and decorations reasonably priced. Their Christmas section is strategically placed at the front of the store and is well layed out. Checking out took way longer than needed but all in all, good shopping experience.

She asked if she can help me while walking away from me to a couple looking further off then we were standing. The plants don't have prices on them so you have to ask how much they are. When my sister asked the employee how much the plant was, the employee put her finger up like she was a little kid and said hold on. I felt as though she felt like we couldn't afford the stuff they have out there. I will never return to get anything even if they are the only place that carries something I truly want. I would rather drive to Raleigh to get it. Customer service means a lot to people. I am one of those people.

After waiting over 15 minutes for the person toeven acknowledge I was there, she then rushed mumbled some prices and walked away. I did not understand what she said. Don't waste ypur time if you're trying to buy plants and not just look around.
Marti R: We only buy pansies at Clicks since they last until July, even in the summer heat. If you aren't sure what to get, just ask and they will have lots of suggestions. Many of their plants are grown in their own greenhouses and seem to be far hardier than plants from the big box stores.

Sharon Carr: When you go into a business and you're greeted nicely, helped immediately, it sets the tone for repeat business. I walked in with questions. Jim listened to what ailed my plants like a Dr. would. He knew exactly what my plants needed. I left the store with him holding the door open. I don't know the last time I felt the need to sit in the parking lot and post a positive review. Today I couldn't leave before letting others know what a great business this is. If you go, I'll probably see you there.
