Ms89million: First off, the music is GREAT!!! Love the vibe here. Second, the Baristas went above and beyond 2 consecutive days to make a substitute coffee drink for me. Honestly, the drink those ladies made was better than the drink I actually wanted. I'm glad they were out of the ingredients needed to make the drink I initially wanted. Outstanding work, ladies!!!

Lyndon Elliott: I arrived at the store at 9:45pm and it stated that the store does not close until 10pm. Once I got to the order screen I was told they would be closing early due to being short staffed. When I pulled around past the drive thru the light skinned girl with black hair had the headset on and was laughing at what just happened. So I got to looking and there were two other employees in there. Now I'm not a Starbucks barista but I know it does take more than 3 employees to make a venti caramel crunch frappe. Hire folks that actually want to work. Sat 10 minutes at the light for nothing.

Marsha: Got a Vanilla bean Frappcino at this Cross Creek location several weeks ago. It was too sweet but boy did it have a lot of vanilla flavor and a lot of vanilla bean specs. Just now got one again today June 10, 2023 at 3:10pm. It's TERRIBLE. Where is the vanilla specs? I see about ten little specs at the bottom of cup but none floating around like last time and there is Nooooo sweetness, it tastes like I froze milk. EXTREME light vanilla flavor. I paid a LOT OF MONEY for this medium cup of MILK!!!!!
