Dorothy Bandy Jones (AKA. Dr. Dorothy Miller): When I called Grant Landscaping someone came out immediately to assess situation. However that person said the job was going to require a great deal of work and the owner would come back out. Well fast forward about month later and no one showed up. I kept calling and finally I connected back to the owner and he promised to come back out (This is typical of most contractors right now. They are so backed up with work!). I was happy to finally get a real sprinkler company to come out. We had hired another person earlier and that person didn't finish the job and said he would come back, but never did! I don't think that person was a licensed irrigation specialist (Marsh Landscaping...do not use).Anyway, Grant Landscaping finally came out and if took a while to complete the job, but it was worth the wait. Several sprinkler heads needed replacing, pipes were crushed, system was more than 30 yrs old (we purchased house about 9 months ago). He did a great job and his pricing was very reasonable despite today's inflation. I would definitely use him again. Would have given him 5 stars, but getting him to come out was a tough task!🙄.

Derek Ortiz: Mr Grant failed to show up, call or message three times. We’ve decided to go somewhere else due to the lack of responsibility on his behalf. I told him to call or message if he was or wasn’t going to show up so I’m not here waiting on him but he didn’t. Your word is the last thing that you loose before you have nothing else to loose and clearly my Grant has nothing else to loose. We will save ourselves the future headache and go somewhere else.

First, when putting in a manifold for the sprinkler system, the individual did not shut off the valve to the water main leaving water to flood the backyard. The second was getting a leak fix. Harris Baloch: Requested sprinkler system inspection on a house I have bought. I paid $75 and did not feel that Mr. Grant did a through inspection. I pointed out two areas that were leaking and he fixed those at an additional $100 cost. Aaron Clapsaddle: Wish I could give more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!Let me just say up front that Grant's Lawn Care & Sprinkler, bar none, provides the most professional and complete service of any business I've had do work on my home in the eight years we've owned this house! If you need work done, Grant's should be your first call!I contacted Grant's Lawn Care & Sprinkler on Wednesday, April 14, because I had been told by another irrigation repair company that I needed a new backflow valve and we also noticed we had visible water pooling in a corner of our backyard and suspected there was a leak in the sprinkler system. I spoke with the owner, Jimmy Grant, and he said they could get someone out to take a look at the system on Saturday, April 17. He also told me up front during the initial call that a new backflow would cost $550, which was considerably less than the previous company quoted me.The next day, Thursday, April 15, I received a call from Jimmy letting me know they could actually get to me that day before noon if I was available. I stated I was and he sent out his technician, Mark Williams. When Mark arrived, we discussed what I thought needed to be done and I showed Mark where the backflow and control box was located. Before doing any workork, Mark went through pricing for any items that might be required and explained what he would be doing. He first took a look at my backflow and then turned on the system to get an idea of the magnitude of the job ahead. Mark immediately called me outside and to my surprise told me I didn't need a new backflow valve, and that the previous company that had recommended I replace it was wrong. Not only that, but when Mark took a look at my system, he noticed that it was programmed to come on four times a day for an hour in each zone, which would've resulted in about a $1,500 water bill. He made the necessary corrections and explained that once a day a few times a week for about 12 minutes per zone was more than sufficient for my size lawn. Mark also walked me through the process to program or change the settings, as well as how to run the system manually if needed.After that, he checked all the sprinkler heads in each zone, identified four that needed repair. After completing the work, he double-checked everything and finally the culprit of the pooling water presented itself, a missing sprinkler head that had apparently been chewed off by animals, but was buried and not immediately visible. Mark made the necessary repairs and once again did a final quality check to make sure all issues had been addressed, adjusted each of the heads so they had the proper overlapping pattern, and that I understood everything that he did. In the end, what I thought was going to be a job costing over $1,000 only ended up costing $300!
