Alex Fuentes: A buddy and I booked a room here on a whim while on a road trip, and I'm glad that we ran into this place! The suite and facilities were nicely kept, the general manager was very friendly and accommodating, and it had to be one of the most affordable rates I have ever come across that wasn't at a sketchy budget motel, or in a rougher part of town. I highly recommend if you're just making your way through the area, or especially if you're looking for a good place to stay long-term.

Was slightly skeptical at first but this hotel has exceeded every expectation I had.Location is great, no loitering of random sketchy people who might make you feel uncomfortable. Rooms are huge. Price is amazing. And the owndsr was super accommodating and got me into my room early so I could lie down and rest and my surgery. 10/10 would recommend

I washed my laundry for free through the google app....a nice mini gym connects to the laundry while you wait!!!The not so good: Dated furniture was ok, except the couch which was soon to be replaced. Kitchen was a bit older but just fine. Parking was somewhat limited due to the contractor's trucks but okay. Bring bottled water to use for cooking!!! Bathing water was fine.This hotel feels like a home away from home, strongly recommend.

Bobby Sampson Jr.: Brad was great with his customer service! I 100% recommend this place next time you visit Fayetteville, NC. For what you pay for, you get a lot of amenities compared to other hotels. My room was big and spacious like an apartment. It's different rates for daily, weekly, and monthly. If you're looking to move up to NC and need a place to stay while you find a home It's only $68 daily. The place was super clean from the court yard to bedroom. Nice couches, oven, plenty of the basic dishes to utilize for cooking. Affordable Suites is nearby the main big brand stores and entertainment. Like the AMC theater, Walmart is around the corner, the mall is across the street, and other restaurants/fast food like chipotle, crackle barrel, etc is near by as well. I loved my stay at Affordable Suites!Rooms: Has oven, spoons, forks, plates, cups, and dish cleaning materials. A counter top with a TV in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom separates the room to have it spacious and not cramped for 600+ something sqft.Walkability: Walmart is close. Movie theater is nearby.

Shannon Barnes: I wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE! The lady at the front office is just horrible and rude for no reason. No tv, wifi didn't work, no towels or toilet paper... paid $80 and went to get a refund after 2-3mins (long enough to step in the room and back out) and was refused a refund. The hotel is run down and the staff is even worse... Just keep driving anywhere is better then there.. only gave it a star so I could post btw.

O O: Nearby activities: Super owner and his wife caring people but we drove a long way to get here and turned away by a white woman who said no rooms available . It was just after 10 am there were multiple rooms empty . She told us all to come back after the owner got back later that day. She then said she was a maid there and went back to smoking something and laughing with a rough looking gentlemen.As l said l have talked with the owner before we made plans to come to this hotel super nice man . I'm so surprised he had her even on the property period, she was very rude the woman would never work for me PERIOD . We all left l wish him luck this year he is not the problem maybe she is the one who posted the bad photos here of the wires . I found out around town she bad mouthed him alot and other folks had problems with her Both the men who worked at there are very professional and protect his property. Sandra Stump: I came out for a job. I stayed at the regency. It was terrible. The outlets didn't half work. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The owner should not have this motel open. .He has no good solid staff. He wants people to work in exchange for the room. He does not coletely stock the room. No telephone. Old school tekevision.. Just go further and get a better hotel, you’ll feel safer.Cons:Smells like cigarettes.At 5am someone knocked on our door named “CJ” or “TJ”. Karria Henry: My stay here was abruptly ended due to a staff member who told me and my husband that they had an larger party coming and they couldn’t honor our reservation! The front desk guy was very very rude about the situation and he failed to give me the correct number for corporate so I took it upon myself to call guest services to explain what they were doing to me and my family! I paid for a week and needed another week before my home becomes available for my family to move in! What I didn’t understand was how could my reservation not be honored when it was made two days prior to having to pay for another week! The guy was light skinned with dreaded hair no name tag was present at the time of my entire stay so I don’t know what his name was but he was very much unprofessional and disrespectful and he said he could help with getting another reservation at another WoodSpring but failed to do so! Instead he called or sent out an email to the other location’s giving my name and my husband’s names saying we’re on the do not rent list! Which was all done out of spite of me trying to get further information on why my reservation was not being honored! He lied and stated that I was giving him a hard time and more bad thing’s which is all an lie! I’m a very polite woman who respects all even in this unfair situation I still kept my composer and my class bc I didn’t see the reason of getting out of character bc of what happened! Even tho I probably had every right too I just don’t see an real point in that ! I truly regret staying there and paying 500 plus a week! I was never late on payments nor did I violate any policy’s! This hotel experience alone was one I would never forget and I hope the guy gets what he deserves for everything he’s caused against my family! I’m assuming that my call and complaints to the guest services was what pushed this guy to do all these things against my family! I am a mother of 5 and at the time the hotel had the amenities that suited my family best ! The stove and full refrigerator was the only thing I liked about that hotel ! They had roaches really bad and they charged for every little thing such as if your room keys are lost you would have to pay 25$ for another one they charged to clean the towels they offered as well! My overall experience was nothing I would ever want to relieve again ! Please take heed they are ran by an independent owner meaning they don’t have to have reasons for why they deny your reservation or stay! I wish it was something I could’ve done to alleviate my stress and anxiety from getting this unfair treatment ! My words of advice for anyone coming into town take caution when your choosing hotel’s here in Fayetteville the employees seem to have an issue with certain guest & an attitude of entitlement due to their job position! God bless and good luck to anyone who’s looking for a good hotel Fayetteville’s selection choice is few far and in between! Its horrible and the location’s are in bad areas!

Close to downtown Fayetteville and close to Ft. Bragg. Close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and park! Clean rooms and are very cautious with Covid issues. Love the place!

Joyfully Hazel: The facilities are gorgeous. The price is worth it till you go to sleep. The shower, bed, furniture and facutilities are excellent. However when the walls are paper thin enough for you to hear the details of your neighbors conversation. It's a problem. You can hear everything happening in each room beside and above you. One room was bed banging, another was throwing bricks at 4am and the other talking, they not yelling or arguing. It's the super thin walls. Usually you can hear voices but You can't Make Out the details of the conversation at a hotel.Noteworthy details: This hotel is pet friendly however it is a non-smoking hotel. I am a human that is allergic to pets so this doesn't make sense cause pets will make my respiratory system shut down within 48hr. However smoke will not effect me for years. I just hope the decompression of the room worked cause my breathing is at risk.
