Each time he did his.best to keep me calm (I am high strung) and well educated regarding the procedures and I have had beautiful results.In my opinion he is best ophthalmologist in the state.

Jacky Ballard: I have been going to Dr. Riggins for awhile now and I really like HIM.....But his staff is really RUDE, they DO NOT return your phone calls. So if you have an EMERGENCY don't expect them to call you back.call911. Also they are very good at calling you a liar, the whole staff seems to stick together against what you know is the truth. I know I will never go back to them & I hope I have helped people to NOT waste your time going there. It's a shame Dr. Riggins doesn't hire good help or tries to resolve the problems.

David Robertson: These guys were recorded by me before services were rendered. They were told not to perform any tests that are not covered by my insurance. Which is VSP. They said we need your medical insurance too: I have them that also. Again. Don’t perform any tests not covered by insurance. I get a bill in the mail for $321 dollars and some change. I call and ask did you run this through VSP? No, we do your medical insurance. I told you guys not to perform any test not covered by insurance. No response. They have given my case to two separate collection agencies. Now my lawyer is taking them to task with my recording and also on their ci Tracy my signature is accompanied by UCC 1-308. All rights reserved. I called VSP, all of these tests are covered. I won’t go to arbitration, I won’t go before a line judge, I will come after these people with a Jury involved. So they can see their business practice . What they don’t tell you is they have separate billing for the surgical center. So not o ly are they more expensive than the other doctors in town they have a separate fee for that. Which is equal to the surgeries. While seeing the doctor I recorded him too about not performing test without it being covered. He laughed and said zi assure you we won’t worry about that.

MARIAN THESSA: I went there yesterday for the first time for an Optha consultation as referred by ED physician when I had trauma on my left eye. I’m glad they entertained me even thou I wasn’t booked for an appointment maybe because of the trauma in my eye. The people are nice they entertain me well. And Dr Zhin shes so professional and good doctor. I got an answer why my left eye is so painful coz of corneal abrasion. I will recommend this clinic to my friends and colleague.
