When I asked why, he became very nasty and disrespectful. Incredible... Whoever owns that franchise should talk to their people about courtesy and respect... Rest of the story: Found what I needed elsewhere at a competitor store where the same part was significantly less and the attendant was far more courteous. As my grandfather once said, a little respect goes a long way.
Skyley Stencil: Dallas was a lifesaver and helped me reorder my A/C compressor that somehow got lost in UPS!He was very diligent and friendly! He continued to keep in contact with me on any updates and made sure to hand it to me personally!
Pallidus Equus albus: This place is the worst O'Reilly in Fayetteville. I came their for coolant and ended up having to spend $125.00 for a part that one of the associates broke, then they tell me it's not their fault for them damaging my vehicle rendering it undrivable for 5hrs while I had to wait for my mechanic to fix the part in the parking lot of O'Reilly's.I will be filing a civil suit against this company for the damages done to my vehicle on the behalf of their employees as well as for pain and suffering, as well as for the financial impact it had on me and my family. As well as mechanic fees. That I had to payNever let anyone at this location touch your car or even walk in this place they will damage your vehicle and tell you it's not their fault. I think the general manager I talked to was Elizabeth and she was the one that lied to me and told me she couldn't do anything about it.

Tricia Bridges: We had a flat tire last night and stopped at a convenience but the nozzle was broken. We pulled into the Autozone on Eastern Blvd and were hoping they could put some air in the tire, Tasha said they didn't have the capability at the store but she had a portable air tank in her car and would be happy to help us. Tommy surprise, the delivery driver was allowed into our housing area, but for what ever reason the driver decided to turn around and leave the package with the entrance gate. one of the guards called me to let me know the driver couldn’t get in touch with me even though I was waiting for him on my front porch.
