Wyman Byrd: Used to work here and the quality has gone straight down the gutter in the last year with rude employees and horrible quality. Took them 4 attempts to just remember they didn't have to put beans on a crunch wrap which should be basic training but I guess not anymore. I don't recommend to anyone to eat at this taco bell until they train these people better.

Jessica Toler: How is this location still open in Cedar Creek? Staff is exceptionally rude. Wrong order was given to me at the window. I was asked to pull forward (along with 4 other cars ahead of me) and park to wait for 4 burritos though I placed a mobile order set to be picked up at the drive thru. No sauce, food falling out of its packaging, dirty store, locked doors and horrible customer service. I will never stop at this location again!

Sierra Lowery: I ordered on the mobile app for pickup in drive thru. When I arrive they said that they couldn’t find my order. I pulled to the window to show them my mobile order receipt on my phone.The manger was very rude from the start. Proceeded to say that she gave out my order 10 minutes ago (to the wrong customer) and she wasn’t going to remake it. Then told her cashier employee to shut the drive thru window and not open it for me. It’s wasn’t my first encounter with this manager. (I don’t know her name) Her professionalism is very poor and attitude is very ugly for a simple issue that can be easily resolved.

Brandon DeZarn: The staff is absolutely horrible. The woman that took our order was rude. We were told they had already cleaned the grills so they couldn't make certain foods 2 hours before closing. When we pulled up to the drive through window it smelled like weed coming out of the restaurant. Orders were wrong multiple times. Overall an embarrassment to bojangles. The owner should reevaluate the staff.

J Carmichael: Was in search of a quick breakfast and this was it. I placed my order at the kiosk which was friendlier than the workers at the counter. They did get my order correct but failed to slice completely through my breakfast quesadilla. Had to dock them a star for that. As far as Taco Bell goes, this restaurant is better than most of the others I've visited.

Fit Life Eating: Went by before 1 am... It was closed. Someone needs to update the hours posted, because it says it closes at 2 am. Drove 15 mins out of my way after a 12 hour shift.
Destiny Theall: My husband went pick up our dinner and when he got home I looked through the food and the first thing I grabbed was my chalupa and it was wrong. I asked for jalapeño sauce and there was no sauce at all. I asked for no tomatoes and there were tomatoes. The chalupa taco bread even looked like it wasn’t cooked enough.
C B: I went through the drive thru and the woman kept rushing me asking if I was done. Then, she didn't even ask if I wanted sauce. Got the chalupa meal...hardly anything in the chalupas for $10.
