Jessica Wilson: Mrs. Smith is the first doctor I've ever had to take me seriously. My previous PCPs ignored a lot of my symptoms and I ended up getting very sick. She has literally brought me back to life and genuinely has compassion for her patients. She has a forever patient with me!

E: I love it here! If you really want a GREAT doctor that will listen to you and get to the bottom anything you have going on I suggest you go see her. She is kind, patient, great listener, knowledgeable, caring, attentive, the list goes on. I was so thankful to meet her she helped me with my babygirl that was going through some issues due to her milk, I was running up and down the place in search of answers and a solution for my babygirl problems none of the other doctors listened or even acted like they cared but God led me to Mrs. Smith she took great care of us. From then until now she has been seeing us and my babygirl is doing great she got down to the problem and found a solution. We need more Doctors like her that has a passion and love for what they do. She also have some great staff as well.

The staff were also extremely attentive to all of the patients without the eye rolling or attitude that has become common in the healthcare industry as of late. Dr. Smith listened to us and addressed every single concern that was brought forth. Highly recommend Dr. Debbie Smith for any of your future healthcare.

You don't give someone a sample of medication to try without given them instructionsand then you give it to the receptionist to give to them and they don't know anything about the medication themselves.I take it they don't either like their job or don't want to be bothered.

Sonia Schofield: Who will like to be a new patient in this office with the secretaries they have...front desk is the face of a business and this people here are disrespectful and so rude.... unfortunately after 2 years the clinic i was going they closed, and i was looking for new dr..i called this place they took all my information including the insurance information and told me, they need to talk to the doctors first to see who can take me, because of the medications I'm taking.After 2 days i had a missed call from them, i called them back and i talk to someone and i said "i have a missed call from you", and this woman told me to hang up and listen to the voicemail and call back...after a week they called me back to tell me they have a opening to see a Dr as new patient, i was explaining to the woman i was running low in on my medications and if they have anything earlier, and the secretary told me she can't do anything about it, and if I'm going to can take the appointment or not...and i told her with people like her i will not go there... I understand doctors can be busy, but this is not the way to treat a people seeking for someone to trust their health...who ever is making the appointments and calling patients or answering the phone , whoever is in charge, please retrain your team, teach them customer service and be empathetic...You need new secretaries before you continue loosing business and getting this bad reviews.

Ms. Q: The wait time once we arrived to be seen by the Doctor was over an hour. Once called and placed in a room we waited 45 minutes for the Doctor to come in the room.

I then had to be “ approved” for a new appointment which sounded rather odd to me. Then this lady calls me back yesterday to tell me I was approved as if this were a house mortgage loan and that she would have to call me back to make the appointment. At that point I knew I made a big mistake even starting w this place. As of now, a full day later - still no call - I have already moved on to another doctor. This whole process was idiotic as well as shady to be frank.

Diana Andersen: My daughter went there but they dropped her because she missed appointments, that were out of her control. She was hospitalized a month ago she was in out of hospital. I guess when you’re in the hospital you’re supposed to leave hospital and go to the Dr. She has Medicaid and is on a lot of medications because of stroke . Now we have to go through Medicaid to get a another Dr. This Dr must make so much money I guess he doesn’t need my daughter as a patient or maybe Medicaid/government doesn’t pay enough for these foreign drs.

I called in to make an appointment and was told I was no longer allowed due to cancelation I made 6 months ago when I informed them I no longer had the proper insurance to cover my visits. The receptionist stated it was fine just call back when it changes back. So, I did just that. However, when I called I was informed due to that cancelation with proof of no insurance that I was no longer a patient and will not be accepted as a patient again. I am fine with that but the facility itself with the new staff has gone completely down hill. I would not recommend. There are better facilities and doctors, who could care for patients better.

Thomas DiStefano: The call in phone/secretary experience was extremely slow. The day of my appointment the wait for the doctor was long. I didn’t find the doctor helpful or spoke to me in a way I’d like. For primary care I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Christina Delts-Mcmillian: I have had diabetes since i was 13 and i am 34 now. I am Very informed and probably know more than a new PA. During my visit i got surprised visit from the PA and i was not informed by my MD. Never met the PA before. She was new and flat out assumed i was New diabetic and told me to loose weight & I’m fat n over weight. I am Only 20 lbs over BMI by the way. Proceeded to tell me they did not want me to see a endocrinologist so i could see what type i was due to not having the test when i was diagnosed. Also refused to send a Prior authorization back to my pharmacy for freestyle libre and told me to ask my endocrinologist for it since i wanted so see one. 24 years of being a diabetic i have never been treated that way. But i love MD Hanna tho.

Christine Bohlmann: I have known this office for years! Dr. Salahuddin and Dr Hannan are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hannans assistant Hope. It is rare to find someone that thoroughly cares about their patients so much!

Billie Raynor: I am not satisfied with there referral to specialist, or Dr. Sal. He doesn't even review or check your chart for family history illnesses. Gonna call my case worker and find me another care Physician.

Deidre Kenan: All I wanted was a completed school physical form. I wasted money on an appt., almost a week trying to get it completly filled out and unnecessary aggravation... just to end up at an urgent care having to pay $80 for them to fill it out. Needless to say I'll be finding a new primary care. For the record, Dr Sal is a great doctor. I can't say as much for the rest of the staff.

Angelika Morgan: I had to press one star to at least leave a note. My good friend asked me to please write a comment. She says that Dr. Lal is a very empathetic and good doctor who now is so overbooked that he has minimal time only. The staff is a different story. Some are fairly friendly, others are openly rude. Prescription refills are not sent to the pharmacy, she tries to call the office but either Noone answers or the voice-mail is not checked. Even her pharmacist has requested refills but to no avail.

Kim Martin: Receptionist is ghetto and has a bad attitude. Over booking appointments so customers/ sick people waiting for long periods. Back staff nurses phlebotomist are rude. Time to find my mom a new doctor.

Joan Martin: Was a good doctor but has gone down hill, good at doing blood work but not giving u the results, meds every time I leave office, Womack has to tell me will not refill cause just dispense same drug month ago, still waiting for referrals, suppose to put in computer to send out year later still waiting, answer machine always on, when u get thru u put on hold, Final straw was couple weeks ago went by and they had locked door but had people sitting in the dark at 11 had note on door saying closed for lunch,

Denise Husary: Broken equipment which I almost fell off the exam table because the cushion is broken and not attached to the main part of the table, lack response to return patients calls, he also tried to treat me for hbp which I don't have. I'm in constant pain which does raise BP, building show signs of water leak which means that there's possible black mold, over flow of trash in red bags which are to be used for bio Hazzard or Bloodborne in operatories, very disorganized lab that use large gauge needles, doesn't listen to patient needs and most importantly doesn't return response to attorneys call for your case is very non-compliante of it. Best suggestion is to subpoena for your records before going to court.
